YOUR POV.

Five and I was sitting next to each other in front of a table.

We were waiting for Diego to be brought to us as we were in a visit room in a psych ward.

I should have seeing this coming, of course he would be here or in jail.

"How did you even find me?" I asked "Elliott. He gave me the address at the hotel you were staying at" Five replied "Well, I told him to gave it to you, when you arrived. If you arrived" I said "Did you ever doubted it?" he asked "I was about to lose hope but then you arrived" I said "How long were you here?" he asked "I landed August 1962" I answered "I'm sorry Love. I know it couldn't have being easy" he said "It's okay. Just promise me it wouldn't happen again" I said "I promise" he said.

"And now we have 10 days until the apocalypse will happen again" I said before I let out a sigh "It's good that we got two days more to stop the apocalypse. We can handle this and then we just need to find a way home" I said before I let out another sigh "Why can't we just get one day break" I said "I don't know Love. Let's hope this will be the last apocalypse we need to stop" he said "I hope. I'm tired" I said "I know, me too" he said.

"I just want it all to end. So I can see my family again" I said and he looked at me "And so the two of us can retire and relax. Live that life we talk about living in the apocalypse" I said before I let out a sigh as I looked down at my fingers where piece of my skin around my fingers nails was red and had old stains of blood on them.

"Hey" Five said as he put my face in his hands before he turned my head "We're gonna fix this and you are gonna see your family again. I promise. It's you and me, today, tomorrow, forever and a day" he said "You and me, today, tomorrow, forever and a day" I repeated and he nodded before he pressed his lips against mine.

God, I have missed him so much. I could feel that now when he was with me again, my heart felt healthy again.

We pulled away to look at each other "By the way, you look a bit pale, are you okay?" he asked as he stroke his thumb down my cheek "Yeah, I'm fine, I just have felt exhausted and weak since I landed here" I said and I could see Five's eyes widened "It's not your heart? Is it?" he asked "No, I don't think so. I think it has something to do with me not getting enough sleep 'cause I couldn't, either could I eat much" you said before you lifted your left hand and put it on his right cheek "But I'm fine now 'cause I'm with you" I said and he smiled before we connected our lips again.

"Gross. Get a room you two" a voice said and we pulled away before we turned our heads to see Diego walking into the visit room in the psych ward.

"Hey, Diego" Five said as he leaned back in his chair and Diego looked at me "Hello Diego" I said "Nice to see you again, Y/n/n" he said before he pulled the empty chair across from of us, and sat down on it.

"You look good in white" I said as I cross my left leg over my right while I was looking at Diego's white clothes.

"About time you showed up" Diego said as he was looking at Five "How'd you know I'd be back?" Five asked "Because that's the kind of shit you pull" Diego said angrily as he leaned forward.

"Where are the others?" Five asked "They're are not with you?" Diego asked "We'll find them" Five muttered quietly "How long have you been here?" you asked "Seventy-five days" Diego answered and Five grunted softly "Landed in the alley behind..."

"Commerce and Knox" we all said at the same time.

"You?" Diego asked as he looked at Five "I got here this morning" Five answered "Y/n?" Diego asked "I landed here a little bit over a year ago" I answered and Diego nodded before he looked back at Five "How'd you find me?" he asked and Five let out a gentle scoff before he pulled up the article "Page 16" he said before he unfolded the article while Diego leaned back in his chair and rolled his eyes.

Five put the article on the table before he began reading from it "'Disturbed man with multiple knives arrested outside 1026 N. Beckley'" he read before he slid the article towards Diego. "That's Lee Harvey Oswald's house" I said "Care to explain?" Five asked as he leaned forward.

What have he done?

"Let's just say. Dallas Law Enforcement has not been supportive of my attempt to stop the assassination of..." Diego started before he looked back up at Five "John F. Kennedy" he said quietly.

"Because it hasn't happened yet" Five said and Diego leaned forward "And it's not going to happen" Diego said "You can't mess with time like that, Diego. Everything affects everything. The butterfly effect" I said.

