You climb up a building and rest on the edge of the roof, looking down on the rest of the examines.

From a girl with zero gravity to a small little girl with balls as hair. The small girl was rather smart using her quirk, she would instal her little purple balls around the city to set up traps for the robots, it was rather successful.

Then there was this blonde girl with a weird thing strapped around her waist that would blast a blue laser out of it.

Then there was Izumi, the poor girl was running around trying to find some villains but she only found them crushed into rubble or being destroyed by other people.

In a lounge, there were various adult figures sitting down looking at monitors that displayed several angles of the test.

???1: The students today are rather interesting.

???2: Yeah, some of them are really strong- is that a male?

???3: What's a male doing here? Males don't have quirks to participate!

???1: apparently, that boy has the top score to the time...

One figure licked her lips.

???4: Really? How much?

???1: 180 points. But since he is so strong, let's give him a challenge-

In the battlefield, the ground started to shake. Explosions set off that lifted dust clouds from the ground as a giant robot rose form a hidden platform.

Y/n: HOLY CRAP! Isn't that a bit too extreme?!

The students below started to run away as you jumped to the ground as you landed on your feet. You examine the robot as other examines ran away and tried to convince you to run and then, you heard it.

???: Help!

You tried to see where the scream came from, but due to the dust you couldn't see anything. When the dust cleared a little bit, you the same girl from the entrance stuck in the rubble with her foot stuck under some rocks. Behind her was the zero pointer that was nearing closer. You dash to her aid.

When you finally reached her, her eyes lit up.

Y/n: Don't worry, I'm here...

???: thank you...

You pick the rubble from her with ease as you threw the rocks to a deserted area. When all the rocks were cleared, you picked her up bridal style as her cheeks grew a faint red.

Y/n: Hang on tight!

She wrapped her arms around your neck as you began to run the opposite direction away from the colosal mecha.

???1: SMASH!

You look up to see a figure single handedly destroy the robot's face as it fell down on its back. The figure fell too.

Acting fast, you put the girl in the ground gently and do some parkour on the building's walls as you gained enough power and jumped into the air.

You caught her mid air as you protected her with your body as the ground grew closer. Izumi was paralyzed in shock as she couldn't process what was happening. You landed on the pavement as dust lifted and covered the landing area.

People walked closer as murmurs could be heard. From the dust, Y/n walked out with an unconscious Izumi in his hands.

You laid her in the ground as an older voice was heard.

???2: Out of the way, she need medical attention.

The other examines cleared a path as an older yet short woman walked through. This was recovery girl. She walked near Izumi as her lip stretched in an unnatural way as she kissed Izumi as her broken limbs moved back into place. Some girls puked because of this.

RG: Thank you young man, without you, she could have been dead by now... you are a hero.

Her words touched your heart as you smiled with tears forming in your eyes. People were starting to surround you as they asked questions. But before they could advance any further, you pulled the mist trick and got away to your trashed apartment as all you could do is wait.

TIMESKIP 2 Weeks

The letter came after an anxious two weeks as you eagerly opened it.

A small device fell out of it as a hologram was displayed.
