Chapter Twenty Six

Soleil's POV

I smiled in satisfaction after taking a shot. I was grateful the weather was great, and the lake was reflecting the clear blue sky like a mirror.

I angled the view reaching my lovely honey dip blonde and started taking pictures of hers. Whenever came to this supermodel, I couldn't keep my hands away from my baby to capture more shots of hers.

She was relishing the cool breeze with her eyes close, her golden hair was bright under the sunlight, sprawling freely along with the stronger wind as she slipped the strand of her hair behind her ears.

Kimora's lovely green eyes eventually fluttered open as she turned to face me making a love sign with her thumb and forefinger. I couldn't get the meaning of the sign she made, but her mesmerizing smile was the matter.

I couldn't help but gazed deeply at the most bewitching face through my viewfinder while she cutely blew a kiss at me as I grinned.

Well, this would gonna be our private portfolio and I never thought of sharing a magnificent album of hers with anyone.

My Kimmy bear made the funny sign to me just now was taught by Lotte. My annoying sister told us that was an adorable posing while taking a picture. She learned it from the Korean series, and she nearly strangle me after a long explanation to me that the gesture was holding a heart.

Still, it was more like asking for tips in my thought.

Somehow, Kimora loved it, and said it was cute. She even shot her puppy eyes asking me to do that with her whenever we took pictures together.

I was totally fine if anything came to her, and Lotte said I was too whipped and biased because I never do that whenever she asked me to pose the funny gesture she suggested.

Even though Kimora couldn't see my eyes but she had a charm for keeping my eyes on her. Those eyes of hers were irresistible. In the meantime, we were distracted by a soft voice click from a mobile. We chuckled and turned our attention to the person.

"You'll thank me later." She shrugged lightly with a grin and happily showed us the picture she had taken through her phone.

Meadow was a friend of mine from Taiwan, also a volunteer tour guide of the day since she was having a day off.

We knew each other from a job, she was the planner and I was the photographer of an event in Taiwan. Also, that was my first working abroad during the winter season since I hate cold and I would try luck to work abroad.

It was a great experience to work abroad because I could learn and get to know different cultures. Taiwan was the first place I went to before I went to the Philippines, Malaysia, India, and Switzerland.

Of course, Switzerland was the coldest place but there had a place I wanted to go. This earned a laugh from my family. They said I was silly and Switzerland was colder than our place twice.

I did share about them with Kimora, I was lucky to meet awesome friends when I was working at the places, but I never meet them again after I lost one of my best friends, Aria.

I knew I shouldn't have to think like that, but I couldn't. I couldn't afford to endure any pain from losing my awesome friends. Kimora already liked them after I shared the stories about them and she happily suggested we could take the role to visit all of them whenever we had a holiday break.

So, Meadow would be the first friend we would gonna meet, and Taiwan was for our second winter break.

Meadow was tiny but she could be a protective friend and I felt so small whenever I was with her. I would never forget she reached out and helped me when I met the rude people.

I was grateful she was around that time. She was calm and talked to the people in a friendly manner like her second nature, and she smoothly made things well ended and ease the awkwardness between us.

I kept thanking her numerous of times that she was my savior, but she kept explaining to me that was part of her job to make everyone happy and comfortable at the event.

She was socializing and I was getting comfortable talking with her. We speedily became friends and she happily offered to tour me around the city since I was alone and unfamiliar with this place.

I was grateful she took me to a few landmarks for me to take pictures. Of course, I did take a few shots of her as a memorable friendship. After I sent the pictures to her, we rarely text with each other but she would still occasionally send greeting to me.

When I message her that we would go to Taiwan, she seemed too happy and called me instead. I keep telling her how sorry I was that I never find her again, but she was too kind and told me that she was understandable.

Meadow insisted to tour us around and she said it was a great catch-up after years.

I smiled at my beloved honey dip blonde was laughing along with my friendly friend. They were having a good chat and Meadow glanced at us and playfully sighed, "Now you guys make me miss someone." In the meantime, she sneezed and she continued to sneeze a few times.

"I guess someone is missing you too," joked as my Kimmy bear gently slapped my upper arm before taking a piece of tissue for Meadow as the tiny girl grinned in appreciation before taking it from her.

Meadow used the tissue to dap her nose and mumbled, "Better be. She's busy taking care of the cakes and pastries instead of me."

"Nah, Spencer is busy baking your favorite cupcakes," I teased as Meadow huffed, "Stop. Now you make me craving for her cupcakes. Don't make me fly all the way back to Taipei and steal the cupcakes."

