CHAPTER TEN: STAY WITH ME

THIRD PERSON'S POV. 

WEDNESDAY. 8:15 AM.

Luther, Klaus, Diego and Allison were all in the living room.

Luther have told the others, what you and Five told him.

"Three days" Allison asked as she handing a cup of coffee to Luther "That's what Five and Y/n said" Luther said "The bastard did mention the apocalypse, come to think of it. He just left out the part about how soon" Klaus said "But can we trust him and do we trust Y/n? I don't know if you've noticed, but Five's and Y/n's little..." Allison said, putting her finger up to her temple and moved it around while whistling.

"Our little psychos" Klaus said as he lifted up his cup.

"Those two was pretty convincing. If they wasn't trying to stop an apocalypse, those lunatics wouldn't be chasing them" Luther said "That's why they were after them?" Diego asked "Yeah" Luther said "What did Five and Y/n even see?" Allison asked and Luther looked at her "Uh...Apparently, we all fought together against whoever was responsible" he said before looking down on the floor while nodding.

Luther then clicked his tongue "Okay. So, here's the plan" he said before getting up "Uh, we go through Dad's research---" "Wait, what?" Allison said cutting Luther off "Hold on, hold on" Diego.

"Wait a tick, wait a tick, wait a tick" Klaus said, holding up his hand "What actually happened the first time around?" he asked "Yeah. What are you not telling us?" Diego asked and Luther looked at him "Com on, big boy, spit it out" he said.

Luther got uncomfortable as he looked at the others, he let out a sigh before he answered "We died" he said quietly, putting his cup up to his mouth, taking a sip.

"What was that?" Allison asked and Luther let out a cough "I said, uh, we died" he said.

Diego and Luther kept arguing over each other as they all stood by the bar counter "No, we need to figure this out" Diego said "Is it just us?" Allison asked "It's everybody" Luther said "In the house?" Klaus asked "The whole planet?" Allison asked "No, outside the house. Everyone died" Luther said.

"Hey" someone said causing them all to turn around to see Vanya behind them with a young man behind her.

"What's going on?" Vanya asked "It's a family matter" Allison said "A family matter. So of course you couldn't bother to include me" Vanya said "No, it's not like that. We were---" "Don't let me interrupt" Vanya said, cutting her off before she began walking out of the living room "Wait" Allison said, walking after Vanya.

"I'll fill you in later when we're alone" Allison said "Please, please, don't bother. And I won't either" Vanya said "Vanya, that's not fair" Allison said "Fair? There's nothing fair about being your sister. I haven been left out of everything for as long as I can remember" Vanya said before she looked at the others "And I used to think it was Dad's fault, but he's dead. So it turns out you're the assholes" she said before walking away with the man right behind her.

"Ouch" Klaus said "I'm gonna go find Vanya and explain" Allison said and was about to go after Vanya but Luther stopped her. "No, wait, there isn't time. We need to figure out what cause the apocalypse" he said and Allison sighed as she heard the front door close.

"Now, there are loads of possibilities. Nuclear war, asteroids. But I'm thinking this is about the Moon. Right? Dad must have sent me up there for a reason. And I was giving him daily updates on the conditions, I sent field samples. The first thing we need to do is find his research" Luther said "Hold on. Hold the phone. We all died fighting this the first time around. Remember?" Klaus said "Klaus, shockingly, has a point. What gives us a win this time?" Diego asked.

Then suddenly there was a electricity crackled noise and everyone look up when they saw a bright flashing light appeared right above the middel of the bar counter.

There was a loud static crackling sound coming from the ceiling.

Blue light filled the air right above the middle of the bar before Y/n and Five fell through the blue light and onto the top of the counter.

Five landed on the top of the briefcase while Y/n landed in front of him also on the top of the counter.

"Je---Jesus!" Allison said as everyone jumped back while the couple grunted.

Y/n had a giant crimson red stain from the side of her shirt and a few spots of blood on her shirt. Her hands also had blood on them.

YOUR POV.