"Not on my watch. Look, I've been shaving down the bars in my room. Another day or two, and I'll be out of this place, then I'm gonna stop Oswald and save the president. You want in, say the word" Diego said and I rolled my eyes.

Jesus.

"I think someone has a crush on the president" I said.

"Listen to me very closely, you gibbering moron. You are not going to do a goddam thing" Five said softly "Why not?" Diego asked "Because we have to stop the apocalypse" I said "No shit. But that doesn't happen for another 60 years" Diego said "Not that apocalypse. This is a new one. It followed us. I've seen it. Nuclear war, Diego, in ten days" Five said and Diego let out a quietly and softly laugh before he leaned back in his chair, crossing his arm in front of his chest.

"And I'm the one they locked up, huh?" he said with a smile and Five rolled his eyes with a scoffs as he looked at the window to his right while I rolled my eyes "Fine, I'll play along" Diego said as Five leaned back in his chair before looking at him.

"What cause it?" Diego asked "I don't know. Maybe some looney-tuned asshole with a hero complex tried to save the president and screwed everything up" Five said and Diego leaned forward again "So you're saying it worked?" he asked and Five let out a softly scoffs "I saved the president?" Diego asked and growled softly "I knew I could do it" he said "It doesn't matter who's ass you save. If we don't stop this apocalypse, everyone even Kennedy will die in ten days anyway if we don't stop this" I said.

"Okay, okay, I'll help you two" Diego said "Thank God" we said.

"After I save Kennedy. And then you swing us back a few decades so I can slit Hitler's throat off with a butter knife" Diego said "This is why you don't have any friends" Five said as they stared at each other.

FIVE'S POV.

I'm so tired of my siblings's behavior.

I see no other way.

"You know what?" I said before I grabbed my wife's hand and I got up from my chair causing Y/n to also get up from the chair.

I then looked at the staff member "Guard" I called out before letting out a sigh.

"My brother is plotting an escape. The bars of his room have been shaved down" I said and Diego got up quickly, trying to crawl across the table "Piece of shit!" he shouted at me causing me to take a step back while Y/n stayed where she was.

The guards grabbed Diego's neck before pressing him down on the table. "No! Here--All right, asshole" one of the guards said "Look, this is for your own good, Diego" I said as I was looking down at Diego.

"No! Five!" Diego said as he was trying to get off the table and I looked at the guards "Listen, my brother is a very sick man" I said "No, Five. Y/n please" Diego said "I'm so sorry Diego" Y/n said and I could hear on her voice that she actually feel sorry.

"My wife and I only pray that he gets the help he so desperately needs" I said as a nurse walked over to Diego with a needle before she stuck the needle into Diego's arm before squeezing the top of the shot making the liquid go into Diego's body "No, please! Not the needle! No! No! No!" Diego said.

I then leaned closer down to my brother's ear "We'll be back for you later, okay? Just...Well, nighty night" I whispered before Diego lost consciousness.

I then grabbed Y/n's hand again "You can be a careless asshole sometimes, you know that, right" she said as we walked out of the building.

I was sitting in bar looking at a woman dancing on a stage when Luther came over to me before he bend down next to my ear "Is one woman not enough for you? And beside she is too young for you" he said and I glanced to the side before looking back forward at the woman on the stage "Nice to see you too, Luther" I said.

"I don't think that your wife Y/n would be very happy to know you're here" Luther said "His wife thinks the woman on the stage is pretty" Y/n said from behind Luther.

YOUR POV.

I walked over to Five and sat on the chair next to him before I handed him a shot of alcohol "Here Honey" I said "Thanks Love" Five said before he took a small sip of it.

"Where did you get those? You both look like minors" Luther said "I took them from that guy that is bothering Jack Ruby over there" I said as I pointed my finger towards the man.

"Kept drinking one after another. So I think that he wouldn't notice that two is missing" I said before taking a sip from the glass.

"Easy Darling" Five said, still worried that the alcohol would get me back into bad habits "It's fine, Fivey" I said.

