Recap : Anupama spoke back to her husband for the first time for saving her son's life....

Dev who became very happy on what Anupama told came near Ashok and hugged him.

Dev happily to Ashok  :  "Thanks Dad...Thank you so much Dad"

All confusingly looked at father son duo...Ashok smilingly patted Dev's shoulder.

Ashok worriedly  :  "Dev...Before you came here, many things happened..Your mother even decided to get separated from me"

Dev confusingly  :  "Dad! What are you saying?"

Ashok told all that happened ...Dev looked at Anupama in surprise..Dev felt pity looking at his father worried face..He is facing difficulty in controlling his laughter..

Ashok angrily  :  "Dev..You have done enough...Now your are laughing...See you turned my wife against me"

Dev laughingly  :  "Dad! What I told you?...Just threaten them for sometime and then start to talk normally..But I am not responsible for what you have done now...You had taken the matter seriously that Mom became angry on you.."

Seeing Dev laughing heavily, Manik gritted his teeth.

Manik angrily :  "Hey Dev...What is happening here? We can't understand anything..First tell us what is going on between you both"

Dev smilingly  :  "Whatever Dad told you all till now is just to threaten you...Dad already knows that I am in love with Sonakshi...Dad also accepted our love"

Dev started to tell about the conversation that happened between Ashok and Dev..

Flashback..

The previous day, Dev is talking to someone over the phone in the terrace unknowingly that Ashok is standing behind him.

Ashok will come to terrace if he want to think over something...That day also he came like that only..

When he came to terrace, he thought that Dev is talking to some of his friends..But when Dev mentions "Sona..Sona.." he started to listen to Dev's conversation.

Dev not knowing Ashok's presence is speaking to Sonakshi excitedly..He was telling how how he took his mom to Shekhar's home, then about his father's anger on the visit to Shekhar's home and also told about his Mom's wish to get Nandini as her bahu.

Sonakshi became silent on hearing this.

Dev  :  "Hello! Sonu...Sonu..What happened?"

Sona sadly  :  " Nothing..Tell me Dev"

Dev :  "Hey! Are you afraid Sonu? Are you afraid that I will leave you? You are crazy...I only told that my mom's wish not mine...If my mom came to know that I love you then she will give priority to my wish only...Listen to one thing carefully...You are my future wife.I will not leave you forever"

Sona sadly  :  "But Dev...What if your mom and dad are stubborn on their decision? Will you leave me?"

Dev pissed off  :  "What are you saying Sonu? I promise you that you will be my wife...I will keep up my words...If I couldn't keep up my words, I  will  die...I promise you that"

Saying this Dev turned  and stunned to look Ashok behind him.

Ashok signed him to continue to speak over the phone..

Dev panicked  :  "Sonu..I will call you later...Take care"

Dev hung the call.

Dev worriedly  :  "Dad! When did you came here?"

Ashok sternly  :  " I came when you started reciting our home happenings to that girl...That's okay..Who is that girl?"

Dev stammeringly  :  "That...She is Sonakshi...My lover"

Ashok sternly  :  "That I came to know when you promised her...I am asking who is she? Who is her father?"

Dev stammerinly  :  "Dad!...She is Sharmila bua's daughter...You know Sharmila bua right?..Shekhar Mamu's...."

Ashok sternly :  "Ohh that Sharmila...I know her...Your Shekhar Mamu's saaliji right? So are you often going  there for this only..? Do your Shekhar Mamu is doing this as a work to create love?"

Dev  :  "No Dad...This is not known to Shekhar Mamu...I didn't even tell to Mom...For the first time, I am saying it to you dad"

Ashok angrily  :  "You didn't tell me...I came to know about it...Don't tell that I overheard you..I just came casually to the terrace..I heard your conversation"

Dev became silent..

Ashok chuckled  :  "It seems you are loving her so much..Your promises are heavy"

Dad stammeringly  :  "Dad...That"

Ashok sternly  :  "You are ready to sacrifice your life for that girl...Do you think about your mom who is thinking you as her life? You don't care about your mom right? For you, your love is only important or else you will die right?"