"You guys, am I still high or do you see them, too?" Klaus asked "Five and Y/n, where have you two been?" Luther asked as Five and I rolled off the counter, but when we rolled off, we almost fell to the floor.

"Are you two all right?" Diego asked as he caught me, stopping me from falling while Allison and Luther grabbed Five's arms, keeping him from falling as they helped him to stand up.

"Thanks" I mumbled to Diego "You're welcome, Y/n/n" he said.

"Who did this?" Luther asked "Irrelevant" we both said as Five took Allison's coffee from her.

"Give me that" I said as I took Luther's coffee "You know if you wanted my coffee, you could have just ask" Luther said "I could, if I respected you" I said before Five and I grunted slightly and took a few steps forward so our backs was facing the siblings.

Five then looked at me, so see if I was alright "Love, are you okay?" he asked and I looked at him before I gave him a small slap across the face "Ouch" he said "I warned you that I would slap you if we land like this again" I said "Sorry" he said before we drank the coffee causing us to let out a slurping sound.

The two of us let out a sigh when we turned around slowly to look at the others.

"So, the apocalypse is in three days. The only chance we have to save our world is, well, us" Five said "The Umbrella Academy" Luther said "No, dumbass, The Avengers" I said sarcastic and Luther looked at me "The Umbrella Academy of course" I said before I looked at Luther "I really want to one what you have between your ears Luther, 'cause is not brain" I said and Luther sent me angry glare.

"But with me and Y/n/n, obviously. So if y'all don't get your sideshow acts together and get over yourself, we're screwed. Who cares if Dad messed us up? Are we gonna let that define us? No" Five said "And to give us a fighting chance to see next week, Five and I have come back with a lead" I said as Five held up a piece of folded paper.

"We know who's responsible for the apocalypse" he said and Allison stuck out her hand towards Five who handed her the paper.

"This is who we have to stop" I said as Allison unfolded the paper while Diego looked over her shoulder, so he also could see it.

"Harold Jenkins?" Allison read "Who the hell is Harold Jenkins?" Diego asked and they all looked up at us while we were drinking the rest of our coffee.

When we were done, we both threw the cups across the room "We don't know...yet. But we do know that's he's responsible for the apocalypse" I said "So we have to find him. And we have to do it now" Five said.

"How is he connected to what's gonna happen?" Luther asked "We don't know" Five said "Wait, so you two just know his name? That's it?" Diego asked "That's enough" Five said "Five is right, is better than nothing" I said.

"There's probably dozen of Harold Jenkinses in this city" Diego said "Well, we better start looking then" I said "I'm sorry. Am I the only one that's skeptical here?" Allison asked.

I grunted and I started feeling some pain in my waist causing me to winced with a small quiet groan while I looked down on my side and clutched onto the side as I tried to support myself up which Five noticed "Darling, you okay?" he whispered to me and I looked at him "I'm fine, don't worry about it" I said.

"I mean, how exactly do you know all of this about what's his name?" Allison asked "Harold Jenkins. You know those lunatics in masks who attacked the house?" Five asked "Oh, yeah, I think I remember those guys" Klaus said "Yeah, the ones that attacked us while you and your wife were getting drunk" Diego said as he was looking at Five "Yeah. Them. They were sent by the Temps Commission to stop me and Y/n/n from coming back and preventing the end of life on Earth" Five said "The Temps what?" Allison asked "Our former employer" I said "They monitor all of time and space to make sure that whatever is supposed to happen...happens. They believe the apocalypse is coming in three days" Five said "So Five and I went to Commission headquarters and intercepted a message that was meant for said lunatics" I said "'Protect Harold Jenkins' So he must be responsible for the apocalypse" Five finished.

There was a few seconds of silence before they all spoke up at the same time.

"What do you mean, protect time and space?" Allison asked "Where is this Hazel, Five?" Diego asked "My skin is on fire" Klaus said "Do you have any idea how insane this sounds?" Allison asked while I looked down on my side again.

