"If Rehaan has seen him surely outside the compound main gate halting his car opposite side of the way...then......" I thought biting my nails being edgy recalling everything that Rehaan has let us informed about Neil khanna. That he was there.

Is he!????

Arrgghh!!! my head would definitely burst out someday I swear. How much I'm trying to shrug it off these stubborn, unwanted thoughts out of my head but since last night they are just coming back again and again and poking my mind off my rational brain.

"Why he look so hot all the time!! Even those sweats droplets all over his body causing me to sweat now" Avni murmured internally cursing Neil avoiding checking him out shirtless. She was trying her best possible way to pull the concentration talking to the costume designer about her next scene costumes for the other actors in the set.

There was a work out scene of on screen Arjun was shooting on.
Neil Khanna is working out using different gym equipment.
The set has been transformed into a mini gym picturising his working out session.

It's a plot requirement.

So to show the perfect abbs on his chiseled body and proper muscled arm shapes he has to get shirtless. And to put live into the scene he is originally lifting those heavy dumbbells which are leaving him all sweats and heavy breath.

Every movement he made flexing his muscle caused her breathing hitched inside her ribcage. She gulped her dry throat down watching him sweaty.
Avni was ripping her mind off to divert herself away from him but her eyes ditching her repeatedly tearing her gaze towards him.

" loved your gift" Neil said throwing the jacket on the back side of the his car seat.

"Ooh..I'm glad you liked it" Avni sighed taking the seat beside him and replied buckling her seat belt..

Today they got almost same pack up hour. Although Neil had waited for her around half an hour before her day end.

"Can I ask you a favour!!" He took a deep breath and resume the convo carrying it further.

"Obviously if you wouldn't get to go home early or have any other issues, may be you will want to take some rest going home soon" Neil turned his head and looked at her in hope.

Avni matched his gaze over her with a total confuse.

"Would you mind company me to the grocery!! Actually my grocery shelf got almost empty this week so I need to visit the super market or else I'm gonna die without my coffee and green tea" he clarified smiling jumpyly.

"Ooh achha...umm okay..no problem you drop me around any main road nearby I'll book a cab, not a big deal..or I'm getting off I'll just book a cab you don't be so hesitant I'll manage" Avni started unfastening the seat belt around her shoulder that she had just now buckled.

"Stop" Neil grabbed her wrist stopping to move further.
"You are really tired.. isn't you!!" Neil asked tensely.

"Nope. not much. Why!!" Avni furrowed her brows tilting her eyes away from their hands shifted her gaze into him.

"Would you mind if I request you to come along me" Neil was still gripping her hand expecting her answer to be in his favour.

"Ummm..okay... I'll come" Avni smiled nervously making herself comfortable leaning on the seat slightly.

"Thank you so much" his voice was soft.
Neil smiled broadly loosening his grip away hers. And revved the car engine happily heaving a sigh of relief.

Avni

"Don't you have anything to get for you!!..like groceries or fruits or any other stuffs necessary!!" he asked me pulling some flavoured green tea boxes from the tea rack.

"We have the stock until next month" I answered following him pushing the trolley that he had covered half of it with those stuffs.
I insisted to drag the wheel taking it off his grip throughout so I took hold of it letting him to grab the goods he wants. As I usually do when me and Diya go for the grocery shopping twice in a month. Diya pulls out the things we put listed.

He wore a Navy Blue shirt paring with a light blue knee ripped jeans. Almost every girls including some women were swooning over there around the billing counter.

Now imagine how hot he is looking in this pair🙈

I wasn't in the queue I just stood beside him he was into the row following the other people.
I felt a tap on my shoulder making me whirl my head immediately. And there she is raising her eyes smiling being amused by something.
Haven't idea the reason of her amusement seeing me.

"Hey you!! here!! how!!" Being surprised to see her there unpredictably I didn't know exactly how what shall I asked other than those words.

"And youu!!!!" She mumbled the last word staring at the person beside me and widenend her eyes instantly looking at him.
Following her gaze I saw Neil sir turned facing us.

I licked my bottom lip nervously looking at both of them.