"What do you want?" Luther asked "For you to stop hovering like an ambitious stripper and sit down with me" Five said, as he tilted his head back to look at Luther and he sat down next to him.

"How long have you been here?" Five asked him "A year, thanks to you" Luther answered "I'm sorry, Luther. I know that couldn't have been easy" Five said calmly "I thought everybody was dead" Luther said.

"I will be right back" I said "Where are you going?" Five asked "I need some water" I said before walking over to the counter.

FIVE'S POV.

"Why do you even love her? She is a bitch" Luther said "She is not a bitch and call my wife that again and I will break your bones" I said.

Then Luther spotted a man talking to his boss "I gotta go" he said and was about to get up "Luther, wait" I said, grabbing a hold on his arm causing Luther to look down at me.

"Look, Y/n and I get it, okay? We know what it's like to be stuck in time...thinking this is how you're gonna live out the rest of your life. On the run, and not knowing if you're ever gonna see the people you love again, and to be in an unfamiliar world. But Luther, you're not alone. We have to find the others because the world ends again in ten days and Y/n and I have no idea how to stop it" I said.

There was a few seconds of silence before Luther spoke up "I don't give a shit" he said "What?" I asked "You heard me" Luther said before he walked away but I got up before I walked up in front of Luther before stopping, causing Luther to stop too as Y/n walked up to us.

"The hell is wrong with you, Luther?" I asked, pulling him a little bit to the side "I just told you the world's gonna end in ten days" I said "Yeah, well, you're always saying that" Luther said and was about to walk away but I grabbed him again "And so far, we have been right" Y/n said "Look, you two want to save the world. Knock yourself out. All right? I already got a job" Luther said "Wait, you work in this shithole?" I asked.

"Yeah. Well, my boss owns the place. I'm his body man" Luther said "What's that? Like a masseuse or something?" I asked "Okay, you can make fun all you want, but I take good care of Mr. Ruby" Luther said "Wait, Ruby. The Jack Ruby, the gangster who shot Oswald?" I asked "Yeah, the one and only" Luther said and looked over at Jack Ruby.

"It finally happened" I said causing Luther to look back at me.

"That gorilla DNA has taken over your mind" I said "Hey, watch it, all right? Jack's a good friend" Luther said "And you're Number One. Número Uno. Remember?" Five asked "There is no Number One" Luther said and I furrowed my brows "Not anymore. Not in 1963. Look, I've been stranded here alone for a year. What did you expect?" Luther asked and I let out a sigh "I was stranded here for a year too, but I didn't do something that stupid" Y/n said.

"I get it, all right? You watched Pogo die, the world exploded and I marooned your big dumb ass in time. I'm sorry, okay?" I said and sighed "But I'm asking for your help, Luther. The Umbrella Academy needs you" I said "It doesn't need me. It never did" Luther said.

"Finally you put your two brain cells together. Thank you for finally realizing that" Y/n said and Luther send her an angry glare.

"Luther, honey" a waitress said from behind me "Jack's about to lose it on some half-wit. A little help" she said "Ah, shit" Luther said and was about to walk away from us.

"Luther, wait" I said, going after him and Luther turned around "Listen" he said angry "You're the genius who said we should jump. Right? You're the one who got us stuck here" Luther snapped at me and my face fell for a bit.

Was this really my fault?

"And you're the one who brought Vanya. So if there is a doomsday coming, she's probably the cause. And if I was gonna do something about it, it sure as hell is not gonna be with you" Luther said before he turned around.

YOUR POV.

Okay, that is enough.

I let out a scoff before I walked toward Luther.

I grabbed his shoulder, turning him around so he was facing me and I grabbed the collar of my shirt before I pulled him down so he was in eye level with me. 