Kimora gently elbowed me to hint me to stop teasing because we would break the little surprise from Spencer. We were happy Meadow met an awesome girlfriend, I could see they were so adorable and sweet together.

I thought I was the quietest and most reserved person but Spencer took the crown from me. So, I could proudly tell my family about this.

Spencer was quiet when we just met. Most of the time Meadow and Kimora keep talking as I would join the conversation while Spencer would quietly listen and smiled.

Kimora and I would occasionally make conversation with Spencer since we had so much to ask her about the cakes, and recommendations of our favorite matcha. She would happily share those with us since she was a fan of matcha.

So, Spencer wasn't a super quiet girl as we thought, she was a funny person and she was getting comfortable joking and making fun of Meadow which brought a good laugh and joy to us.

She secretly told us that she would meet up with Meadow in surprise after she had finished her work without Meadow knowing. This would be easy to keep this from Meadow since from Taipei to Sun Moon Lake was a long hour journey if taking a bus.

Kimora and I had to make an excuse to keep Meadow staying with us in Lalu Hotel we booked for a day before she returned to Taipei. Of course, Kimora's nice talk was convincing and Meadow seemed excited about the plan we suggested and happily agreed.

We all knew Meadow wanted to stay in this hotel with Spencer but they were too busy with their job and didn't have any plan to be here sooner. So, Spencer had already booked another room for them and we couldn't wait to see how much Meadow was excited.

We spent half a day on the cruise across the lake, took a stop at the famous temple, a pier with their local food for us to enjoy the snacks and we finally returned to the pier which was the place we would stay.

It was evening and we took the trail to enjoy the great scene with lush mountains. Also, I had taken many photos while relishing the sunset view of the lake before returning to the hotel we stayed at.

"I've told Spencer we would come here someday," Meadow sighed in relaxation while taking a sip of a hot tea and seeing the view.

We were having hi-tea outside of the lounge which was in the hotel we were staying. This place had a relaxing view of the sunset and we thought this was a good place waiting for Spencer to join us shortly.

In the meantime, Spencer smiled at us and quietly reached our table and slipped in next to Meadow as the tiny girl turned around and her gasp more like squealed. A wide grin broke on the tiny girl's face as she exclaimed happily, "Oh my god, I was talking about you just now, and you're right here."

Spencer chuckled, "I promised my new friends to bring the cupcakes for them." she turned to us and put a cake box of cupcakes on the table and gently pushed it toward us as she added, "It's matcha flavor."

My Kimmy bear and I didn't disappoint the effect as I was salivating and our eyes glued on the cake box like the best prize for us. Kimora happily claimed the box of cupcakes and grinned, "I'm not gonna say no to this! Thank you."

"Me either, and thank you," I added.

The couple shared a laugh at us and we spent another hour for the joyful teatime until the nightfall. It was so much fun spending time with great friends, and I was glad Kimora like them as I did.

Who wouldn't like nice people like them?

Also, we happily asked them to go visit us and Kimora even offered them to stay at her hotel as special guests or at our home. Well, I thought our family's friendliness would either freak them out or welcoming for them.

Kimora and I were envied Meadow was so lucky could enjoy the heavenly delicious pastries and cupcakes from Spencer anytime. I guess we could get along because she was a huge fan of matcha like us.

We were already craving her pastries and cakes after we tried, and thinking to get any pastries with matcha taste from her before we returned to New York. I was pretty sure Ophelia will craving them after she tried.

My lovely honey dip blonde and I were taking a rest in the hotel room after a great warm shower in the chilly weather. I wouldn't worry I might feel cold after I stepped out of the bathroom because I could always snuggle and get the warmth from my best warmer.

We already slipped into our sweaters and sweatpants, and I keep hugging her from the bathroom to the bed like a plush toy. I nestled my head in the crook of her neck as she started choosing the channel of the TV.

I wrapped my arms around her and inhaled her scent mingled with the shower foam as she gently tangled her fingers with my hair and ran the scalp of my head treating me like a puppy. I playfully purred and comfortably leaned in with her touching.

I heard her adorable giggling as I grin and nuzzled her neck with a purr and she laughed, "Are you still feeling cold?"

I nodded my head eagerly as I smiled in anticipation when she cupped my face and I met her lips. The feeling was like taking the marshmallow combination with the best hot chocolate. I couldn't help but savoured her sweet taste as we moaned with our tongues tangling. In the meantime, our tummies rumbled as we chuckled and this was nothing surprise us since that would usually happen whenever we did that.

