(Gold's POV)

I walk out of the room.

My Pokemon come charging towards me with happiness in their eyes.

They reach me and we hug.

Although, with the power of my Pokemon, I was hit to the floor.

"Gold!" Crys yells, "You have to be careful."

I smile and mouth to her. "I'm not the kind of guy to be careful."

I look to my right.

The other dex holders are running towards me.

"GOLD!" Ruby yells happily.

My Pokemon get off of me then I get up from the ground.

"Are you alright?" Red asks when they get to me.

I nod.

Silver's staring at my ear.

"What's that on your ear?" He asks.

Before I mouth the answer, Crystal says it. "He's... deaf now. Now he needs... hearing aids."

The others gasp.

Silver walks over to me and then grabs my shoulders.

"You BETTER not leave us again!" He says.

I stare at him blankly and then shrug.

"Where's Ariana?!" I ask.

"Jail..." Blue says.

I run to the elevator with my Pokemon following, and wait for it to come.

"Gold!!" I hear Sapphire say. "You don't even know which jail she's at!"

I look back and smile. "I'm not that stupid! Trust me."

"We were wrong." Crystal says. "The smile never fades!"

I smile even more.

The elevator door opens and me and my Pokemon enter it.

Turns out I was at the 5th floor.

I press the first floor button.

It takes about 30 seconds until I get down there.

The door opens once more and I dash out of the building.

My Pokemon are now running with me.

The hospital I was in is a new one near Goldenrod.

I run to the Police station.

I enter it and then ask Officer Jenny if I can speak to Ariana.

"That's fine!" She says. "Usually, I would have to come with you, but I trust you since you've raised Manaphy!"

I walk into the area where they withhold their prisoners.

I look around and find Ariana in the very back in a cell.

She's sitting on the bench and then spots me.

"YOU SHOULD'VE DIED!" She yells.

I don't say anything.

"YOU'RE THE REASON I'M STUCK HERE! IF IT WEREN'T FOR YOU, THE OTHERS WOULD BE ALIVE!"

Anger mode is activated.

The dark aura comes back.

I mouth slowly "DOES 'OTHERS' INCLUDE MY MOTHER?!"

She's shocked.

"I'LL TAKE YOU DOWN. SOMEDAY!"

I smile. "You can't." I mouth. "You Can't Break My Heart Of Gold!"

I walk out of there.

She wants to rip me apart.

But she can't.

She knows she can't.

I've made another quote.

"Don't let anyone break your Heart Of Gold."
