Let The Rain Pour

Finally, after a long and laborious walk through the woods, we saw the edge of the tree line. Breaking through the trees eagerly, we were met with an eerie sight, sadly familiar.

Every face was drenched in tears as they stared up at Harry Potter.

Mum seemed at a loss as she muttered 'no' repeatedly. Dad held her in his arms, unable to tear his teary eyes from the boy who might as well be another one of his sons. He held mum just a little too much tighter than necessary.

Ron, whom Hermione has made a mad dash for as soon as we broke through the trees, was frozen. Tears poured from him like a waterfall, but even while Hermione begged and begged, he wouldn't move.

Bill was stone faced, not wanting to let people see that it got to him, but his salty face betrayed him. In Bill's arm's was a sobbing Fleur who, though she didn't know Fred all the well, missed him like she would her own sister.

Charlie, who had gotten over his tears quickly, was now attempting (and failing) to break mum out of her sort of trance.

Percy had his hands pressed onto his mouth in shock, extremely pale. Tears as well.

And Ginny.

She was worse than mum.

Her body was curled up on the ground, shaking from shivers and sobs. Harry had now abandoned his position in front of the Weasleys and was trying desperately to comfort her, his hand on her shoulder. She didn't notice.

Instead of whispering 'no' she was muttering his name over and over again.

"Ginny, please." Harry begged.

He was near tears because of her, he loved her with all his heart.

Take care of them. So I intervened.