As if I was caught doing something forbidden..I shouldn't be so nervous..I have gone so many times shopping with Dd or rarely with some other very close male friends or co-workers of mine, I had never felt this awkward ever before. then what happened to me today!!!!
Why I'm searching excuses to reply her as same as skittish on the whole situation.

I slightly cleared my throat to speak but cut off by her immediately.
"Neil Khanna....
Isn't he"she was in state of surprised but she kept her voice less excited being aware with the people around at the billing counters waiting for their turn standing serially in different rows.
It was 8:30pm evening so the crowd was quite thick around the grocery floor.

"Yeaah!!" He replied.I saw him smilling confusingly exchanging his gaze between two of us.

"Ooh woooaah nice to meet you...me and Avni is bestie and we shares the same apt as well" Saying in a breath Diya extended her hand for a hand shake towards him.
Neil immediately clasped his hand with hers "hello" he responded with a genuine smile.

"Avni talks about you a lot" Diya said pulling back her hands and smiled broadly. she gave a quick look at me and then shifted her eyes towards him.

"Really!!" He creased his forehead slightly throwing an amused look to her then at me.

Thank god that awkward moment has been broken immediately by a lady behind us requested him to move forward to maintain the row as we are chatting standing in the middle disturbing the order of the queue.
Without thinking a second I dragged Diya aside saying Neil Sir to get the bill and before leaving I informed him that we will be at the counter next so he doesn't need to look for us once he finished the billing.

"What the hell was that D!!!" I wishpered through gritting my teeth and had a look around to see none is paying attention to us.

"What do you mean!!" She whispered back.

"Don't act innocent D!! you know what I'm talking about and btw why are you here!!" I shooted glares, hissed.

"We admire our crushes.. don't we!! It's quite natural.. what's the big deal" She made her voice uneffected, shrugged her shoulder casually.

"You know what, go to hell fucking your ass off" I glared breathing irritatedly.

"Well I have come to buy a dress for me. I have party tomorrow night, I needed to pick a nice party wear" She replied nonchalantly twirling a coffee jar taking off a rack nearby.

I grabbed the jar off her grip and placed it on its row back.
"So have you done" I asked but cut off second time in a day this time by Neil sir.
We whirled immediately our head and faced him.

Holding his trolley he is standing there with a smile on his lips waiting for us to react.
"Do you guys need to get some more stuffs or should I..!!" He paused.

"Nope I have come here someone to catch up with and to have my shopping on the way so I'll leave now" Diya gave a smile back to him.

"Yup she is in hurry...she has shoot today..she assists the famous bollywood photographer...." I said him the name she is in job with and Neil sir immediately recognised the person. I mean who wouldn't the name itself a brand these days among the celebs. She is none other than the story maker photographer of the bollywood. They work with all the bollywood stars and some highest paid TV celebs as well. She even worked with Neil khanna last year when Diya went to see her parents in her home town so Diya missed that project.

"Ooh that's absolutely waaooooooow..she is an amazing personality I have worked with" Neil sir exclaimed in an amazed tone widening his grin.

"Yup she is" Diya responded with a satisfactory smile.

"Anyways I'll leave, okay bye jaanu" Diya parted hugging Avni before leaving she winked at her and shifted her eyes at Neil bidding him goodbye.

"It's great meeting you personally Neil...Bye....see you some other time" Diya shared a humble gesture smiling softly.

"Yup definitely" he replied her back showing a genuine interest to meet her again.

"Jaanu!!" Neil raised his one brow staring at me curiously and immediately got the reply..

"She is a typical bestie. She likes to tease me whenever she gets a single spare second free" I rolled my eyes and shook the head in hopelessness.

He casted me an bemused smirk and next moment dragging the trolley with two big bags of food items in it he started moving forward.
And I followed him.

We headed towards the exit door as soon as Diya left.

"Diya is a nice girl.Avni never talked about her before!!Hummm...."a sigh came out of my chest heavily.

There was something mischievous in her eyes I saw her while talking to Avni. She was literally teasing her bestie using some hidden vibes.

If I have seen correctly.

"And what did she say; Avni talk a lot about me!!!!... achha!!!" I smirked keeping all the stuffs to their exact places inside the kitchen closets I have brought an hour back.
