A/N

    This picks up right where we left off with Kat. Here's a small section of the end of the chapter,"The Holder of Seekers".

    "So if you ever need some place to hang, just go to any mental institution or halfway house and say,"I wish to see the Bride of the seeker" and my house, will appear for you." She smiled.

    "Ok well I guess I'll see you later." I waved at her as I left the shack and walked back to the forest.

*Kat pov*

    I didn't walk for very long before the Spine Stealer appeared out of nowhere.

    "What happened? Did you get the object?" She asked.

    "I am the object." I replied as we walked towards camp. "Do you know when im allowed to go back home to Slendy's mansion?" I asked. She just sighed.

   "I don't know but i'm guessing you miss someone." She nudged my arm and smiled.

    "Ya I miss Toby, the drunk guy I helped the other day." I smiled as I said this, I can't wait to see him again.

    "Well you might be seeing him sooner then you'd expect. My job is done, you can probly go back home now." She smiled. "We just need the word from Slenderman."

    [You can go back, but you can't tell the proxys why you left or that I took you.] We jumped as Slendy appeared right in front of us.

    "Really? I can go back now?" I asked. Slendy nodded. "Ok I'll get my stuff." I grabbed Bridg's hand and teleported us to camp.

    [I'll see you back at the mansion.] I grabbed all my stuff and put it in a canvas bag that I "borrowed" from a store.

    "So I guess this is goodbye then." Bridg said as I finished putting all my things into my bag. I slung the bag over my left shoulder and my bow over my right.

    "Yea, I guess it is." I replied. She chuckled.

    "I can't believe I'm saying this, but I'll miss you." She smiled. "Take care, kay? Maybe our paths cross again." She gave me a small salute. I nodded.

    "Until next time." I returned the salute as I teleported to the woods in front of the house. I was about to run to the house when somthing stopped me in my tracks. No no no no no, please no. I thought to my self as I creeped closer to get a better look. No. There, on a log, was Toby and another woman.

*Toby pov*

**********some time earlier***********

    I laid on my bed and stared at the ceiling as I thought about Kat. I was pulled out of my memories by a knock on my door.

    "It's open." I said to whoever was on the other side. It opened and Clockwork walked in. "Oh hey Clockwork."

    "Hey Toby, I was wondering if you wanted to hang out with me out side." She looked down as she said this.

    "No I'm fine." I replied.

    "Aw c'mon, you need sunlight. You're basically grey!" She whined. I looked over at her. Does she want me to.....be around her? No, it can't be. A friend?

    "What are you saying?" I asked slowly as I sat up. She looked up and blush slowly spread across her face.

    "Well it's just, I just, I um, I just uh, just want to be uh, just want to...hang out with you." She looked down as her face became bright red. Is she, asking me to be her.........friend?

    "Uh s-sure. Let's go." I stood up.

    "Really?" She squeaked.

    "Ya I guess I could go for some fresh air." I popped my back and followed her outside. We sat down on a log on the outside of the clearing. We made small talk for a few minutes. Then she quickly leaned in, and kissed me.

*Kat pov*

    Things went from bad to worse as I saw them kiss. A small sob escaped my lips and Toby opens his eyes in surprise, then he sees me. He stands up and looks at me. His eyes are filled with so many emotions, surprise, love, but mostly it was shame.

    "k-kat?" He whispers. I feel tears drip from my chin as I slowly back up. He takes a step towards me. I turn and run blindly through the forest. "KAT WAIT!" I can hear him running after me. Suddenly I trip and fall. I quickly get up but not quick enough because Toby catches up to me. "K-kat is that really you?" He asks. I turn around and look him in the eyes as they begin to water. "It is you." He whispers. Before I can say anything. He presses his lips against mine and wraps his arms around my waist. At first I do nothing, then I kiss back. We broke apart and I put my head on his shoulder and he put his on mine as we hugged in the middle of the forest. "I missed you so much. Why did you leave me?" He whispered in my ear.

    "I didn't want to leave you, the ninja took me." I felt a little guilty as I lied to him. He sighed.

    "Im glad you're back." He said as we broke apart. We held hands as we walked back to the mansion.

    "Who was that girl." I asked casually, but inside I was plotting every possible way to kill her.

    "H-her n-name is C-clockwork." He stuttered.

    "Is she your new girlfriend?" I asked as I looked away from Toby.

    "W-what? N-no we're n-not d-dating." He sounded embarrassed. Good.

    "You know we never made it official." I commented.

    "What?" He asked.

    "We never officially became boyfriend and girlfriend." I sighed. Toby stopped. I stopped and looked up at him.

     "D-do y-you want t-to be m-my girlfriend?" He asked.

    "Yes, of course I want to be your girlfriend. I love you." He smiled.

    "Let's get back in sure the others need to know that you're alive." Toby and I walked back. We wern't too far away from the mansion. Toby opened the door and we walked into the living room. "Wait outside for a second? You'll make a grand entrance." I nodded and walked back outside. "EVERYBODY COME DOWN STAIRS IT'S AN EMERGENCY!!!" Toby screamed. I heard the faint sound of people running down the stairs.

    "WHAT'S GOING ON!! WHAT'S THE EMERGENCY!!" Jeff yelled.

    "I-it's I-it's-" Toby said as he opened the door and I walked in. "Kat." Every face had a shocked look on it. Then Jeff broke the silence.

    "WHAT KIND OF CRUEL JOKE IS THIS!?" Jeff yelled as he runs at Toby. I quickly get in front of him.

    "No it's me. It's really me." I say as he tries to stab Toby around me. "Jeff. It's me." I try grab his shoulders but he rips then out of my grasp and points his knife at me.

    [Let me see.] Slenderman teleported in front of me and picked me up with his tentacles. I lift the side of my shirt up a bit to reveal the scar he gave me a while ago. [It is her.] He put me down.

    "So your the famous Kat?" A boy about Toby's age walked forward from the group. He had scars all over his face, blue eyes, and brown hair. He had a rosary wrapped around his wrist and almost looked like Jeff.

    "Who are you?" I replied.

    "My name is Liu, and I'm Sully." The boys voice deepened as he said the last part. "Were Jeff's brother and a new proxy." The boys voice was normal again.

    "Oh, any other new proxys?" I looked around and noticed a girl in the back that I didn't recognize. "Who are you?" I asked her. She looked up at me.

    "I'm Zoe." She replied, then went back upstairs.

    "Because we thought you were dead, we gave your room away. But there are more rooms, let's go get you one." Toby led me upstairs and down the hall and to a room right next to his. I put my stuff down and sat down on the bed. Toby sat next to me. "So what happened while you were kidnapped? Why did we find your dead body? Why didn't you teleport bac-mmfp" I cut him off by putting my hand over his mouth.

    "Nothing much, I don't know, and I don't know." I replied to all his questions and removed my hand.

    "Oh." He looked down. I checked my watch. 11:00pm. I yawned. "I should probly leave you to sleep." Toby walked to the door and turned around."Uh, y-you know t-that t-this r-room gets cold at n-night a-and if you w-want to go s-sleep I-in m-my room, y-you c-can." He stuttered as he stared down at the floor.

    "I just might have to take you up on that offer." I chuckled as I pulled out a pare of pajamas. "Now get out! I need to change!" Toby blushed and left the room, closeing the door behind him. I quickly changed into pajamas, turned off the light ,and climbed into my new bed. I will set up all my stuff tomorrow. I closed my eyes and instantly fell asleep.
