YOU BELONG WITH ME

Rebecca was just walking into her house after the long day at the skatepark. She heard tons of screaming coming from the kitchen. She closed the front door so quickly and ran to the kitchen, finding her dad getting all up in her mom's face.
The young teen ran in between her parents, arms extended out to stop whatever was going to happen next.
"What is going on?" Her tone was stern.
Her dad pointed his index finger, "You said you're moving in, so why the hell is your mother saying something different?"
"She's not moving in, Eddie." Mary spoke sternly towards her ex husband.
"And that's not your decision to make!" His voice raised as his finger pointed once again.
Rebecca matched her dad, "You're right, it's not her's!" Her tone softened towards the end, "It's mine and I'm not moving in anymore." She then continued, "And before you accuse her of putting lies in my head about you, I already have my assumptions."
Eddie's arms crossed over his chest, "And what are those?"
She walked a little closer to her dad as she whispered, "Did you use to hit mom?"
His eyes got so soft, his cheeks practically falling down. He couldn't believe of what he was being accused of by his own kid. He shook his head, "I would never do that."
Mary scoffed, "Oh, so we're lying now? I still have the scars to prove it. Why do you think I left him, rebecca? To protect you —— protect us."
"I would never lay a hand on my daughter!"
"But you didn't care if you laid one on me!"
Voices were erupting again and Rebecca felt like she was going mad. Subconsciously, her hands met her ears. She covered them as she left the kitchen and retreated to her bedroom with the door locked. She knew she practically started this new argument, but she couldn't believe even more that it was true.
Her mom was right, her perfect image of her dad was ruin in one swoop. She just didn't understand how she never noticed the signs and if she did then maybe she could've helped her mom way sooner instead of picking arguments with her all the time.
She felt like the worst kid in the world.
And once again that feeling returned. Loneliness.
Alone.

Another day at McKinley High and she was on her way to lunch. As she walked Quinn, santana, and Brittany were suddenly by her side, heading in the same direction.
"We need to talk." Quinn practically demanded.
"If you came to ask again, the answer will still be no." Rebecca told them.
"Whatever." Santana got to the point, "How the hell do you dress like that and not give these guys the time of day?"
"You do know no is a word, right?" Rebecca glanced at santana.
"But like why say it?"
"Exactly." Brittany chimed in.
Rebecca sighed, "Just because I dress like this doesn't mean I sleep with the school."
"God, no." Santana slightly gasped, "I wouldn't want that." She then paused for a brief moment, "The school ——- the school wouldn't want that."
Just when quinn was about to say something else, coach Sylvester called the three cheerios.
"Lopez, Pierce, Fabray! My office!"
The three parted ways with Rebecca and followed Sue to her office. Her mission was to take down glee club and she was going to use her little spies to do that.
Sue was sat in front of them in her chair behind her desk. She shared devious looks with each of them, before turning back to Fabray.
"Update me."
"Well there's not much to tell . . . " Quinn began.
"So, you got nothing?" Sue leaned in.
"Not necessarily." Quinn continued, "I actually might have an idea."
A smile spread across Quinn's lips as did sue and the rest of the unholy trinity. Quinn's plan was simple and diabolical all at once.

Once again quinn and santana were walking the halls of McKinley but it wasn't Rebecca walking with them, it was Rachel. She was the key of making their plan happen. That plan was to convince Rachel that they need a new dance teacher because Mr. Schue wasn't cutting it. Quinn had the perfect one in mind.
"His name is Dakota Stanley."
"Dakota Stanley?"
"Yes. He's the best choreographer in the world that he does Vocal Adrenaline's routines." Quinn had a smirk across her lips as each word left her mouth.
"Trust us." Santana chimed in, "He's what we need, not Mr. Schue's lame moves."
"Alright." Rachel caved in, "For the sake of the team."
As they continued down the hall, Quinn raised her hand up behind Rachel. Santana glanced behind Rachel's back and hi faved quinn, before parting ways with the girl in the middle to head to cheerios practice.
They knew what they were doing was right, at least quinn thought so. Quinn just wanted to get her boyfriend back, so other than that she didn't really care much of glee. Santana on the other hand, she wasn't too sure. She kind of had a bit of a soft spot when it came to Rebecca. She knew once Rebecca found out about this, a few choice of color words were going to be said.
However, the Latina was definitely prepared for that. Sure, sometimes Rebecca was right and sometimes her words got under Santana's skin. But all in all, santana is ruthless and she can bend anyone to her will if she wanted. Or maybe it was deeper than that ——- but santana, she cared about what Rebecca had to say even if she doesn't show it.

"Sorry, Mr. Schue, but we need the best to beat the best." Rachel told him about Dakota.
"That's pretty harsh, Rachel." Rebecca mumbled from the back.
"Y'know, you're right, Rachel." Mr. Schue nodded sarcastically, obviously hurt.
Finn chimed in, "She didn't meant it, Mr. Schue. You're great and we do need you."
"Seems Rachel thinks otherwise." He began to pack some of his things up, "Glee's over for today."
He then left and there sat everyone else wondering what to do next. They're not sure if Mr. Schue left permanently or just for the dance portion of the practices. Either way, some of them were kind of freaking out.
Rebecca stepped down to the floor, "What the hell was that, Rachel. That wasn't just rude but highly inconsiderate of you. Just another prime example of how selfish you are."
"I'm doing this for the team!" The berry girl shot back as she stood up.
Rebecca scoffed, "Really? Well, Schuester's apart of that team."
Rebecca then stormed out the room and only a second later, finn followed behind her with artie.
The team was still in its beginning stages and it still felt like it was already coming to an end. Everyone knew that wasn't the case, Rachel just puts them in these situations and it's like nobody has a say.
Sometimes it kind of sucks being apart of the glee club.