"7-11?" I suggested in between our lips.

She gently bit my lips and said, "Yes, please. I miss the sausage."

"Me either!" I beamed as we quickly put on our jackets and shoes, Kimora grabbed a purse and we happily walked out of our hotel's room hand in hand.

We had been here about a week and most of our dinner time could be found in this store. It was like a whole package for snacks, utilities, breakfast, lunch, dinner, and you name it.

Once we stepped into the 7-11, I was already tugged by my Kimmy bear who was overly excited to see the food around her.

I was no joke about the convenience store, it basically covered all the needs. We reached the counter and my mouth started watery when the greasy sausage was looking bright and shiny in the machine. For Taiwanese, this sausage was one of the local food and could be found anywhere, but not in our country. So, it was precious for us.

We were thankful Meadow listed the local food for us. Taiwanese sausage was the first snack we tried and we were in love with it. It was surprisingly sweet and smell good with the grilled pork and fat taste.

I enjoyed most of the food here, except for the weird taste of fried tofu. The smell was bad and tasted like someone throwing up. I almost puke after I took a bite, but Kimora loved it. I knew I couldn't resist her adorable puppy eyes whenever she pleaded with me with that cute face and I had to tolerate the taste from her either.

Kimora never wait for a second as she used the food clip to take four sausages and put them into a paper bag.

I was grateful Kimora took any action fast without waiting. Unlikely me, I always had a decision-making disorder. She was engaged in seeing the food and beverage and I was holding a bag of the sausage we took with a hand, and another hand of mine was held securely by her.

Kimora squealed happily when she saw a roll of kimchi onigiri and tuna onigiri in the fridge. Most of the time she couldn't get these flavors since they were fast selling, and now she grabbed two kimchi and two tuna of the Japanese rice triangle and quickly threw them into the basket like she was having the Supermarket Sweep show.

I was grateful I already grabbed a basket before my Kimmy bear started having food shopping in this convenience store. There was no joke she would buy a lot when came to food.

She took a bottle of oolong tea and a pack of fruit drinks. She went to the food station to take a pork chop rice bento, and a bowl of rice with spicy tofu and threw them into the basket.

"I don't think we can finish all of it, right?" I asked while I glanced at the full basket and looked at her as she turned to me and flash a cute grin, "Who said we gonna eat them all tonight? We can keep them."

I tilted my head and looked at her as she bumped my shoulder, "We can have them in the morning, silly."

I shrugged and she throw two peach shortcakes into the basket she stopped at the beer beverage and asked with a mischievous grin, "Do you want some beer, honey?"

I smirked at her, "Do you like I drunk?"

She bit her lips and said in her low voice, "Since that night, I'm in love with that."

In the meantime, I felt heat rush my face as she giggled and threw 6 cans of beer into it knowing I would have a long hour sleeping in bed. She licked around her lips with her tongue and teased with a wink, "I'll gonna let you drunk, and you'll be all mine tonight."

"Please be gentle, bear. We need a long walk for tomorrow," I eventually whispered and teased her in return as she slapped my upper arm and giggled. When we reached the Oden station I saw the familiar figure and knowing there would be no other pair was a tall blonde and a dark hair tiny girl.

Meadow and Spencer's back were facing us while they were busy picking the food in the steamy hot soup tray. Kimora and I shared a look as I slipped next to Spencer while Kimora next to Meadow and snaked an arm around the tiny girl's shoulder. When they saw us they laughed and started recommending the food for us to take.

We didn't take long and happily paid for our meals before returning to our rooms and ready for the late dinner.

🔆🔆🔆

"Hey, my sleepy head."

I smiled at the soft morning voice from my lovely honey dip blonde as I sighed softly and remained my eyes close when her finger was trailing the shell of my ear. I let my eyes flutter open as I gazed at her lovely green eyes while the early sunlight was peeking throw the faint white curtain.

"Good morning, my Kimmy Bear," I pecked her lips as I slipped the strand of her hair behind her ear she smiled at it and said, "Our breakfast is served. Go get freshened up, honey."

I buried my face in her chest to feel her tender bosom and sighed, "I need a minute, bear."

She gently pinched my face and said softly, "Don't be a baby, honey. Let's eat before the food gets cold. You know I hate cold eggs, right?"

I chuckled and shifted my face to her left breast and pop a nipple into my mouth as I gently suck and licked her nub until it stood attention. She moaned softly and gently tugged my earlobe with her fingers and I teased, "I don't think I need hot eggs. These are good for me."

