Chapter 31.

Zoya.

"Everything is done." Amir saying as he sip his coffee. I nodded with a small smile. I am nervous and excited at the same time. I called him yesterday to help me to thank Asim for everything because I have no idea what should I plan so I ask him to come. I also tell Rauhan Bhai and he was happy that I am happy with Asim. 

"Do you think he will like it?" I asked him nervously. He shrugged and look around. I told Asim that Amir come here for some work so he drop me here in this coffee shop to meet him.

"I don't know, maybe or maybe not. I don't know him well, but if he a normal person then surely he will like it." He says with a smirk. I frowned at him.

"What you mean by normal person? He is normal not like you abnormal." I told him and rolled my eyes when he playfully glared at me.

"You are abnormal." He stick his tongue out at me. I leaned forward and smack his head and smirk when he looked at me fake shocked. 

"You are abnormal." He says and stretches his hands toward me before pinching my cheeks while shaking my face side to side.

"Leave me." I groaned and slapped his hand making him laugh. I try to look angry, but couldn't control my laughter. After a long I laugh with my brother and my best friend.

"You had fun with him?" Asim asked as soon as we step in our hotel room. I smile and nodded, throwing my bag on the couch. 

"Yeah." I say sitting on couch and closed my eyes. I feel couch dipping on my side.

"You look tired." He says. I sigh and open my eyes to look at him. 

"No, I am fine." I give him a small smile and stood up to walk in the bedroom. I could feel him, frowning and try my best not to laugh at his curiosity.

"I am going to order for dinner. What you want to eat?" Asim asked me as enter in the room. I just shrugged and take off my hijab. 

"Anything is fine with me." I told him and free my hairs from pins and set it aside. I walked pass him making him worried even more. I am not trying to show off my importance I am just doing some fun with him.

After about half an hour, we both sit in the living room and watch tv while eating some pasta he order for us. I can tell he is really curious about what happened to me the way he keep looking at me and I on the other hand paid no attention. I wanted to laugh, but I hold myself back. By this I will know what he will think when he know about what I had planned for him. 

"Are you okay?" Asim asked me to snap me out of my thoughts. I look at him and nodded slightly.

"Yeah, I am fine." I say and look back at the movie that we were watching. I feel him getting close to and making my heart beat faster.

"No, you are not. I know something is wrong. Tell me?" He says. I sigh and turned to look at him. 

"I am fine Asim. It is just I meet my brother who used to be my best friend before all this. Today, after a long time, I feel like I get my best friend back. You know he was angry when he know what had happened. Rauhan or Amir didn't talk to me properly, but after few weeks Rauhan Bhai get over it because he want best for me but Amir didn't. He may show it to everyone that how mad and angry he is but I know he is not. From inside, he is soft and was sad when I married to you." I told him honestly. He sigh heavily and pulled me toward him to hug me. I also wrapped my arms around him to get comfortable.

"Don't be sad please. Soon he will forget everything and again will be your best friend like before. Don't cry Zoya." He says after he pulled back and wipe my eyes. I didn't even realise that I was crying.

"Sorry." I mumbled, looking down and heard his chuckle. I glared at him and push him back, making him laugh.

"You look cute when you get angry." He says after he calm down. I feel my face heat up on his comment. I pulled my hand out to grab a cushion before hitting him. He looked at me shocked and grabbed the other cushion from his side to hit me, but I didn't give any chance and hit him again. I was about to hit him again, but this time I get in late. He hit me before I can even blink. 

"Y-you hit me?" I asked him, shocked because I didn't really expect this from him. I thought he was trying to save himself from me.

"Yes, I did." He shrugged and I glared at him before getting ready to hit him again.

"You shouldn't have done that." I say before I start hitting him again and again. He tried to hit me, but I snatch his cushion and throw it somewhere in the room. 

"Cheater!" I yelled as he run toward the bedroom. I run after him and push him when he was about to close the door. I maybe a girl, a woman, but I am strong enough to push someone back.

"Sorry." He says running around and try to get somewhere safe, but I didn't let him. I throw pillows at him, but he catch it before smirking and throwing his fist in the air. I was shocked when he snatched everything from me. I look at him pale when he smirk holding the pillow in his hand and walk toward me. 

"Don't you dare." I warned him taking a step back but he just laugh. I try to walk pass him, but he trapped me by pushing me on the bed and hit me with soft pillow. I tried to get up, but he pushed me back. It didn't really hurt me but make me laugh because it tickle me. My laughter died down when he slowly stop sitting me and look at me with a soft look.

"What?" My voice comes out like a whisper. He shake his head with a soft smile and get up before laying down next to me.

"You know I had never seen you smiling and laughing this much before. Can you promise me something?" He asked me. I look at him confused but nodded. I don't know what he wants me to promise him.

"Promise me no matter what happen you will always stay strong and fight with it. Promise me you will never feel sad about anything, if you do then talk to me and I will try my best to cheer you up. Promise me, you will like this with me forever." He says and his eyes so many emotions that I couldn't even name it. I nodded and wrapped my arms around him.

"I promise." I say and close my eyes when he wrapped his arms around my waist.

Update! I hope you all like it and please let me know what you think about this chapter. I know it is too short but this is all I can do for now. I will try to make next chapter longer then this one. To be honest I wasn't going to update this now but then thought I should as a new year gift. I hope you like it.
