Chapter 40.

Zoya.

I slowly open my eyes and sigh heavily. I was about to stand, but fall back when something pulled me back. I turned around and saw Asim peacefully, but his arms were tightly wrapped around my waist. I smile slightly and cuddle close to him closing my eyes. Never before I feel this comfortable. With him I feel like I get everything I want in my life. I feel complete with him.

"Comfortable?" I looked up at Asim when I heard him. I smile and nodded before cuddling again. He chuckle and kissed the top of my head before sighing.

"Asim." I call his name softly and looked up at his closed eyes.

"Yeah?"

"When we will go on picnic?" I asked him. He sigh and open his eyes.

"I don't know." He said and slowly comb my hairs with his fingers. It has been almost 2 weeks we came back and when I tried to talk to Aunty and Uncle about the picnic, Asim stop me saying we just came back from vacations and had to wait for some time before planning anything. I don't want everyone to think that I don't want to be here that is why I stay quiet. I just want to thank Uncle and Aunty for everything they had done for me... for us.

"I think we should talk about it to Adil Bhai and Bhabhi." I said and sit up. He sigh and nodded.

"I will talk Adil about it today." He said with a small smile. I smiled back and nodded. I stood up and get fresh before going down in the kitchen to make breakfast for everyone.

"Assalam-o-Alaikum Aunty." I give my Salam to Aunty as I walk inside. She greet back and we make breakfast together. Soon, everyone came and we all eat breakfast together. Asim and Adil Bhai went to their office while Saira Bhabhi and I stay at home. Aunty and Uncle went to meet Uncle sister with Hadiya and Mustafa and they will be back in the evening. It is barely afternoon and we were bored.

"Zoya." I turned around and look at Saira Bhabhi as she step in the room. I smiled at her.

"Yes Bhabhi?" I asked as she take her seat on the bed and I get back to my work.

"I am bored." She whined, making me chuckle.

"What you want to do?" I asked her. She shrugged and think about it

"Do you want to go on shopping?" She asked me. I turned to her and nodded quickly making her chuckle. I am always ready for shopping. "I will meet you downstairs." I nodded again and she went out.

"I am tired. Let's go home." Saira Bhabhi says tiredly making me chuckle. We are roaming around the mall and went in a different store. We are here for only 2 hours.

"But we just start shopping." I said and pout, making she looked at me surprised.

"We shopped for 2 hours and you said we just start shopping? Aren't you tired?" She asked me confused. I smirked and shook my head.

"No. I would never get tired to do shopping." I said and shrugged. She sighs heavily and shake her head with a small smile.

"I can see that." I smiled and stop in front of the shop I was looking for. She looked at me confused and raised her eyebrow.

"What you want from here?" She asked me as we walk inside. I give her a smirk and look at front.

"Excuse me, I want to see your latest collection." I said to the man behind the counter. He nodded and showed me their new collection that just launched. When I find the perfect piece for Asim, I paid for it from my saving that I earned before our marriage.

"He will definitely get a shocked when he see this." Saira Bhabhi say with a mischievous grin. I laugh softly and nodded. He was planning to buy this since the last week when it launched.

"Let's take a break and eat something." I suggest. She nodded and we went out of the mall. On the way to our favorite restaurant, we decide that we will call and invite Adil Bhai and Asim to lunch with us.

Adil Bhai, Saira Bhabhi, Asim and I never go out for lunch or dinner together. We want Aunty and Uncle to join, but they gently turned our offer down, saying we would go together and enjoy ourselves. Saira Bhabhi drop me off at the Asim office before she went to Adil Bhai to call him. I left our shopping bags in her car so that I don't have to carry it around. I walk inside and take the elevator to go on Asim floor. Rauhan Bhai own this whole building and every floor held a different department. With a smile, I walk out of the elevator when it's open. I greet the receptionist with a small smile before going in his room. I knock twice and went in when he call to come in.

"Assalam-o-Alaikum." I give my Salam and he quickly looked up at me with a smile.

"Walaikum Assalam Zoya. What are you doing here?" He asked me and gesture me to take a seat. I smiled and sit on the chair across him.

"I came here to take you with me for lunch." I say and he raised his eyebrow at me. He smirked and leaned back on his chair. I know he is going to say something.

"Lunch with me? Well, Mrs. Asim, I am really busy right now. You should have taken an appointment for it." He says and smirked at me. I narrowed my eyes at him before smiling innocently and fake sigh in defeat.

"Oh. No problem. I will remember to take it for now. I completely understand you are busy. I can look for someone who want to go with me." I said and stood up to walk away, but stop and turned around when he call my name.

"Don't you dare to do that Zoya. I am coming with you." He said glaring at me. I chuckle when he hurriedly grab his wallet and phone.

"I was only joking Asim. No need to do this hurry." I say when he quickly close all the files that he was ready and his laptop. He looked at me with a sigh and put everything in the bag.

"Sorry." He mumbled and I saw a pink shade on his cheeks. I laughed and walk over him.

"Are you blushing?" I asked pinching his cheeks making him groaned. I laughed as he grabbed my hand and pulled me out of his office with him.

"Where are we going to eat lunch?" He asked as he pulled on the street. I smiled and tell him the name of the restaurant.

"Adil Bhai and Saira Bhabhi will be there." I told him. He nodded and we walk about how our day was going. I tell him about my shopping trip with Saira Bhabhi escaping the part when I buy gift for him.

