What if it was the other way around Sabine liked Ezra instead of Ezra liking Sabine. Sabine tries everything for Ezra to love her but it doesn't work because last time Ezra fell in love his girlfriend died and when Ezra is diagnosed with cancer Sabine wants Ezra to see her true feelings and to make Ezra stop lying to himself and let his true feelings out.