Shit it hurt.

"You know what else is insane? My wife and I look like 16-year-old kids" Five said aggressive as he pointed on himself and me before he pointed on Klaus "Klaus talks to the dead and Luther think he's fooling everybody with that overcoat" Five said and everyone turned to Luther who looked uncomfortable.

"Everything about us is insane. It always has been" Five said "He's got a point there" Klaus said "We didn't choose this life, we're just living it. For the next three days, anyway" Five said "But the last time we tried to stop it, we all died. Why is this time any different? Why shouldn't I go home to my daughter?" Allison asked "Because this time, Five and I are here. We have the name of the man responsible" I said "Guys, we actually have the chance of saving the lives of billions of people" Five said and Allison lowered her head "Including Claire" Five said and Allison looked at him "You know her name?" she asked "I do, and I'd like to live long enough to meet her" Five said "I actually also want to meet Clarie" I said.

"All right. Let's get this bastard" Allison said, walking forwards towards Five and I "You had me at Gerald Jenkis" Diego said "Harold Jenkins" Five corrected him "Whatever. I've already lost two people this week, I'm not losing anyone else" Diego said before walking forward towards Allison.

Five then looked at Luther "And Luther?" he asked "Yeah, you go. I'm gonna stay and go through Dad's files. I still thinks this has something to do with why he sent me to the Moon" Luther said "Seriously? Now you wanna make the end of the world about you and Dad?" Diego asked.

I wish he would shut up with that moon.

"No 'Watch for threats 'That's what he told me. You think that's coincidence? This all has to be connected somehow" Luther said "No, we should all stick together" Allison said "We don't have time for this" Five said "Are you sure I can't punch him" I whispered to Five "Yes" he whispered back "Not even break his nose a little?" I asked "Tempting, but no" Five said.

"Let's roll. I know where we can find this asshole. Klaus, you're with me" Diego said and looked at Klaus.

"Yeah. I---I'm good. I think I'll, uh..." Klaus said, standing up from a couch "I think I'll pass, I'm...feeling a little under the weather, so, uh..." he said and groaned before he left the room.

"Well then is only us four" Diego said "It's enough. Let's go" Five said before the four of us left the Academy.

We were only four, four people that have to stop the apocalypse. I really hope that it's good enough and I hope that that Jenkins guy is just a normal person with no super abilities.

Diego stopped the car near the police station. He have suggested to find a record of Harold Jenkins.

Diego and Five was sitting on the front seat in Diego's car while Allison and I was sitting in the back.

I let out a quite grunt as I looked down at my side again.

It still hurt.

"I know this Jenkins due has to have a record" Diego said, unbuckling his seatbelt "We just gotta get our hands on this" he said "And your plan is what? Waltz in there and just ask for it?" Allison asked "I know the station like the back of my hand, sis. I've spent a lot of time inside" Diego said "Handcuffed" Allison said "Whatever. Here's the plan" Diego said "Plan?" Five asked and Diego turned to him "I'm just gonna blink in and get the file" he said "No, that's...You don't know the ins and outs of this place, okay?" Diego said "I literally just did this yesterday" Five said "What?" Diego asked "Our yesterday not your yesterday" I quickly said.

"It'll take me two seconds" Five said "It's way easier, Diego" I said "Why don't I just go?" Five asked "Listen to me, you are not going in there. I made a call. That's what a leader does. He leads" Diego said before we all got out of the car.

As Diego walked into an alley next to the station, Allison went over to a phone booth while Five and I was standing behind her, leaning up against a wall.

I had my headphones on and I had my eyes closed as I was listening to my music playing through my walkman, trying to get my mind off that pain on my side.

FIVE'S POV.

I was standing next to Y/n with my back leaned against the wall while my eyes was scanning the street.

Then my eyes landed on a jewel store.

"You guys are not official married and none of you are wearing a wedding ring, so you are not official married"

"I know is not much and I promise you as soon as we get out of here, I'm gonna buy you a real wedding ring, the most beautiful ring"

I smiled as something came to my mind.

