Today was the day. The day you waited for since Gwilym had proposed to you a month before. Your wedding day. You had woken up early when Anita, Sarina and Lucy came to get you to get you ready for your big day.

"Stop moving!" Lucy chided. You had so much nerves going through your system.

"I'm sorry that I'm so nervous." You said, butterflies filling your stomach. You had gotten into your dress that you had found when going dress shopping with Lucy, seeing as she was going to be you Maid of Honor. You wanted a dress that was simple, but still extravagant. The dress had spaghetti straps and a sort of swirl that went from the top of the dress to the waist ending in a trail.

You chose to keep your hair simple.

"Alright, close your eyes for me." Sarina said, now working on your makeup

 while Lucy worked on your hair.

A knock resounded on the door of the recording studio you and Gwilym were getting married in. You had both decided that you wanted to get married on the rolling hills of Rockfield Farms/Recording  Studio. The very same place where Bohemian Rhapsody had been recorded.

"Who is it?" Called one of the Bride's Maids.

"It's the God Father and Mother of the Bride." Came Brian's response from behind the door. Lucy smiled and walked over, quickly opening it for the couple. Anita was dressed in a beautiful dark red dress that fit her nicely. Brian was dressed in a dark blue dress coat, a white, long sleeved button down shirt, black dress pants and shoes. Anita held a little box in her hands. You turned and smiled at Brian and Anita. Anita gasped in aw.

"Oh, sweetheart, you look absolutely beautiful!" Anita gushed, walking over to press a light kiss to your cheek. Brian seemed frozen to the spot. He was immediately taken back to when his very best friends, [M/N] and [F/N] had gotten married. Brian swallowed back a lump in his throat.

"Y-you look stunning, darling." Brian said. You smiled and pouted a little bit.

"Aw! Don't start crying yet, Papa! You're going to make me cry!" You shouted, already feeling tears stinging your eyes. Anita handed you a tissue which you used to collect your tears. Once you were collected again, you turned towards your God Parents. "What's in the box?" You asked. Anita looked at Brian and smiled.

"Do you want to give it to her, love?" She asked.  Brian took a deep breath and nodded. She gave him the box and Brian opened it. He gently took out a beautiful comb.

You gasped at the sight of it.

"This," Brian began. "Is the exact comb your mother wore on her wedding day. It was given to her by Anita." Brian explained. Anita smiled.

"My mother passed it down to me when I married Brian, and when [M/N] was getting married, I handed it down to her." Anita explained. Tears filled your eyes once more. You finally had something that belonged to your mother for your wedding day. You gave a watery smile to Brian and Anita.

"T-thank you, both of you." You said, your voice cracking. You dabbed at your eyes once more as Lucy added it to your hair. The sound of someone clearing their throat caught your attention. Ben was leaning into the doorway.

"They're ready." He said. You smiled and nodded.

"Thanks Ben." You said. Ben nodded and walked out. Lucy and Sarina both gave you a kiss on the cheek.

"We'll be waiting at the alter with your man." Lucy said, walking out the door. Anita followed behind. You stood and grabbed your bouquet. You let out a shaky breath as Brian held out his arm. You linked your arm with his, grabbing the fabric of his dress coat tightly.

"You ready, darling?" He asked, leading you to the back doors of the recording studio. You sighed and nodded.

"Ready as I'll ever be." As Joe and [F/N] (friend name) walked out, the two of you waited for a moment before Brian lead you down the isle.

Gwilym sighed as he stood at the alter, the Priest standing behind him. As the ceremony started, Rami and Lucy walked out first, as the Best Man and Maid of Honor. Then followed Ben and [F/N] (friend name), then Joe and [F/N], then Alan and his lovely wife. After the Groomsmen and Bridesmaids were stood on the proper sides, [Y/N] and Brian walked out. Gwilym's breath was caught in his throat when he laid his eyes upon her. She was beautiful. He could tell she was fighting off tears, clearly upset by the fact that her parents couldn't be here to witness this amazing day. However, having Brian walk her down the isle was just as special. When they reached the alter, [Y/N] gave Brian a hug.

"I love you, sweetheart." He whispered. [Y/N] let out a sniffle.

"I love you to, Papa." She said. Pulling away, Brian took [Y/N]'s hand and handed it over to Gwilym, who gently took it in his hand. Brian walked over and stood next to Anita. The bride and groom faced each other, smiles lighting up their faces. The Priest smiled and lifted his hand, letting the guests know they could now sit. The Priest opened his Prayer Book and turned to the page for marriages.

"Dearly beloved," the Priest began. "We are gathered here today to witness the holy union between Gwilym Lee and [Y/N] [M/N] May. For those who are against this union, speak now or forever hold your peace." The Priest said. Silence rang across the field, save for the occasional bleating of a sheep and mooing of a cow. The Priest nodded. "Bring forth the rings." The Priest requested. The son of one of your good friends, who was to be the Ring Bearer, walked forward with two silver bands on a dark blue pillow. 

Gwilym smiled and nodded in thanks at the boy as he took his ring for you and held it. The Priest nodded. "The Groom will now give his vows." Gwilym let out a shaky breath.

"[Y/N], I vow to fiercely love you in all of your forms, now and forever. I promise to never forget this once-in-a-lifetime love. And to always know in the deepest part of my soul, take this ring as a sign that no matter what challenges might carry us apart, we will always find our way back to each other." Gwilym said, reciting his vows that he had memorized. [Y/N] smiled and nodded. Gwilym took her hand and slipped the ring onto her wedding finger. It was a perfect fit. [Y/N] took your ring off of the pillow and the boy took a step back, standing on the side.

You gave a watery smile to Gwilym, holding the ring in your fingers and his hand in your free hand.

"Gwilym, love has given us wings, and our journey begins today. Wherever the wind may carry me, I will stay by your side as your wife. Take this ring as a sign of my love and commitment to you." You recited your vows, having also memorized them. You slipped the ring onto Gwilym's wedding finger, smiling at each other. The Priest smiled.

"We are here today, to celebrate the love, which [Y/N] and Gwilym have for each other, and to give social recognition to their decision to commit their lives and accept each other totally," The Priest said. He looked at Gwilym. "Do you Gwilym Lee, take [Y/N] May, to be your lawfully wedded wife, to share your life openly, standing with her in sickness and in health, in joy and in sorrow, in hardship and in ease, to cherish and love forever more?" The Priest asked.

Gwilym smiled and nodded.

"I do."

The Priest turned to you.

"Do you [Y/N] May take Gwilym Lee, to be your lawfully wedded husband, to share your life openly, standing with him in sickness and in health, in joy and in sorrow, in hardship and in ease, to cherish and love forever more?" The Priest asked. You smiled and nodded.

"I do."

The Priest smiled.

"I pronounce this couple Man and Wife. You may kiss the Bride." The Priest said. Gwilym smiled and gently yet quickly grabbed you by the waist and lowered you into a dip, pressing his lips to yours. The crowd erupted into cheers and applause. You were now married, to your best friend and the love of your life.