Dev calmly  :  "Not like that Dad..I told like that to relieve Sonakshi from her worries...That too I told like that to her in a haste..I didn't love her to die...I should live with her...I should marry her with both of your consent and behave like a good husband and good son for my lifetime..I only wish that all should be happy"

Ashok noticed Dev's calmness in explaining and so could not interrupt him.

Dev calmly  :  "Dad...Sona is a very good girl..I am not saying this because I love her..You please once see her..You will definitely like her"

Ashok smiled hearing this.

Ashok smilingly  :  "Okay Dev...I will meet her...When will you bring my bahu to meet me?"

Dev unbelievingly  :  "Dad! Are you saying the truth?"

Ashok worriedly  :  "Yes...I am saying it for real only..I am an angry person only..But I am not that bad. The reason for my anger on Shekhar is  he ignored my sister...I didn't understand other's feelings due to the affection on my sister..Like you said my anger is justified if my sister had spoilt her life thinking about Shekhar..But nothing like that happened..She happily moved on and is now happy with her own family..In that case, my anger on Shekhar is meaningless only..I am a fool so only it becomes late for me to understand this"

Ashok continued  :  "I had troubled your Mom a lot...I have to ask forgiveness your mother"

Dev surprisingly looked at his dad

Dev in surprise  :  "Dad! I still cannot believe this...I am doubting it as a dream..And that too it is more surprising that you want to ask apology from mom"

Ashok chuckled and pinched Dev's hand...Dev winced in pain..

Ashok smilingly  :  "Is it paining? Then it is true only my son"

Dev happily looked at Ashok..

Ashok sadly  :  "I can ask forgiveness from you mom....because she is my wife...But I am hesitating to ask apology from your Shekhar Mamu...Till date, I showed to them my attitude..But now my ego is preventing me to ask forgiveness to Shekhar who is younger to me"

Dev  smilingly  :  "You are right dad...My father should always have the same attitude..Or else it will not be nice to you...What we can do?"

Dev thought for a while ..

Dev happily  :  "Dad! I have an idea..Tomorrow you go to Shekhar Mamu's home and create a scene there and threaten them..Shekhar Mamu will definitely come to you to console you..That time you slowly slowly start talking normally to them..Then see the result..All will be perfect"

Ashok happily  :  "Super Idea Dev"

Dev happily hugged his father Ashok.

Present..

When Dev finish saying this, all those are present in Shekhar's home seems to be relieved..

Raj laughing :  "Dev! You are so...To not let down your father's attitude you scared us all for an hour"

Anupama worriedly  :  "Ashokji..Then you asking for Nandini's hand in marriage and your anger with all are fake? I am very sorry Ashokji..I talked you very wrongly..Please forgive me Ashokji"

Ashok smilingly  :  "It's okay..Leave it Anupama...It is also for good only..Till date I troubled you a lot..Now it's feeling nice when you threaten me"

Dev chuckled  :  "Dad! It seems that you started liking Mom's anger..Now I think Mom is going to rule you hereafter"

Ashok pleadingly  :  " Dev !Don't make a mountain out of a mole hill...I became afraid on her one day anger itself...I cannot bear it if she does it often...Anupama ..please don't do this to me"

Anupama chuckled  :  "As if you got afraid of me...Keep quiet..I told everything in haste...I escaped since you were in good mood..Or else, I could not even imagine my situation...In this case, where will I go if I rule over you?"

Kalyani happily  :  "No one should be angry on anyone..Hereafter everything will be happy moments only...Our children happiness are important for us.."

Kalyani happily continued  :   "Anupama! Tomorrow, we all are going to Sharmila's home and ask  Sonakshi's hand in marriage for Dev....After their studies got finished, both Dev and Manik will get married on the same day itself....Is that okay for you my son?"

Ashok happily  :  "Double okay Mom..But before that you finish your work for which you came here"

All confusingly looked at Ashok hearing this..

Ashok chuckled  :  "Mom! You please first fix the alliance of Nandini with Manik..See how much Manik is tensed"

All looked at Manik ..

Manik gave a shy smile to everyone..