I quickly pop another side of her nipple and did the same as she whined, "Hurry before the eggs gets cold!"

I laughed and kiss her breasts once again and grinned at my Kimmy bear who already glared at me and pursed her lips.

"Okay, I'll be quick," I said and swiftly went to brush my teeth and skip a quick shower before Kimora whined again. She would easily get frustrated whenever she was starving. So, I had to do everything quickly.

We were relaxing on the balcony of our room, enjoying the chilly weather while taking our breakfast. Kimora not just ordered her favorite sunny side up, but also order her favorite twisted cruller which was a deep-fried stick and hot soybean milk to be the matcher.

I prefer to drink the soybean milk instead of dipping the twisted cruller because it would become oily, but Kimora prefers to dip it with the soybean milk and she loved it.

I was thankful she only order a piece of scallion pancake instead of two, I know my stomach might be too full to finish all. Besides, Kimora technically couldn't eat too much since she easily get gastric, but she was always out of control whenever came to food.

We eventually finished our breakfast, taking the hot tea while seeing the sun already high in the clear blue sky shining through the fascinating lake. I smiled when Kimora straddled my lap, gently cupping my face, and asked with a beautiful smile, "Do you like it?"

I looked into her eyes with my hands running the side of her waist up and down and said, "Of course, I love it."

"I mean this view, silly." Kimora chuckled as she tapped my nose.

"It is, and it becomes perfect with you, bear." I pecked her lips as she giggled rolled her eyes and said, "You know what, we'll gonna stay at here for two more days."

"Really?" I asked excitedly and she grinned happily and said, "Yup, I could see you're content when you arrived at this place. So, I just extended our stay."

I couldn't help but I grinned at her thoughtfulness. She would always pay so much attention to every detail of my little thing which I didn't even realize.

I wrapped my arms around her waist to pull her closer and I tenderly claimed her lips and relished them. I drew away from her with my hands cradled her face and looked into her ravishing eyes.

Her green eyes were twinkling and she asked softly, "So, what do you think about the plan I made for this trip? 1 to 5 and what you'll gonna rate?"

I hummed and nuzzled her nose with my thumbs caressed her smooth skin and said, "Can I put 10? I can't even rate because spending a trip with you like that is splendid, bear."

A delightful grin spread across her beautiful face as she said, "I'm glad. But, I'll need you to make another rate for the dessert prepared by me."

"Oh, that's lovely. I don't think I have to rate for that," I smirked at her as she gently hit my chest, "It's not what you think like that, silly. That one you can have it anytime, but not now."

I laughed as she excitedly angled to a small table next to me and I just realize there had food with a silver cover and I asked with a chuckle, "Since when is this thing at here?"

"When you slept like a pig," she retorted.

"And you didn't put on any clothes when you take this food?" I blurted out my question.

"Do you think I'm silly?" she snorted.

We burst out laughing as she quickly said, "Okay, be quiet now. I wanna show my masterpiece for you, honey."

"Okay," I said softly and she gingerly put the plate with a silver cover in my hands and she gazed at me and waited for me to open the lid expectedly.

I was stunned after I opened the lid, it was a slice of crepe with chocolate syrup, whipped cream, and a strawberry on the large plate. I knew mainly wasn't the desert, it was all about the words she had written in chocolate syrup.

"Am I pass to be your wife?"

When I turned to look at my beautiful girlfriend she was smiling sweetly at me, holding an open white velvet box with a silver flame heart shape diamond ring, and said, "To be fair, do you wanna put a rate of my best service before claiming me as your little wife?"

I couldn't help but giggled at her as she rolled her eyes at me. I stretched a hand and smiled at her, "I'm not gonna put any rate on you. But I can't wait for you to put this ring on me, my silly bear."

The moment when she took the ring from the velvet box, my heart was leaping with enthusiasm and I tried being patient while waiting for her gingerly slipped the ring into my finger. Right after she put the ring on me, I put the dessert aside to pick her up and meet her lips as she wrapped her arms and legs around me.

We blissfully nibbled our lips while dancing our tongues and taking her to the bed again. Once we were on our bed, I pinned her hands over her head as she gently bit my lower lips and smiled in anticipation.

I clasped her hands as I hovered over her beautiful face and grinned, "Let's have a little celebration for us, my wife."

My beloved wife-to-be bit her lower lips and played a flirtatious smirk at me, "Certainly, my wife."