I turned my head to look at Y/n before I poke her shoulder causing her to opened her eyes and she looked at me "I will be right back, okay" I said "Where are you going?" she asked "I just need to do something. Stay here" I said before I blinked away.

I blinked into an alleyway that was between the jewel store and another store.

I peek out of the alleyway and looked across the street to see Y/n who had her eyes closed as she had her head tilted up which mean that she wouldn't see me walking into the store and that's want I wanted to make sure of.

I then walked into the jewel store before I looked around.

"Hello sir" someone said and I turned my head to see a young woman behind the cash register "Can I help you?" she asked "Yeah" I said as I walked over to her before I put my hands on the counter.

"I would like to see some wedding's rings, one male size and one woman size" I said and the woman nodded before she turned around, walking to the back.

After a minute she return with two black trays. One with male size wedding rings and one with woman size wedding ring.

"Here" the woman said as she put the two black trays down on the counter in front of me and I began looking at them.

"So who are these ring for?" the woman asked "My wife, I propose to her a long time ago and I promise her as soon as I got the chance I would get her a real ring" I replied while I picked each of the rings up, looking closer at them, to make sure that it was the right one.

"Aren't you a little to young to get married?" the woman asked "No" I said and the woman nodded.

"These two" I said as I picked up two golden wedding rings.

"Alright. Is there anything you want engraving on them?" she asked "Yeah" I said before I pulled up a piece of paper from my inner pocket and unfolded it before I slid it over to the woman.

"I want this engraving on the rings" he said and the woman looked at the paper to see what it was saying.

On the paper was your and Five's initials with a plus between the two initials and with the words 'You & me, forever and a day'

"Alright" she said "When can you have them ready?" I asked as I pulled up some money that I have taken from my father's office before I put the money on the counter..

"The jeweler is quite busy at the moment. So, four weeks" the woman replied and I pulled six thousand dollars extra before I put them on the counter.

That is too long.

"Tell him that I want them ready in two days" I said as I removed my hand from the money.

The woman nodded before taking the money "The ring will be ready in two days, sir. Is there a number we can contract you when they are ready?" she asked "No, I will pick them up myself" I said "Okay. What is the name under?" she asked as she grabbed a piece of paper and a pen, ready to write down the name.

"Hargreeves. Five Hargreeves" I said and the woman nodded before writing down the name on the paper "Alright, Mister Hargreeves. They will be ready in two days" she said "Thanks" I said "Have a nice day" she said and I gave her a nod before I turned around, walking out of the store.

When I came back, Diego came walking over to them and Allison hung up the phone.

"So?" we asked as Y/n took off her headphones and Diego pulled out the file, showing it to us. I was about to take the file but Diego leaned it away from me "You're welcome" he said.

Allison took the file before she started flipping the pages trying to find something we could used.

"Hold up" Y/n said before she walked over to Allison "If we want a picture of the guy, it should be..." she said as she counted the pages, flipping them through "There" she said, stopping at the page where there was a mugshot of the guy.

"How do you know that?" Allison asked as she looked at Y/n "My uncle's boyfriend is a cop" Y/n answered and Allison nodded before she looked back at the mugshot.

"Holy shit" Allison asked as she saw a picture of Harold Jenkins. "What?" Diego asked "Harold Jenkins is Leonard Peabody. Vanya's new boyfriend" Allison said as she turned the file around so we could see the picture.

YOUR POV.

Diego stopped the car by Leonard Peabody's house before we got out.

I was still wondering how in hell he could end the world. He didn't look like much but you should never judge people by their looks.

"Be careful, okay? We don't know what Peabody's capable of" Allison said as we walked up to his house and Five noticed how I started limping after them "You okay?" he asked "Yeah, I just hit my leg a little bit when we felled off the counter. It's nothing" I lied, not wanted Five to worry.

I knew that if I told him, he would stop focusing on stopping the apocalypse and focus on me. I knew that I was always Five's first priority and he would always put me over everything else even the apocalypse, therefore it was best I didn't say anything while I was trying my best to fight through the pain.

