Recap : Anupama expressed her wish to get Nandini married to Dev which made him angry...Nandini in Malhotra Mansion...

Kalyani creased Nandini's cheeks who didn't show any reaction to it and stood like a statue...

Kalyani with tears in her eyes : "Nandini!...Nandini! Doesn't your anger gone? Are you still angry on me? Won't you forgive your Nani?"

Nandini didn't said anything...

Manik   :  "Nandini! Dadi is speaking to you only...Answer her something..."

Kalyani sadly  :  "No Manik...Don't compel her...Her anger is justified...Whoever may be in her place, will react like that only..."

Kalyani continued  :  "Nandini! What I did to your Mom and Dad based on casteism is wrong only...In our times, casteism is highly practiced dear...When two people from different caste fall in love, elders will jointly threaten them and separate them..If the lovers got married, they will remove her mangalsutra and break their husband and wife bond...If they escape even after this, they will also be killed....Casteism is that much practiced in our village..Your Nanu is also like that person only...For him, his caste is pride...He separated many lovers in her lifetime...I think they would have cursed our family...So only same thing happened in our family too...Shwetha and Shekhar fell in love with each other....Your Nanu didn't expected this...He got depressed so much...Then he got angry and locked  your Mom in the home itself and did not leave her outside...He also got into fixing the marriage of Shwetha with someone else as soon as possible...But one day when your Nanu came to know that Shwetha eloped with Shekhar and married him too, he cannot accept it...He died because her own daughter had won over his casteism practice and pride...."

When Kalyani finish saying this her eyes are welled up with tears...

Kalyani sobbingly  :  "After that your mom and dad came to see me on knowing about your Nanu's death...But the situation and mentality which I was in forced me to send them away...I didn't even liked to see Shwetha's face... .....I think you came to know about the further things...Wrong only...In fact I committed a sin...But I didn't realize it now...I realized that I committed sin long back....Daily, I am asking for forgiveness to God...Not only to God, infact I wanted to ask forgiveness from your Dad...But before that will you forgive me Nandini?"

Nandini angrily  :   "If you ask forgiveness from God, will all be okay? You are getting courage do all the sin because you people are thinking to pray to god..and ask for his forgiveness!"

Manik rushed to Nandini, held her shoulders and made her face him...

Manik angrily  :  "Nandini! She is apologizing to you though you are younger to her..You are insulting her eventhough she says that she realized what she had done is sin...I am asking you now...Tell me...What mistake she had done?"

Kalyani shouted  :  "Manik"

Manik angrily  :  "Tell me where casteism is not practiced? Not only those old times...Even now most of the marriages are fixed based on caste only....Even in schools where they teach students not to practice casteism, while admission they are asking details about caste and religion of the children...Whole world is like that only...Then why are you still angry on her when she is apologizing to you?"

Nandini angrily  :  "Are you justifying her mistake Manik?"

Manik took a deep breath...He freed her shoulders and took her one palm and placed in between his hands...

Manik calmly :  "I am not at all justifying her mistake...I am telling what is happening...She is asking sorry to you saying that she committed a mistake since she belonged to those times...But why are you not understanding her?"

Manik calmly continued  :  "Listen to me now...Everything happens in life...Understand Dadi's point of view for once....Her own daughter eloped with her lover....Within hours of this incident, her husband died...tell me who will tolerate all these things...Now like how you are getting angry on Dadi for your mother's death, Dadi was also angry on her daughter for her husband's death...Like this if these anger and separation issue continues, no one will be benefitted...If each and every one of us are keeping needless enmity in her heart, only relations will be broken..."

Manik paused and then continued...

Manik calmly  :  "You will go that you don't need your Nani...But I will tell that I want my Dadi..Problems will come between us....Like this problems will increase between us, but no solution will be obtained"

Nandini angrily  :  "Are you threatening me Manik? Are you threatening me that you will not be mine if I say that I don't need your Dadi?"

Manik glared at Nandini hearing this...

Manik's Pov  :  "I was very happy today...I thought I could solve all the problems between Dadi and Nandini....I thought they both will talk face to face....I thought since I was tired of making Nandini understand through my ignorance and anger...I thought I got a wonderful opportunity and I could make use of it..But no...all my happiness got vanished...She will not understand...She will not understand at all...."

Manik angrily  :  "You cannot understand what I am saying right?"

Saying this Manik fisted his hairs in his hand  expressing his frustruation...

Nyonika understanding the situation...

Nyonika shouted angrily  :  "Manik! Go to your room....I will talk to Nandini"

Manik angrily to Nandini  :  "Okay...What you understood itself is absolutely correct!...For me, my Dadi is only important...My family is important for me..I was very happy thinking that you will soon be in my family even before knowing that you are my relative...But now I understood that you never ever thought and accepted that we all are same family...You only seen all of us strangers till now..You don't have neither true affection on all of us nor true love on me"

Nandini stunned listening to Manik's words and worriedly looked at Nyonika...

