(Gold's POV)

I run up to Crystal, having a sinking feeling inside of me.

"What're you doing here?!" I mouth.

She just looks at me with horror in her eyes.

I gotta get her out of here.

I pick her up and hold her in my arms.

"N-no..." She says, "just go. Go save yourself."

I shake my head.

"Please... do it for me."

I close my eyes and shake my head once again.

Then I return my Pokemon that were out of their Pokeballs.

After that, I give all of them to Crys.

I run down the stairs until we reach the front foyer.

My heart is beating so fast right now.

Suddenly, I am pushed to the ground.

I hold Crystal in my hands so she doesn't get more hurt.

I look behind.

It's Ariana.

"YOU ARE NOT GETTING OUT OF HERE ALIVE!" She yells.

She brings out her Pokemon.

(Crystal's POV)

Ariana commands her Pokemon to attack us.

Gold covers me and I feel the attacks trying to break him.

"JUST GET OUT OF HERE, GOLD!" I yell.

I'm about to give him his Pokemon.

But then he pushes them back into my hands.

"Take care of them. For me." He mouths.

I feel myself being thrown out.

I hit the ground.

Then I look up to see the other dex holders staring at me, shocked.

"Where's Gold?" Blue asks.

"He's... still in there." I say.

Everyone gasps.

"We gotta go in there!" Green says.

"You go on!" Silver says, "I clear the way for you!"

Silver sends out his Feraligatr. 

"Let's go!" Emerald says.

We start our way to the building.

I just hope we can make it before Gold's gone...