"Yeah, he didn't seem dangerous when I first saw him. Looked kinda scrawny" Diego said "Yeah, well, so are most serial killers and mass murderers" Allison said before she turned to Five and I "I mean look at them" she said "Thanks" Five said, taking it as a compliment.

"Good point. So what's this guy want with Vanya?" Diego asked "I don't know. How about we ask him after we kill him?" Five asked as we walked up the steps to the porch "I like that" I said.

"Whoa, whoa. Hey, look, I'm gonna burst through---" Diego said but stopped himself when we noticed that Allison was no longer behind us.

"You know what?" It would be nice for people just to stick to--" but Diego didn't reach to finish the sentence as Five grabbed my hand before he blinked them into the house.

"The plan" Diego finished.

Five and I appeared inside the house before we heard glass breaking and someone groan.

We walked over to see Diego laying on the floor and the glass in the door was broken, meaning that he had jumped through the glass to get inside.

Idiot.

"Subtle" Allison said as we walked over to him "You know the door was unlock" I said as I opened the door.

"Yeah, well, my way works just fine" Diego said, getting up before he brushed some shards of glass away from his clothes "Spread out. Yell if you, uh...you know, you're in trouble" he said as he walked away to search the house.

"Ah, inspiring leadership" Five said sarcastically "One of the greats" Allison added.

We all started spreading out, to search for something important.

"Guys, you need to see this" Allison called out from upstairs and we all ran upstairs to see what she have found.

We climbed up the ladder to the attic.

As soon as we were up, we looked around the room.

"What the fuck" I said as I saw the Umbrella Academy pictures and posters with their eyes scratched out and the action figures faces' was burnt off.

Pictures of them but their eyes was scratch out. Newspapers and articles about them with blood drawn down from their neck was hanging on the wall.

The action figure that was standing on the shelves and tables, their faces' was burnt off.

That is creepy.

"Our faces are brunt off" Allison said as they were looking around the room "Well, that's not creepy?" Diego said sarcastically.

"This guy's got some serious issues and he must really hate you guys" I said "Shit" both Allison and Diego said.

This was a work on a psycho. I remember that my uncle was studding human behavior, he was working for the BAU which is short for Behavior Analysis Unit and he have taught me a few things.

So I could see that the way Leonard had put all of those things up, it means that he was really angry at The Umbrella Academy. They have done something to him, something bad, but what.

"Please tell me Love, that you didn't had a murder shrine on us?" Five asked as he looked at me "No. I will admit that I wasn't a fan of you and I didn't like you at all, in fact I hated you guys, but not like that. This show that this guy have some big issues. This is someone that is a psycho. I mean the way he had put this up show that he is really angry, and you guys that have done something really bad to him" I said "How do you know that?" Allison asked "My uncle study human behavior and he is working for the BAU" I answered and the three nodded before they continued looking around the room while I looked down at my side, before putting my hand to it.

"What have you guys done to him?" I asked "Nothing" Allison said "It seems like you have done something to them, cause otherwise I don't think he would have a murder shrine on you guys" I said.

"This was never about Vanya" Allison said and I started to get worse, causing I to start gasping quietly. I felt like I were about to lose consciousness from the pain.

Come on hold on a little longer.

"This was about us" Allison said as I felt blood running down my right leg, I let out a sigh as I looked down on my  side before I lost balance and fell to the floor making a thump noise.

Shit.

FIVE'S POV.

As soon as I heard a thump noise I turned to the sound and my eyes widened when I  saw Y/n had collapsed to the floor.

"Shit, Love" I said, rushing to my wife's side before crouching down "Y/n. Wh---" Allison said as her and Diego crouched down next to Y/n while she started groaning. "Love, what's wrong?" I asked, worried as I put my hand on Y/n's forehead.

"She's very warm, she's burning up" I  said before I  looked at my brother and sister "Look at her side, she's been looking at it since we got back" I  said "Wh...Blood" Allison said as they noticed blood on Y/n's shirt by her waist.

