As per the plan our prom night was scheduled on my birthday due to our respective delays, finally Nat and Ry were together and Skylar had asked Zoya.  And when everything was going right I had to display my tantrums. The world knows how I have been bought up.

"I am not going out." I stated.

"Its your Birthday." Nat replied.

"And your idea too." Zoya continued.

"I don't have anything to wear." I replied.

I huffed and sat back on my bed and then began the show.

Various designer wears were bought up.

There was a lot of hustle outside Rishta's Room.

When Ethan asked,

"What's going on?"

"You are going alone tonight." I replied.

"Why?" He asked.

"Because my dear friend your date is a drama queen. Just because according to her she has nothing good to wear, she wishes to skip tonight."

I replied but I saw a sly smile play on Ethan's face. It was odd seeing Ethan smile, it was a rare these days.

After 3 hour or so...

"Nat, where is Mehar?" I asked my beautiful wife as she looked breathtaking in the emerald green strapless dress.

and then before any of us could make any movement Zoya, our host for tonight announced.

Ethan's POV.

"Guys and girls let's welcome the highlight of the day our Birthday Girl." as soon as Zoya announced, all heads turned towards the most beautiful creation of God. She walked down carefully looking like an angel.

Earlier this evening when Ryder told me about Mehar not having her dress, I exactly knew what I had to do. I had got a white crop top and a long flowy white skirt earlier at a stop for Mehar as her Birthday gift, the skirt was covered till her mid thigh and then went transparent. She had left her hair loose and had strapped white wedges. Minimal make up made her glow naturally. All applauded as she got down and Ry and Nat went to hug her and next was Zoya. I and Skylar went ahead and wished her.

"I love your dress." Nat commented.

"His gift, so the compliment goes to him." Mehar said while pointing to me and all 4 sets of eyes turned towards me and I coughed on my own drink. How did she come to it was me. Before I could ask anything else, The famous art of gliding your body and shaking your hands and legs begun. Mehar walked up to me and ask.

"Can I have a Dance."

"I don't know how to?" I stated sincerely.

She smiled and then turned towards Zoya and said something to hear to which I turned deaf ear, and suddenly the spot light fell on us and Mehar started singing.