Manik chuckled  :  "Yeah Tauji..I became very angry when you said that Dev gave his consent to this proposal...I became that much angry as if I would kill him"

Manik came near Dev and held his hand  :  "I am sorry Dev...I became angry without understanding you"

Dev smilingly  :  "It's okay Manik...If I was in your place, I would also got angry like this only"

Manik smiled :  "But Dev...In that situation too, Sonakshi didn't let you down .I scolded you very much..But sona believed you so much...She told that my Dev is not like that type of person...He loves me truly...She even started hating me for scolding you...See my Sona baby...How her eyes got swelled due to crying"

Sona angrily  :  "Manik! If you call me baby, I will kill you...Where I cried?....Some dust had got into my eyes..I didn't cry at all..."

Raj chuckled  :  "You are right Sonakshi...I think you will be the perfect match for bahu sasurji bonding...Both you and your sasurji will not let down you attitude at any cost"

Nyonika pinched Raj..

Nyonika scolded  :  "Raj...Please be quiet"

Nyonika thought what if Raj says something playfully and it might make Ashok angry again..

Ashok laughingly  :  "Why you are scolding him Nyonika? Let him talk..Together all are happily united..I am not going to get angry hereafter "

Anupama looked at Ashok in surprise and also felt proud of him.

After that, Raj, as per rituals asked for Nandini's hand in marriage for Manik for which Shekhar happily agreed wholeheartedly.

All decided to have lunch at Shekhar's home itself.

Anupama, Kalyani and Nyonika are preparing lunch in the kitchen happily chitchatting.

The 3 Men are also happily chitchatting in the living area..

Manik is lying sitting in swing which is in Nandini's room balcony..

Nandini is in Manik's arms closing her eyes and keeping silent...

Both their minds felt as if a big burden got lost.

After few minutes of silence, Nandini spoke..

Nandini whispered : " Manik"

Manik  :  "Mm"

Nandini  in slightly high tone  :  "Manik"

Manik  :  "Mmmm"

Nandini calmly  :  "Manik...All things are over right? Hereafter we won't face any problems right?"

Manik  :  "Now what happened that you are so afraid like this?"

Nandini came out of Manik's arms.

Nandini :  "I was so afraid Manik...But you are asking what happened? When Ashok phupha asked my hand in marriage for Dev, I was afraid...You too became angry right? Now why are you asking like this?"

Manik chuckled :  "I became angry only..But on Dev...I became angry on Dev, because I can't understand how he can agree for this proposal when he knew our relation and is in love with Sonakshi..."

Manik smilingly continued  :  "But I am not afraid at all thinking that you will not be mine...I didn't love you that I will let go you to another person...Whoever he/she falls in love should face all the problems in their love life and also marry the person whom they loved...Only those who have the courage to do that should fall in love..But some are in love for sometime and marrying whom their parents chooses for them because they are afraid of going against their parents...Those who are not brave and don't have courage they should not fall in love at all..When I started to fall in love with you itself, I decided that you will be my wife and I should protect you in my arms for my lifetime...After that only I proposed you...Do you think that I will let go of you that much easily?"

Finish saying this Manik pinched Nandini's cheek...Nandini gave a small smile.

Nandini chuckeld and teasingly  :  "What you would have done? Would you fight with Dev and showed your heroism? Or would you fall on Dev's legs and requested him to leave me?

Nandini started to laugh heavily saying this...Manik too started to laugh.

But Manik pulled Nandini to him and kissed her lips which is totally unexpected my Nandini.

After breaking the kiss, Nandini shyly looked at Manik while Manik winked at her..

Manik chuckled  :  "Like this only I would have done to Dev. I would have given him lots of kisses more than this..I don't think that he would still marry you after I did this"

Nandini though admired Manik's joke in her mind brought out a fake anger in her face.

Nandini angrily  :  "You...You..."

Nandini started to hit Manik's back.

Nandini chuckled :  "How you alone say these useless jokes? You are so crazy.."

Manik with fake anger :  "Do you just call me crazy"

Nandini laughed  :  "Yes...you are very very crazy...You are mad too..But Mad on me"

Nandini with heart full of happiness, happily went in to Manik's arms again and hugged him..

Manik happily kissed Nandini's forehead and hugged her...