"Luther, you can blame Five for getting stuck here all you want, okay. Even so is not his fault, he did it to save you. But you can't blame him for anything else when he's the only reason you and everyone else is sill breathing. My husband have done things you can't understand, everything my Fivey and I has done, was for us to get back. Five and I have being through shit you wouldn't understand. Sacrificed and lost a lot. Everything Five has done was for him and I to get back. It was so he could save you guys, so we could stop apocalypse. So I could see my family and meet you guys. So get that through your thick skull and tiny brain" I said before I pushed Luther away and walked over to the bar where Five was.

"That's my wife" Five said with a smile before he gave me a kiss on the cheek as I took a seat next to him before we both saw Luther dragging a guy away.

FIVE'S POV.

I took a sip of my drink before I put the glass on the counter "Dad should have left him on the moon" I said as my eyes followed Luther dragging the guy out.

I'm getting so tired of this. My family is no help.

"Come on. We are wasting time here" Y/n said and Five nodded before we both got out of the chair.

But as I got up there was the sound of cloth tearing and I looked down to see where it was coming from. I put my hands in my pocket before I pulled out what look like a video tape.

DATE: 11/22/63

SUBJECT: FRANKEL FOOTAGE

I remember that Hazel put something in my pocket before he died.

"What is that?" Y/n asked as you saw the orange box that I had pulled out of my pocket.

"I don't know. Hazel must have giving me it before he died" I replied.

"Then Hazel must have know something, otherwise he wouldn't have giving you that tape. There must be someone on it" Y/n said "Yeah and I know who can develop the tape" I said before I put the tape in my pocket "Come on" I said and we left the bar.

YOUR POV.

Five blinked us into Elliott's apartment to notice that all the lights was turn off.

"He must be asleep" Five said "Yeah. Is it also late" I said as Five sat down on the couch "So shall we also go to bed or...?" he asked.

I walked around the back of the couch and stopped behind Five.

I put his face in my hands before I leaned his head back so my face was inches from his.

Even at the end

Five's eyes flickered from my eyes to my lips and I smiled before I gave him a light kiss on his lips.

I pulled away "I think that we also need some sleep. I haven't had a good night sleep since I landed here" I said "So shall I blink us back to your hotel room?" he asked "Nah. I have packed the things I needed and I check myself out of the room. So I will use the guestroom" I said before I turned around and walked into the guestroom.

I laid in the bed by the window when the door opened and I saw Five enter the room.

"Hey" he said "Hey" I said with a smile before I pulled the sheet up and Five climbed into the bed before laying down next to me.

Five lifted his right arm before he stork his finger down my left cheek.

"We never seem to get a day break" he said "No, we don't. It's like chaos love us. That or we are curse" I said "Yeah, but, no matter what happens, I'm gonna protect you" he said "You know I can protect myself, right" I said "I never doubted that. But your heart" he said "My heart is fine, for now" I said with a smile and he pressed his lips against mine.

I pulled away as I put my hand on his chest and I shook my head slightly before I grabbed the collar of his blazer and pulled him towards me.

Five rolled towards me so he was on top of me before he put both of his hands beside my head and I smiled as I flipped him over so that he was under me. He smiled before we smashed our lips together again.

Putting my hands on the back of his neck, I brought him closer to me. He smiled, grabbing my hips.

As I wrapped my legs around his hips, he grabbed it to keep it up. Keeping one hand on the back of his neck, I brought the other one up to his hair to tug a hit.

He moved his head down, making his lips move to my jaw before he moved his head again and began kissing my neck.

I then put both my hands on the side of his neck again.

Pushing me more against the bed, he pulled back for a second to catch his breath before he smashed his lips against mine again.

I put my hand on his arm as my other hand went to his cheek, deepening the kiss.

I wrapped my legs around his waistline while he was kissing my neck.

After about 10 minutes of making out, Five rolled off me and onto the bed laying down next to me.

We both turned so we were facing each other before smiling.

I moved closer to Five and lay my head on his chest and he wrapped his arm around me and placed his hand on my waist.

He lay a kiss on my forehead before we both closed our eyes.

"Never let the fire die inside of you, never let your spirit be crushed, your are strong and beautiful. Remember that"