Diego and Allison lifted up her shirt to reveal a shrapnel wound by her side as some part of her stomach was covered in blood.

Shit. Shit. Shit.

"Jesus, Y/n" Diego said "When did this happen?" I  asked "Yesterday" Y/n said quietly before she started closing her eyes "No, Love, keep your eyes open" I  said as I put my hands on her cheeks "Why didn't you say anything?" I asked "You have to keep going Honey. So...close" Y/n mumbled before she passed out from the pain.

Fuck. Fuck. Fuck.

"Love. Y/n/n" I said as I grabbed her shoulders before I shook her "No. No, no, no. Y/n open your eyes, come on. Stay with me. Y/N" I shouted with tears in my eyes while I shook her, trying to wake her up.

No. No. No.

She can't die, not now, not ever. If anyone of the two of us shall die, it shall be me, never her.

"No, no, no. Don't you dare leave me. Y/n, you stay with me. LOVE!" I shouted before I put her face in my hands "Stay with me Y/n/n. You promised not to leave me, so you stay with me. Stay with me, please. Please don't leave me Y/n/n, I wouldn't last a day without you" I cried before I turned my head to look at Diego and Allison behind me.

"We need to get her out of here. We need to get help, get her to the hospital or something. I don't care where. We just need to get that bullet out" I said and Diego lifted Y/n up in his arms before we rushed to the car.

As we got to the car, Diego put Y/n in the backseat with me before him and Allison got to the front seat.

I put my wife's head on my lap and I moved some pieces of her beautiful Y/h/c hair away from her face before I put my hands on her cheeks.

"Don't you dare die on me. I will never forgive you if you die now. I need you, Y/n. You are my wife, my world, my future, my hope, my strength, my one and only, my home, my everything. If you die I will have no reason to live. So I beg you, live for me" I said and I leaned my head down to her head before resting my forehead against hers as a tear fell from my eyes "Don't you dare leave me. I still need you, I need you like a heart needs a beat to stay alive" I said as I closed my eyes.

"Stay with me"

Please let her be okay, don't let her die.

I was about to let go of her hand but she squeezed it "Squeeze my hand to keep me awake" she said.

I did as she told me for the rest of the ride.

We quickly arrived at the Academy.

Allison was carrying Y/n's upper body while Diego was carrying her lower body as I was walking next to them pressing my hands against the wound.

"We should have taken her to the hospital" Allison said "A kid with a shrapnel wound might raise some questions" Y/n muttered, almost passing out again as some blood was running down from her mouth "You're awake" I said "I wouldn't be in a minute" she muttered.

"Yeah, well, so does the murder shrine in Harold Jenkins' attic" Allison said "Allison, I don't care about the murder shrine, alright, all I care about is my wife. She is losing blood, we need to do something now or I'm gonna lose it" I said out loud but with a worried voice "Five, please calm---" "Diego will punch you right in the face, if you tell me to calm down" I snapped at him as we walked into the living room and put Y/n on the couch.

"She's still losing blood. What do we do?" Allison asked "Apply pressure and we gotta get the shrapnel out. We get it out, we stop the bleeding, then we clean it, in that order" I said.

"Five" Y/n muttered and I grabbed her hand "I'm here Love" I said "Don't leave me" she said quietly "No. Never. I promise" I said.

Then suddenly Diego noticed someone in the main entry and he started walking away as he narrowed his eyes "Diego, where are you going?" Allison asked "Mom" Diego said as he walked towards Grace.

I put two fingers by Y/n's neck to check her pulse. "We just need to sto the bleeding" I said.

"How do we do that?" Allison asked "Let's see how it is first. Lift her up. We have to take off her jacket" I said.

Allison nodded before she lifted Y/n up by putting her under her arms which made her groaned.

I took off Y/n's jacket to avoid it hurting more then Allison put her back on the couch.

