"Hey Parth". A man shouted at him.

"Hello inspector Vikrant. Kese ho app? ".

"Mai thik hu. Lagta hai aap busy ho koi new assignment Mai but ha boht carefull Rehna".

"Kya !!! new assignment? No Vikrant, Abhi toh meri team elections campaign Mai focus kar rahi hai".

"Oh but Sumit ......."before he could complete he got a urgent call and he left immediately.

"Strange, anyways i have to  concentrate on this". By saying this he took a beautiful platinum ring.

"Pata nhi aur kitne days tak mai isse carry karunga". Saying this he went down the memory lane.

Flashback : (pov of Parth)

1 year back

"St. Paul's Institute of Communication Education, Bandra West".

I was invited as a cheif guest for two day seminar. I reached the venue on time as usual. I m very impressed with the arrangements. I m going to ask about the coordinator of the event but I got an important call. So I excused myself from the seminar hall to attend the call. I was walking through the corridor while talking, Suddenly I got bumped with a girl.She is in my arms that was the best moment in my life.

Immediately she said sorry. The sweet innocence of that voice made my ears to erect
in the direction from where it was coming. Then I realised she is collecting her belongings. I had seen this scene many times in Bollywood movies but for the first time in my life I felt movies sometimes reflects real life too. My eyes got struct for a fraction of second to her eyes.

I never had this feeling as it was quite unusual thing for me. She left but I was standing like a love struck teenager.
"YES I M IN LOVE ❤"
This feeling is amazing.

I was searching for the girl but I m unable to trace her having no other option I went to the seminar hall and found that girl addressing the gathering .

Her name is Sanyukta Agarwal co-ordinator of the seminar and also the topper of the batch. These two days were bliss for me. I came to know alot about Sanyukta. Her actions, her cute antics made me fall for her more.

At the end of seminar I felt void  to go away from her so I gave her job under me. Now she is working as under cover journalist but after completing her degree she will join as journalist in my channel. I know it's a selfish idea but everything is fair in love and war. I can't live without her.

I wouldn't let her go away from me at any cost. My trance was broken when waiter interrupted me for any order.

"Oh god!! Yeh ladki kabhi time Pai  nhi aa Sakti. Abh kya kar Sakta hu, pyaar ❤ toh karta hu. Mene aaj tak esi ladki Kahi nhi dekhi".

I should call her mom once.

Author's pov:

"Nona uttho.....". Anju called out for 3 rd time.

"Maa.....5 minutes please". Came her sleepy reply.

"Parth ne call Kiya tha". She explained while arranging her room properly.

Listening to this she sat on the bed with jolt as usual.

"Kya kha usne.... ? "

"Bola ki jaldi aah....wo tumhara wait kar Raha hai tujhse Milne ke liye".

Shit.....Nona gyi aaj tu....She mummured before dashed in to the loo.

"Iss ladki ka kuch nhi ho Sakta".

Sanyu got ready and rushed to Starbucks. She reached their in 20 minutes as it is near to her home. As she entered the coffee shop, she saw Parth sitting in corner table with 5 to 6 empty coffee cups.

"Sorry"

" It's k Sanyukta. Abh mujhe aadat ho gyi hai tumhara wait karne ki. Wese tum sirf 2 hrs hi late ho. It's not a big deal".

"Sorry Parth mera yeh intention nhi tha tumhe wait karwane ka". She said with sad face.

"Hey, I m just pulling Ur legs".

" It's k and ha tumhari sorry bhi accpected hai toh abh smile karo. Tumhe pata hai na jabh tum sad hote ho mujhe aacha nhi lagta".

"Thanks parth. You said you want to say something. What is it".

" Wo......"

"Actually.....ummmm..aaa..". Parth fumbled as he was so  nervous.

"Kya hua? Tumhe sweating kyu ho Raha hai itna? Is everything ok??".

Parth's pov:-

I m so nervous. I can't do this. I don't know why I m unable to propose. This is not first time as i have already tried several times to propose her. God please help me. My trance was broken when Sanyukta is calling me. From her face I can clearly see she is worried about me.
I can see care, trust in her eyes but the important thing is missing. "Love" . I will make her fell in  love with me and then  proposed her.

"Nothing Sanyukta"

" Mene tumhe yaha elections jo hone wale hai uske bare mai  discuss karne  ke liye bulaya hai"

" I think there is a chance of by- elections ".

"By elections kyu Parth, our CM is most powerful person who can even command the central government".

"Yes he is but there was a rift between our CM and his brother over next CM candidate".

" So, kuch idea ki kon next CM candidate ke liye khada hoga".

" As far now nothing is official. Mai chahta hu ki tum iss matter Ko cover karo".

"Ok sure Parth".

" What else Sanyukta, tumhara Collge kesa chal Raha hai? "

"Everything is fine. Sorry Parth but mujhe Abhi Jana hoga. Boht important work hai".

"I will meet u tomorrow in channel at 5 pm".

"Bye".

"Take care".

Sanyukta's pov :-

I felt something unusual about parth's behaviour. Sometimes he fumbles a lot. I don't know what's going on his mind. I have to reached Haji Ali dargah.

After 3 hrs I reached there and found Sumit with an amusing expression.

"Hey what happened ?".

" U are on time 😶. The great Sanyukta Agarwal is on time".

"Bas boht hua, let's get into the work. Mujhe ghar jaldi Jana hai".