"I think this is the best time to talk Adil about the picnic. Rauhan is giving everyone off on this weekend." He informed me. I nodded. It will be a good idea. Last weekend, Rauhan Bhai call all his employ office for some important work and give this weekend off.

When we reach at restaurant, Asim park his car in parking and we both get out. Asim held my hand as we walk in the restaurant. I smiled when I saw Adil Bhai and Saira Bhabhi sitting at table in the corner. We walk toward them and I saw Saira Bhabhi blushing at something that Adil said. We smiled and give our Salam when we reach them. I take my seat and Asim sits beside me.

"Do you guys know you two are look cute together?" I looked at them and Saira Bhabhi blush while Adil Bhai smile at her.

"We didn't know that before Zoya. Thanks for telling us." Adil Bhai said with a soft smile. I smiled back and looked at Asim to see him pouting at me.

"But we are cuter then them." Asim whined, making me smile and shake my head. I laughed when Adil Bhai twisted his ear, making him groaned.

"Wife is always right Asmo." Adil Bhai smirked when Asim shot him a glare. I tried to control my laugh, but I couldn't and laugh with Saira Bhabhi at Asim nickname.

"Stop it." Asim glared at all of us, but we couldn't control ourselves. He pouted and looked away.

"Sorry Asim, but I thought it was a cute name." I told him. He looked at me and I give him a soft smile. I could always stare in his black eyes without getting bored. I can easily see love for me in his shining eyes.

"So..." I looked away when Adil Bhai clear his threats to get our attention. I looked at Saira Bhabhi and saw her smiling at me. "Is there any reason behind this lunch?"

"Yes and no." I said and smiled when Asim nodded to me. They looked at us confused.

"Actually Bhai, Zoya was thinking-" I shot Asim a glare when he say my name. He coughed and looked back at them before correcting himself. "We are thinking that we all should go somewhere together. A picnic or something. We wanted to thank Mom, Dad for the surprise vacation they gave us. Mom, Dad and we were together and in the same hotel but they always take care of Hadiya and Mustafa and couldn't enjoy much. Beside we guys weren't there with us."

"So we thought a big picnic could make it up for them. Our family, My family, Khadija Bhabhi family and Hira Bhabhi family should go on picnic this weekend all together to enjoy." I finished what Asim started. They looked at us and think about it for a few minutes. Saira Bhabhi nodded with a smile.

"That is a good idea. I am with you." She said and we all looked at Adil Bhai, when he didn't say anything and give us a blank look.

"Adil are you going to say yes or not?" Asim asked him with a bored look. Adil Bhai looked at him and smirked.

"No." He shrugged and groaned when Saira Bhabhi slap the back of his head. Asim smirked and give her a thumbs up.

"Now what is your answer?" Asim asked him again. He glared at him and look away.

"Yes." He mumbled, but we clearly heard him.

"What did you say?" Asim asked like he didn't hear him. I give Asim a glare, but he ignore me and tease his brother.

"Yes." Adil Bhai said a little louder, making us laugh. We order our food and plan about things while we wait for it. After lunch, we parted our ways. Adil Bhai take Saira Bhabhi with her and Asim tell her not to pick me up from his office because we both went home together after he grab and pack his things from the office. Before leaving I tell her to put Asim gift in her room and I will take it from her. With a promise to talk about this to Aunty Uncle tonight, we parted our ways.

"You want to come up with me?" Asim asked as he parked his car in the parking. I nodded and went inside with him. I sigh heavily when we step in empty elevator and it close to take us up. I close my eyes and leaned into him. I smiled as he wrapped his arms around me and drop a light kiss on my forehead. I heard the ding of elevator open but didn't want to step away from Asim.

"Get your hands off her." A voice said, making me jump. I open my eyes and looked at the person in front of me. I smile nervously at the person and looked at Asim. He glared and rolled his eyes at him.

"What are you doing here Sir?" Asim asked, emphasizing the word, Sir. Rauhan Bhai glared at him at him while Shaheer try to control his laugh.

"If you forget, I would like to remind you that we had meeting in 2 minutes. I want you in board room now. If you come a second late then you're fired" Rauhan Bhai say sternly making me shocked. I looked at Asim and he looked bored while Shaheer finally started to laugh.

"Bhai!" I yelled. He looked at me and his face soften a bit before it replace with a glare.

"Zoya, go in his office and wait for us to get over it." He sat and turned around to walk away with a sober up Shaheer. I sigh heavily and looked at Asim. I frowned when he give me a soft smile and lead me to his office.

"Aren't you mad or scared of him?" I asked him confused as I sit on a chair. He shook his head and look for something.

"No, I know he would never do what he says. He is only trying to scare me." He shrugged and pick up a black folder.

"How are you sure about it?"

"Because he didn't want to hurt his sister." He smiled and stand in front of me. I smiled because I know it is truth. I would get hurt if Asim lose his dream job because of my brother.

"Go before he really fired you." I said and pushed him out making him chuckle. After his meeting was done, we left from office, but before that Rauhan Bhai give him a lecture and threaten him. I invite Rauhan Bhai and Shaheer with his family on a picnic with us. Asim and I decided that we should talk everyone about forgiving Shehroz.

I just hope everyone understands him and give him a second chance.

Update! I hope you all like it and Please let me know what you think about this chapter. It is not much interesting but upcoming chapter will be. Next update will be of The Second Chance and maybe Silent Love. I don't know when but I will post it soon. 

For those who are waiting for Shehroz and Aminah story. I write the description and it is all ready to out. I will post it soon Insha-Allah.
