I know this has nothing to do with the story but I just came up with this.
So you all know that there are the off colors in Steven Universe. Well I always used to think what if Rohdonite unfused then there would be a ruby and a pearl. So what if that Ruby fused with padparadscha. An off color Garnet! Then if you add the pearl back or would make an off color sardonyx.
