"Stiles!" I hear Lydia scream. I'm stunned to hear her call out my name, how long has she known? It doesn't matter now, what matters is Lydia's life.
I can't let her die like this, no, I won't let her die like this. I start rapidly firing webs in lizards face until his face is just pure spider webs. I force myself up so I can slam my fist into the side of his face. He cries out in pain and stumbles backwards, releasing his grip on my leg.
I push off the building and bring my arms in by my side, so I can fall faster, I need all the speed I can get.
I get closer and closer until I am just arms reach away.
"Stiles." She whisper. It was like time slowed around us, and it was just me and Lydia. I reach my arm out for her to grab, but it just wasn't enough, only our finger tips touched.
"Come on!" I say frustrated, I can't be this close to Lydia and still fail to save her.
I use my webs to grip onto her hand and pull her towards me. We were so close to the ground. I use my free hand to quickly shoot my web onto the building, but it wasn't enough, the web fell short.
There was no time to do anything else but to wrap my arms around Lydia and close my eyes.
We hit the ground, hard might I add. Lucky there was a car to lessen the impact on my back but it still was very painful. I lay on top of the car nearly falling unconscious from the fall, until I feel a light tap on my face.
"Stiles, please, wake up." I faintly hear Lydia sobbing.
I then feel my mask being pulled off, which was actually a relief to have that thing off my face. I try my best to open my eyes.
"L-Lydia, you need to go, lizard- he won't stop." I whisper, my voice is barley audible.
I can hear her crying which breaks my heart. "No, I can't leave you." She says wiping a tear from her face. "T-that thing will kill you stiles."
I then hear the lizard land on the ground, it causes a huge explosion of rubble to go flying in every direction. "Lydia please." I plead, I can't have her in danger again.
"Your in no shape to do anything, j-just let me help." She says trembling.
I slowly turn my head to see lizard walking our way. "Lydia you have to go." She nods her head slowly not wanting to agree but does it anyway.
She steps back from me letting me sit up and put the mask back on. Lizard was now running at me, and there was no way of stopping him.
I saw Lydia run in the other direction out of the corner of my eye which lifted a whole weight off my chest, all I had to do now was concentrate on lizard.
To be honest I wasn't up to full capacity, thanks to falling off a building but I had to give it my all, for Beacon Hills sake.
I push off and start running at him; oh god was this going to hurt.
Everything in me was telling me to turn back, go find Lydia and hide somewhere safe, but I couldn't do that, I couldn't allow a rampaging monster running through the streets of Beacon Hills.
I jump up and slam my fist in his stomach, making him bend over. I took the advantage to attack again. I aimed for his legs and shot my webs. I was about to pull on it making him fall over, but instead lizard saw the web coming and grabbed onto it himself.
"Oh crap." I said before lizard swung me around using my own web against me, I really should of thought that through.
I crashed into the ground, I stayed there for a while trying to regain my breath from the impact. But before I could even recover he picked me up again, holding me in his hands and begun squeezing.
It was getting more and more  difficult for me to breathe each second.
"S-stop, please..." I barley managed to say.
I tried with my last bit of energy to break myself free from his grip but it was no use, I was beaten.
My vision started to get blurry and I was beginning to see black dots form. I was falling into unconsciousness, and I was afraid I would never wake up.
I had lost all hope, I closed my eyes and just waited for the inevitable to happen.
When I realised I was able to breathe again and I hadn't fallen into complete darkness, I open my eyes and see that I'm on the ground.
I blinked a few times before I saw Scott fighting off lizard. He was full wolf, and he looked angry.
Lizard had no idea what was happening, out of no where this person attacks him. Scott wasn't giving any remorse either, punch after punch after punch.
Lizard let out a death defying scream and fled down a sewage hole. Scott stood there panting with his hands folded into a fist.
"S-Scott?" It sounded like I had been gurgling gravel, it was painful to speak.
"I'm so sorry stiles, Lydia told me everything, and then I heard your voice mail, I came as soon as I could." He said running over to me.
He shifted back to human.
"It's okay, I'm just thankful you came when you did." I tried to laugh but it hurt to much.
"Stiles what was that thing? Is it a kanima?" Scott asked.
"It's a long story."
