dear readers,

 { I had my story all planed out but as I kept written it went in a whole different direction. 

so I'm reposting the OH No, there has been many changes to the story...so please let me know what you think..

"Oh no" I say quietly, jumping off the bed, with my hands still in front of me keeping Ally from coming any closer.

"Ally"

My voice cracks as i protest, "stop playing" i say but that don't stop her.

Once I knew I was a good distance away I take off into a jog down the stairs. I hope she doesn't catch me I thought breathing heavily as I reached the last step.

"I really need to get in shape", I said trying to catch my breath. once my breathing slowed I started running again. I saw the door  come into view, Yes, I thought almost there. I slowly stop running as I reached the door, a shiver run up my spine, something not right as I was meet with a eerie silence 

"Ally"

I say yelling, waiting  for her to respond. "Ally" I say again. still no answer the house was quite you could hear a pen dope. I heard a load boom."run" my mind screamed at me, 

"Ahhh" I screamed in terror as a hand gripped my ankle.

I lost  my balance falling backward to the floor. "Oomph" the wind was knocked out of me. it took me a while to recover. I heard ally laugh, "Ally how did you make It down the stairs without making a sound?

She replies "unlike you I have my ways" standing over me.

This is so unfair " I scream helplessly on my back, I turn on my stomach clawing on my elbows, try to escape  I didn't get far before I felt her arms go around my neck  putting put me in a head lock.

I struggled trying to get out.

"Let me go Allison Alexis Mandel."

 Did you just use my government name, she asked as her grip around me tightened. Yeah, I said it I replied, you know you taking things too far you starting to make me mad. She didn't loosen her grip but smirked "okay I'll let you go on one condition, if you go to the party with me and I get to pick out what your wearing." She tells me. I thought about it "no way not on God's green earth I will agree to that I tell her. "Okay" sounding like she shrugged her shoulders with her hand resting around my neck.

"Suit yourself" she replies

I gave in after 10 minutes. Okay Ally I give I tell him she releases the hold on my neck. I set in to a setting position on the floor. I promised I wanted to cry as pain shot throughout my body to my neck, rubbing my neck, wondering if she left a mark. I looked at her which she stared back at me with narrow eyes. " Ally you dislocated a muscle in my neck" I say trying to rube it in its rightful place. I pushed myself off the floor, heading towards the door. "You play to much that's why I don't really like coming over here I tell her still upset. I know I sound like a kid but she really dose you don't know here like I do. she plays to much.

Waving her hand at me." stop acting like a baby "She e folding her arms over her chest.

i say nothing to her as I walk home

the house was quite as I walk to my room, I let out a sigh, going over to my laptop I looked at the screen saver. I smiled to myself remember that day. it was my 14 birthday Ally decided she wanted to go to the park since my mother was away on business and I was staying with her family. I disagreed with the idea. But I end up losing the battle; it was close to night when we reached the park. There weren't many people around. Ally pulled me to two big swings that were in close to the woods Ally slowed to a stop looking around. Ally I say are you okay?. I gave her a small smile patting the swing as I took a seat. I saw a black figure from the corner of my eye, figure approach me. ahh I screamed as I looking at the person, "don't mind him" it's just my stupide brother, ally said. Stupid huh I'll show. He says standing in front of her swing putting his hand on each side of her, he push her back and forth very slowly. I watched as they had a silent conversation with only their eyes, I felt a shiver run down my spine. My head shot towards Ally as I heard her scream, she was flying high in the holding on the swing for dear life. "I'm sorry Derrick" she screamed, he kept pushing her "you didn't say the magic word he told her pulling the swing farther and farther back with a big smile on his face, "okay Derrick is the coolest brother ev..r" she didn't finish before she was flung into the air." I cried tears at the scene but my laughter was cut short when I felt my swing moving backward.

"You can't do this to me I yelled" as the swing rose higher. I begin to plot my escape from my attacker but I second guessed myself and fear swell as the swing went faster. I know what to do, Stop it" I plead. I'm starting to feel sick I protested. His smile slowly faded and concern grew. "Silv," he says, "is it something you ate" Once the swing slowed I flew forward with my legs in the air, my butt slid out the seat and I screamed to the top of my lungs.

As my feet touched the ground I burst into laughter. I looked over to Ally who had a big smile on her face. "What" I say smiling. She replies "you big faker". Derrick watched me in silence, his eyes blazing with anger. He tried to blow off some steam with every breath he took inhale, exhale, inhale, exhale his breathing was hypnotic. What is his problem I wondered?

I turned around and saw a guy walking over to uswith a smile holding his ears." dang girl canyou scream any louder." he says to me making me blush." Sorry" I say quietly, Allyand I exchange glances. This made him let out a loud laugh, That could of shookthe whole park, "shut up Justin" another guy said I turned around to see Derrickfriend Carter giving me a hugsmile as he look to Derrick he must have seen the anger in Derek. I givehim a smile back "Carter" I say gettinghis attention "this time push me higher and faster" I say sitting on the swing."Whatever you want babe" Carter says with a hint of laughter in his voice, he knew what he was doing, I glanced at Derrick who was given us both a death glare. I should have stopped then and there but I just love pi**ing him off.

Ally ran in front of me with her camera in her hand snapping pictures. For the first time in a while I was happy, I closed my eyes, a got lost in the sway of the swing lifting me as I rocked back and forth. The swing was jerked to a stop and my shirt got caught as I was pushed forward.

The pain was unbearable I couldn't stop the tears "Sylvia, are you okay?'' I heard Ally ask," I shook my head, as she watched me, she then ran in the direction of her house. I heard Carter yell "Man what the he** is wrong with you?" you could have killed her." I knew who he was talking to, the yelling between the both of them, was too much.

Justin rushed to me and helped me off the ground. Holding my arm close to my chest I looked over at Carter and Derek who were still arguing. Cater then stood still as Derrick begin walking away. That was the last time I saw him