Nyonika :  "Manik! Don't talk whatever that comes in your mouth"

Manik angrily  :  "I told everthing in my sense only...She is not trusting me....She is thinking that I will leave her if a tough situation comes..She is thinking that I am threatening her Mom"

Nyonika worriedly  :  "She is a small girl Manik...But what about you? Why are you talking like this? I will make her understand...You go to your room"

Manik sternly : "No Mom...She will not understand at all even if you make her understand...Leave her as it is..She will do whatever she wants"

Saying this Manik came near Kalyani...

Manik :  "Dadi! Please don't worry...She will surely understand your true love and affection and come running to you one day...Now come with me....We will go to your room"

Manik took Kalyani to her room while all the time Kalyani is sadly looking at Nandini...

After they went, Nyonika worriedly looked at Nandini...

Nyonika  worriedly  :  "What is this Nandini? Why are you being stubborn? Nani is asking for forgiveness realizing her mistake right?"

Nandini sadly  :   "No bua...I can't...Even my heart let goes of anger, my brain is not listening to me...I can't even think about Mom's situation those days...If elders all supported her and had been with her, she would not have died bua...Mom died only because of everyone's carelessness...If her loving husband, elders like you all were with her, Mom would have survived...I would not have been motherless bua...The main culprits are her loving husband and her respected mother only....!"

Nyonika  :  "In Shwetha's matter, what your Nanu and Nani had done is wrong only...I didn't refuse it....Your anger is also justified...But the blame that you are putting on your Nani and father is not acceptable...Your mother Shwetha's death is natural...It is fate....No one can change it...Even if your Nani was with Shwetha at the time of her pregnancy, I cannot accept that she would have survived from her death....That was your mother's carelessness...For her carelessness, we cannot blame anyone...Shwetha had already given birth to you...We cannot even say that she is not experienced...She is also educated....Having so much knowledge, she itself can't differentiate between normal pregnancy and tubal pregnancy...Not only that she didn't told about her pain to her husband...She faked her visit to hospital by showing Shekhar bhai some tablet strips...In that case, what could Shekhar bhai have done? Nyonika took a deep breath...

Nyonika again continued  :  "I am sorry to say you Nandini...but you don't have any right to doubt on your Dad's love for your Mom"

Nandini hung her head down in guilt...

Nyonika  :  "Nandini! There is no one who never committed any mistake in the world....It's human nature to commit mistakes...But the ones who realized that they committed mistakes are some of them only.. If someone after realizing their mistakes, asks for forgiveness, forgiving them is a good behaviour...Your Nani didn't argue that she had never committed anything wrong...She is saying that she committed the mistake of ignoring your mother because of the respect and love she had on her husband...So when she is asks for forgiveness, do forgive her...I am not saying this because she is my mother in law...I will say this whoever may be the person in her place...Take your case itself as an example...Whenever Manik trouble in your childhood, I will not only scold him, but also not speak with him until he realized his mistake and asks for forgiveness from me and you and also on some conditions...Same thing applies here too...Give a chance to your Nani dear....She is feeling guilty...She thought that her daughter Shwetha is living somewhere in this world happily with her family...But when she comes to know that her daughter died long back, she literally lost her hope in everything....She is also not talking to Myself and your Raj Mamu for hiding about Shwetha's death..."

Nyonika continued  :  "Nandini! In one aspect, Raj Mamu  and I are also guilty"

Nandini shrinked her eyebrows  :  "What bua are you saying?"

Nyonika worriedly  :   "Yes Nandini....If we had told your Nani about where Shwetha is happily living with her daughter and husband, your Nani if not that time will gradually would have developed feelings for you and one day would have visited you and accepted you...Now I am thinking that only we both have prevented in creating such a situation to your Nani...Your Raj mamu is also worried thinking about this...He is feeling guilty"

Nandini came near Nyonika and hold her hand...

Nandini smilingly  :  "Bua, you and Mamu had not done anything wrong...You only thought about our welfare. All these things are destined to be happened...You told right? THE FATE...So only things happened like this...During our each and everyone of our birth itself, God wrote our fate...Now only I understood this...Hereafter I will not blame anyone..My bua and Mamu should not be sad at all..You both are worried that Nani doesn't speak to you right?....Nani will definitely talk to you both...I will tell to my Nani to talk to you...If I say my Nani will listen to me"

Nyonika looked at Nandini in surprise...

Nandini laughed looking at Nyonika's expressions...Nyonika happily hugged Nandini..

