Chapter 32.

 Asim.

"You sure you are going to meet Amir?" I asked, confused as I saw Zoya getting ready. She looked at me through the mirror and nodded.

"Y-yeah. Why?" She asked back after answering my question. I sigh and shrugged before sitting on the bed.

"Nothing. I don't know you were going to meet him like this." I mumble hoping she wouldn't hear but she did.

"What you mean by like this? Am I not looking good?" She asked me frowning. I quickly shake my head in no.

"Actually, you are looking perfect." I told her honestly, but I have a doubt if she is really going to meet him or going somewhere else. She was wearing a dress not jean like she wear when she meet him yesterday. The dress she was wearing, I bought for her when we went on shopping for Adil wedding. It was a light blue floor length dress with soft and light work on front while the back was plain. I like this dress in first look and buy for her.

"Thank you." She says, smiling softly. I smiled back and look as she continue to get ready. I sigh heavily when I heard her mobile ringing and knowing it was time for her to go.

"Amir is waiting for me downstairs." She says, grabbing her bags and putting her phone in it.

"I will walk you down." I say and stood up. We walk out of the room and step in empty elevator. I could feel Zoya gaze on me, but I continue to look straight. When the elevator open, we walk out, then out of the hotel where Amir was waiting for her. He get out as he saw us. I open the door for Zoya to sit. I turned to Amir when Zoya was carefully seated.

"Take care of her." I told him seriously. He chuckle and nodded. We shake our hands before he went back to drove away. I sigh heavily and head back in the hotel. I step in the elevator and close my eyes. I don't want her to go anywhere without me. I want her to spend time with me, but I know I can't make her stay with me when she had to see her brother.

I step out of the elevator when I heard ding. I walk pass few doors before stopping in front of my parents room. I knock twice and waited for them to open it. I smile when the door by Dad and Mustafa. He looked at me and leaned forward in Dad. I chuckle and take him from Dad and step into their room. 

"Assalam-o-Alaikum Mom, Dad." I give my Salam and sit beside Mom on their bed. I make Mustafa sit beside his sister and smiled when they started to play with each other.

"Walaikum Assalam Asim. Why are you here? I thought you and Zoya were going out somewhere." Dad said as he sit on the other side of the bed. I sigh heavily and shake my head before giving him a small smile.

"No, Dad. She went out with Amir." I told him. He nodded and we talk about Adil and Saira Bhabhi. Adil call in morning to tell us that they are okay and will meet us after 2 days at the airport. We are leaving tomorrow evening for home. I don't know why, but I feel we missed something. Maybe because I was expecting Zoya to say something to me after I confessed my love for her. I don't want anything from her, but only to be with me forever.

After about half an hour, I stood up after hugging my kids. I bid my goodbyes and walk back in my room. I sigh heavily and fall on bed, closing my eyes. I smiled when I saw Zoya smiling face flashing in my closed eyes. I wish if she was here I wouldn't be bore like this. I could be with her forever without getting bored. I open my eyes and stood up before walking in the living room. I sigh, sit on couch and grabbed the remote before turning on the TV. I switch channels to find something to watch, but nothing is coming interesting

I frowned when I heard my phone ringing. I turn off Tv and stood up. I walk in the bedroom and search for my phone. I didn't even know where I put it last time. I found it on the side table and unlock it. I frowned when I saw the unknown number message. I open it and was shocked to read it. I quickly put it back and run out of my room after grabbing my car keys. I step in empty elevator and went down on the ground floor. I tapped my foot against the floor impatiently and prayed that Zoya will be okay. The message was of Zoya that she is in danger. I know I shouldn't let her go alone.

I walk out of the hotel and valet quickly bring my car around. I get inside after giving him a nod and drove away. I don't know where Amir is if Zoya is in danger. I should have go with her to protect her. When I reach to the address of the place I park the car behind a black car. It wasn't Amir car nor I didn't recognize it. I get out and look here and there, but I couldn't see anyone. 

Suddenly my eyes landed on something on the tree near me. I frowned and walked up to try to look clear. I swallow when I saw the arrow mark. It pointed to upward. I take a last glance of everywhere before walking up. I don't know why, but I had felt like something is not right. Like I shouldn't come here. I had to because I have to save Zoya from whatever danger she is in. I was slightly out of breath I look up at the sky when I feel light starting to fade. I know sun started to set and soon darkness take over the sky. I have to go up there hurry or else I wouldn't be able to find Zoya. Bottom of Form

When I was finally up, I look around and my eyes widened when I saw decorated scene. Few meters away there are two trees and in between then a board was placed on which something was written. Trees were mostly covered with red heart balloons. I walk a little forward to see clearly what is written on the board. I frowned when I read it and spot Zoya near the board and someone kneeling in front of her. My heart stop when I recognize the person. It was Shehroz. I look back at Zoya and saw tears rolling down her face and her hands covered her mouth.

Everything inside me break down. My heart break to see everything. I turned around before they could notice me and run back down. I didn't stop and finally take a deep but shaky breath when I stop in front of my car. My vision started to get blurred. I couldn't even think of Zoya meeting Shehroz and him doing all that for her. I don't ever think that Shehroz will confess something like that to her. On the board 3 words written. Those 3 words that I want to listen from Zoya.
I Love You.

Zoya.

"Thank you so much Amir." I thank him again when he drops me where I want to be. He smiled and give me a side hug.

"Now, I am going and do the last thing I had to. Just go up there and wait for him. Don't go anywhere else. Okay?" He says sternly. I nodded quickly and get out. I walk through some bushes and walk up. I was nervous. I don't know if he like it or not, but I want to tell him everything. I sigh heavily when I stood on top looking at the scene in front of me. I smiled and waited for him to show up.

My heart started to beat faster when I heard someone coming and making me smile. It seems like smile didn't want to leave my face. I take a deep breath when I heard him coming closer to me. I close my eyes before opening it again and turned around. I think so many things to do, first to tell him everything, then apologize to him for my behaviour, then finally confess my feelings for him, but everything vanished when I saw the person standing in front of me. That bright brown eyes that used to give me shiver, make my heart beat faster before everything are now dull and motionless. 

"Z-Zoya." He whisper coming closer to me and tried to grab my hand, but I back away. I look at him with the hater that he gain after he run away.

"Shehroz."

Update! I hope you all like it and please let me know what you think about this chapter. 

I am really Sorry for updating after so many days. My laptop wasn't working properly and I lost all the chapters I write. In these few days, I tried all the ways to recover it and finally I did. I promise from tomorrow you will get regular updates or maybe alternative days but it wouldn't be this long. Please don't hate me for that. 

Beside this, I totally forget to ask your new year resolution. Mine is to make others happy. What is yours?