Lucky I knew about first aid so I took a handkerchief from my pocket, I then grabbed some alcohol and lifted up Y/n's shirt to reveal the wound, she had already began to bleed through her shirt.

"Okay, here we go" I said before I started cleaning her wound.

"What are you doing?" Allison asked "Cleaning the wound" I replied "Do you know how to do that?" Allison asked "I know. Taught myself how to do it in the apocalypse, so did Y/n" I said before I poured the alcohol on the wound and then pressed the handkerchief against the wound.

We quickly carried Y/n into my bedroom before putting her on the bed where Grace started stitching her up.

The sound of insects chirping was heard as I was sitting on a chair by the bed holding Y/n's hand while Grace was sitting at the edge of his bed, stitching up her wound.

Diego was standing outside, looking out of the room as Allison walked up to him.

"Anything?" Diego asked "There's no answer at Vanya's place. And the receptionist at her music school said she was a no-show for her lessons today" Allison said.

Diego didn't say anything, he just nodded before he turned around, getting ready to leave but Allison stopped him "Hey, you okay?" she asked and he turned to look at her "Yeah. I don't know, it's just surreal seeing mom" Diego said and they both looked into the room "I just wanna tell her that I'm s..." Diego said and Allison looked back at him "We don't have enough time. We gotta go" he said "I don't know, Diego" Allison said as she grabbed his arm "Y/n is laying there, unconscious. We need her and Five" Allison said.

"FIVE, YOU COMING?" Diego shouted "No. You guys go" I said as I was holding my wife's hand tight "Five, you need to come with us" Diego said but I shook my head.

Never going to happen.

"No. I'm not leaving her side, not when she is in this condition. If something else happen to her and I'm not there, I will never be able to live with myself, so I'm staying right here" I said "She is going to be fine. So come on" Diego said and I turned my head to look at them from the corner of my eyes "No. I'm staying right here, I'm not leaving my wife" I said before I turned my head back to look at my wife.

Diego nodded before he looked back at Allison "We can do this ourselves" he said "We did that already, remember? We all ended up dead" Allison said and Diego let out a sigh.

"I don't know. I'm just...I'm thinking I should go and see Clarie before--" Allison said "You can't run away from this, Allison" Diego said, cutting her off "That's what started this whole mess in the first place" he said before he let out a sigh as they both looked back into the room "Luther was right" Diego said and Allison looked at him "I didn't think I would ever hear you say those words" she said "Yeah, well...we gotta stick together" Diego said "Where do we start?" Allison asked "There's no other addresses in the file, but there is another relation listed. Jenkins' grandmother. She lived near Jackpine Road" Diego said "You think he took her there?" Allison asked "It's a good enough place to start" Diego said before him and Allison walked downstairs.

"Done" Grace said "Is she going to be alright?" I asked "Yeah, she is gonna be fine" Grace said "Thank you, mom" I said "You're welcome. I will leave you alone with her" Grace said before she got up "And Five" she said and I looked at her "She was very close in dying, so she needs a lot of rest" she said and I nodded before Grace walked out of the room.

I squeezed my wife's hand a little bit "Don't worry Love, I'm not going anywhere. I will stay right here until you open your eyes"  I said before I stood up and leaned my head over hers "I love you, so please don't leave me. I can't live without you. I can't lose you too" I said and lay a kiss on her forehead before I sat back on the chair.

I then turned my head to look at the night table next to the bed to see Y/n's headphones that was connected to her walkman, laying on the table.

I smiled as I grabbed the headphones and walkman. Y/n always used the walkman when she need to relax and she tells me that it work. So maybe it can help me relax for a bit.

I put the headphones on before I press play on the walkman causing it to play music and I closed my eyes as I leaned my head back, listening to the music as I tried to calm down.

It was actually helping, I felt my body calming down as I could hear the music.

Though I knew that we only have three days until the apocalypse will happen and we need to get to work as soon as possible. But I didn't care, I allowed myself to stay here with my injured wife.

The world can wait cause nothing is more important than my wife.