Nyonika immediately took her to Kalyani's room..

In the room Kalyani is laying on her bed and Manik is sitting beside her....Manik taking Kalyani's palms in his hand is talking to her something..

Sensing someone presence, both Kalyani and Manik looked at the door side..

When Manik looked at Nandini, he turned his face to the other side ignoring her..

Kalyani worriedly looked at Nandini...Nyonika signed Nandini to speak out..

Nandini looked at Kalyani..Kalyani's face though had the mixture of feelings like worry, sorrow and longingness also had some expectation and excitement ....

Nandini is feeling pity at her situation which she had not felt till date..

Kalyani who noticed some change in Nandini's eyes got up from her bad...

Kalyani with tears in her eyes  :   "Nandini!'

Nandini smilingly  :  "Don't call me Nandini Nani...Call me Ammu...Your daughter used to call me with that name only"

Kalyani's eyes widened in surprise and gave an unbelievable look to Nandini..

Manik surprisingly looked at Nyonika...

Nyonika smiled at them..

Kalyani voice shiveringly  and happily  :  "Ammu!"

Nandini's eyes welled up with tears and hugged Kalyani and hided herself in the crook of her neck..

Nandini crying  :  "I am sorry Nani...I troubled you a lot...with my words..."

Manik gave an unbelievable look to Nyonika...

Nyonika happily signed Manik to just witness the happenings silently..

Kalyani  :  "Why are you crying Ammu? I should only cry...For the sin I committed I should only cry..I should only ask forgiveness from you.."

Saying this Kalyani wiped Nandini's tears with her saree corner..

Kalyani  :  "Ammu...you should not cry hereafter for anything..Your Nani is there for you..Understood? If he trouble you say me to me....I will scold him and also beat him"

Kalyani said this pinpointing at Manik...

Nandini looked at Manik...But Manik's face doesn't show any reactions...He just silently sitting there..

Nandini smilingly  :  "Okay Nani...But before that I have something to ask you"

Kalyani  :  "Tell me dear...What is it?"

Nandini smilingly  :  "You should forgive my bua and Mamu and talk to them like before..They are worried so much..I cannot see him like that.."

Kalyani with tears in her eyes :  "Okay dear, I will talk to them....I am not angry on them...I thought Nyonika will not hide anything from me...I thought she will do anything without asking me....But when I came to know that they both hided from me about Shwetha's death, I cannot bear it...If they had told me, I could have atleast seen her face for the last time"

Nyonika came near Kalyani

Nyonika with tears in her eyes :  "Mom! Please forgive me...We don't know that your mind will change...We also are afraid that if you came to know about Nandini, you will ignore her and oust her from this home...So only I told you that she is my friend's daughter..Mom! Please forgive us...What we had done is wrong only...Please beat and scold us for that...But don't stop talking with us"

Kalyani loving creased Nyonika's head..

Kalyani worriedly  :  "You did not do anything wrong Nyonika...I am responsible for everything..Whatever you thought was not wrong..Who knows? If you had told about Nandini at that time, I could have surely done like what you thought...I was a stone hearted woman that time"

Nyonika  :  "Mom! Whatever wants to happened...Forget everything...Hereafter only happiness should be there in our family..First I have to say this to your Son...Always he used to come early to home..But today he is late"

Nyonika tried her best to divert their topic..

Kalyani :  "Yes Nyonika..My son Raj used to look at my face longingly for forgiving him...He always wants all of us to be together...Like my Son, now his son (Manik) also wants everyone's happiness....See him (Manik) now...Look at his happy face"

Manik smilingly  :  "Dadi!..This alone is not my happiness... You should also forgive Shekhar Mamu and accept him in our family.."

Nyonika looked at Kalyani excitedly for her answer..

Kalyani  :  "No dear...Instead of I forgiving him, he should forgive me...His losses are more "

Kalyani  continued  :  "Tomorrow, I myself will go to him, asks for his forgiveness and bring him to our Mansion..."

Manik and Nyonika happily looked at each other..

Kalyani smilingly  :  "Then for our Ammu's birthday, we will all go to our village and will celebrate in our home itself...Is that okay Nyonika?"

Nyonika happily  :  "Double okay Mom...We will definitely do this"

Kalyani  :  "We will give a gift to Ammu on her birthday which will be not forgettable by her for he lifetime...Let Raj come..We will discuss with him"

Nyonika smilingly  :  "Okay Mom! Let him come..Before that I will bring something for you and Nandini to eat.....You both will be very tired..."

Nyonika continued  :  "Manik! Inform Shekhar bhai that Nandini will have her dinner here"

Manik  :  "Okay Mom!"

Manik dialled Shekhar's number...