" Ok, as per source that is house where this illegal activity is going on".

"Ok, now what?  Agar information right hai toh Hume inn chote chote bachho ki help karni chahiye". Sanyu said with determination.

"Yes Vikrant Hume trace kar lega".

" He is on the way".

"Meanwhile, let's check what's happening there".Sumit said looking at his watch.

We both went near the house. We heard cries of children. Cruel people, how can they harm such an innocent kids. By any means we have to take them away. Finally after lot of struggle we entered into the house successfully.

Authors pov:-

Anju is getting restless as the time passing away. Her conscience is indicating something bad. She is hell worried for Sanyukta. She called Sanyu  many times but she didn't received any response till now. And top of that dadi and Kishore are taunting her.

Finally she decided to call Parth to know her where abouts.

"Hello Parth".

"Sanyu kha hai ?".

"Aunty Sanyu toh mujhse milne ke Baad Chali gyi thi".

"But wo Abhi tak ghar nhi aai".

"Don't worry aunty Mai Sanyu ko dhund lunga. She will be safe".

"Ok beta, thank u".

Sanyu's pov :-

As we got inside we saw children in a vulnerable state. These monsters are beating them brutally. How can these type of things happen when the government is working efficiently. I looked at Sumit bhai who is trying to capture some pictures.

Look at this man, instead of saving children he is doing his work.

"What are u doing ?". I asked him angrily.

"Done, Hume proof mil gye. Chalo chalte hai".

"What ???". I asked him shockingly.

"How can u leave these children here ? Let's take them with us".

"Tum pagal ho gyi ho kya hum sirf journalist hai aur humara work evidence collect karna hai ".

"No, Mai tumhare sath nhi aa rahi. Mai unhe yaha se bahar nikalungi. Unki halat dekho kya kardi hai ISS logo ne.. Mai bacchho Ko ese nhi chod sakti ".

" Listen Nona, hum yeah news channel and police Ko dedenge. Wo yeah sabh dekh lenge".

"No way".

"Yaar please don't be foolish".

We are indulged in the argument as we failed to notice those monster's saw us. Immediately they took us in two different rooms and locked us not before taking our phones. Shit how will we get out of this hell now. While thinking the ways to escape. I just sat on the floor expecting police to reach and save the children. Those poor children had a wonderful life ahead.

Parth pov:-

God!!! Where the hell are you Sanyukta. I m tired searching of all possibilities now. I called her friends, our colleagues. When I m about to trace her exact location suddenly there was an error. May be her phone got switched off. I can't sit like this if anything happens to Sanyukta, I can't even breathe. I hope Sanyukta you are fit and fine.Don't worry please be strong untill I reach there.

I got into my car as I got her last location  and drove towards Haji Ali darga.

Meanwhile, I tried calling inspector Vikrant as I remember our morning convo but I m unable to contact him.

Sanyu's pov :-

I can't sit idle like a fool i need to get out anyhow. I searched the entire room for any useful object and finally found a magnet. With help of magnet I tried to open the door and successfully open the door after many attempts.

Phew... thank God...I was searching Sumit bhai. Almost all rooms are locked, but  one room was opened because of my luck maybe. Immediately I entered the room and saw 20+ teenage girls. Is this the so called respect for women in this so called society.

Immediately I released them and we started moving towards exit entrance.i spotted inspector Vikrant and his team surrounded the whole place.

Thank u so much baghwan ji for saving them. All monster are taken into the custody. I saw Sumit bhai coming out of the room. He is having a black eye, immediately I hugged him. It is all because of him these children are rescued.

Parth's pov:-

Looking at condition in that old building my heart stopped beating. Holy shit, it's a human trafficking racket and my Sanyukta is here.i felt a sharp pain thinking about her condition.i have to take her away from this place asap. I started searching for her and found Vikrant. He informed me about Sanyukta location and immediately I ran to meet my Sanyukta.

I saw Sumit hugging Sanyukta even though I know about there relation still I can't see my Sanyukta with someone else. I felt so helpless because I failed to be with her at that moment. I was so angry on Sanyukta for not informing me about her so called adventure. I m sure this would be sumit's plan. I have to transfer Sumit to Bangalore so that my Sanyukta will be away from these types of adventures.

Immediately I went to them and pulled Sanyukta away from him.

By her facial expressions I know she is scared of me but still I kept mum as I don't want to shout at her. I dragged her out of that house and hugged her tightly. I felt my heart is beating normally. After some time we started walking  towards car. Meanwhile, she is pleading me but I can't forgive her.

We got into the car. The whole journey I was silent but she was continuously pleading me atleast to look at her. I can't see her in such condition what if something happened to her.

The mere thought of it has stirred the edges of my temper. I started driving so fast as to control my anger  but I m unable to because never in my life I felt so vulnerable. Meanwhile, we reached her house. I was waiting for her to go inside her house.

"Parth I m so sorry, please try and understand. Please give me a chance to explain".

That's it my dam broken out and I shouted at her.

" What the hell do u want me to understand ".

"What u want to say ? Is there anything left? ".

"Have u ever thought what would have happened to u ?".

"Why don't you understand how risky was that".

"Have u ever thought of me before going there".

"If anything happens to u I would have........". I stopped myself after realising so I left from there leaving her confused about my behaviour.

I felt so weak as i m unable to express my feelings but I won't waste my time anymore. This situation is reality check to me. I will marry u asap so that none can apart u from me even death and God.....
