Blaine POV.•*

I got cleared to leave but Kurt had to stay. I didn't leave. I stayed with Kurt. He told me to go but I couldn't. I couldn't just leave him.

I stayed with him. We talked like we normally would and hung out. All the pain and suffering seemed like it was over. Blackmail was nothing.
Sebastian couldn't get to us. We decided not to press charges on Sebastian and Hunter once we learned how they blackmailed other people. Blackmail upon blackmail.

Kurt was getting better, still skinny, short and tired, but better.

"Blaine?" Kurt asked me one day.

"Yeah?" I said sitting across from him.

"Are we good?" He asked looking in his lap.

"What do you mean?" I asked looking at him.

"Like are we together again? I don't wanna be alone anymore." Kurt said still looking down.

I smiled and lifted his chin with my fingers making him look me in the eye. "I'd love to."

Kurt smiled back at me and our lips came together for the first time in forever.

Finally I was truly happy.

Alcohol would help me no more.

In the end we ended up breaking each other.
