Sasuke sat in the Academy, with Naruto by his side. His onyx eyes paid attention to the board, but he was actually thinking about something else. Once Iruka called him to answer a question, the raven immediately answered then went back to drifting off even though Naruto was sleeping on his friend's shoulder. Sasuke looked up, at the clock overhead seeing in just five minutes it would be time for them to leave.

No, it was more of a hour. The raven kept forgetting about the schedule of the Academy.

RIING!

'The bell rung this early? Oh yeah, early release for tomorrow', he thought, getting up from his seat, causing the blonde to bonk his head against the wooden desk. Since Sasuke didn't feel like waking up the sleeping child, he walked into the forest alone after school. You see, early release is taking place because of the students of the Academy will be getting the shinobi headbands. With the help of Menma and Sasuke, Naruto should become a full-pledged shinobi.

While strolling through the forest, he stumbled upon a white snake passing through. As it slithered off to its own business, it stopped and looked the Uchiha dead in the eye. His onyx eyes stared into the creatures melted slit yellow ones. This continued for a few moments before it quickly slithered away, making Sasuke get a large chill up his spine. He ignored it then he felt something weird, like a pair of eyes were watching his every move.

"Whoever's there, come out. If you won't come out, I'll come to you", he says aloud, looking over his shoulder. But nothing moved, the sound of birds singing their song and the river flowing was all to be heard.

"Well done, your instincts tuned you in, correct?"

With that, Sasuke's heart stopped, and he froze.

"Don't be so tense, omuoto", the figure said, hopping down from the tree. It was Itachi. (( A/N: No DUH )) He had grown much, but his facial features, and attitude had not changed. A black cloak with red clouds were the designs. The two Uchiha stayed in their place before Sasuke just turned his back to his elder brother and walks away. Itachi then appeared in front of his little brother.

"Omuoto... at least greet me with a phrase saying, 'I'll kill you' or 'You'll die by my hand' ", the ponytailed Uchiha said, blinking.

"I'll kill you. Goodbye", Sasuke said, walking past him.

"Foolish little brother. Let me finish, I wanted you to know that if you want to kill me, there are two ways. Your eyes and your wrists or arms"

"Excuse me?"

Itachi then chuckled and held out his arm. Seconds later, shiny blades extruded from his arm. It didn't seem to tear his skin at all. With such an urge of curiosity and intrests, Sasu took a few steps closer to his older brother. He ran his finger on the tip of it and it instantly left a medium sized cut on his index finger.

"Is this what you used to kill mother and father with?!", Sasuke asked. As Itachi nodded slowly.

"You and I only have them. I suppose. You just have to unlock it, besides, this was for our privilege only. We are assassins after all, no?", the elder brother asks, more of a statement. With a quick grab, Itachi squeezed a muscle spasm, making Sasuke yelp along with shiny blades shooting out of his arms.

"Wh-what the hell?", Sasuke stammered, afraid not only of his brother but of himself. Somehow the blades retracted themselves leaving the young Uchiha bare armed once more. Sasuke then put on arm warmers to keep his weapons contained.

"You can join me if you want little brother. But it won't be as easy... you must hurt someone. Someone you care for the most, even if it probably might be me"

The younger brother looked down at his arm warmers, sighing. Once he looked up, Itachi was gone.
