Recap : Nandini told Manik that she is feeling protected when Manik is around which gave immense happiness to him!

Nandini, when Manik is not present in home, after telling to Nyonika went to Manik's room to clean it....

Like Manik told...the room was messy......All the things are scattered and no one thing is in the proper place....

Nyonika too will not climb upstairs since she got leg pain..

Nandini quickly started to clean the room.

His book is opened and kept on his study table and its pages are flipping due to the wind...

When Nandini closed the book and is about to keep it in Manik's cupboard....her eyes landed on Manik's diary.

Nandini for few seconds just stared at that Diary.

Then Nandini with a small smile playing on her lips took the Diary from the cupboard....

She felt some kind of special feeling which cannot be expressed in words which she didn't felt while reading it on that day..

Nandini opened the diary...

The same lines which she read that day...but now when she is reading she is feeling very very happy.... and also the proud feeling that the lines are written for her by her one and only Manik....

She read and admired all the lines written in the Diary...

After reading the diary, she kissed the diary and kept it in the cupboard.

After removing the clothes which are scattered on the bed...she started dusting the mirror fixed on the dressing table...

After cleaning everything, when she is about to move out of the room, she stopped in her tracks on seeing Manik's photo that is hung on the wall....

Nandini came near the photo and stared at it for few seconds....

It seems like for Nandini, Manik is seeing her from the photo.....So she started to touch his face with from forehead, eyes, nose, lips and chin......"

By this time, Nandini's eyes are welled up with tears!

Nandini's POV

Forgive me Manik....I told that I don't like you.....I like you very much Manik....I don't know the reason for liking you Manik....But I like you very much. From childhood, I have the wish and desire to speak to you Manik. But you always had hatred for me. I wanted to be friendly with you. But you always look at me like you are looking at an enemy...Do you know how many days, I have yearned for your friendly look towards me and lovely talks....

Like to come and vanish my yearnings for you....You proposed me on that day...Do you know  how I felt that time? I can't believe itself.. A fresh force of blood rushed through all my veins and gave me the a new strength......I felt some kind of feeling and lots and lots of happiness which cannot be expressed in words Manik.. I felt like hugging you, crushing myself on your chest and cry loudly. I felt like telling you I Love You Manik... But I can't do it Manik....I am afraid Manik..In this home, all are loving me so much Manik.  They are looking after me as if I am also a family member Manik. In this situation, If they came to know that I love you, I don't know how they will take it Manik. If they start hating me....? I can't bear it Manik. I want all of you Manik. Because of our love there should not be any crack between the relations Manik. That's why when Nani asked me, I told her that I don't like you.......Forgive me Manik"

Nandini's POV ends....

Nandini took a deep breath, relaxed herself and wiped her tears.  Then she left Manik's room.

Art Gallery

Entering into an art gallery, Manik scanned the crowd through his eyes as if looking for some person.

Manik saw the person whom he is looking for is speaking to someone else.

Manik went near the person and looked at the painting that is hung on the wall nearby the person.

Manik  : "Wow!"

Hearing this Shekhar turned and saw Manik from his head to toe... and gave a small smile.

Manik  :  "Very nice Sir....Sir? Is the place which is in this photo is there in real? Or is it just your imagination?"

Shekhar  :  "Imagination only..."

Manik  :  "It's beautiful Sir...It's looking like a natural place..which is in real......If the place is in real, I wish to live in this place with my soulmate"

Shekhar smilingly  :  "I too had the same imagination while drawing this picture"

Manik  :  "Super Sir..I will buy this picture now itself...Can you tell me the price?"

Hearing this Shekhar shook his head immediately in no.

Shekhar  :  "No...This is not for sale. I am not drawing these paintings for sales or my hobby. I am drawing them because to satisfy my heart and also fullfil my wife's wish"

Manik  :  "Then why here.....?"

Shekhar  :  "Are you asking then why did I kept it in an art gallery?"

Manik nodded.

Shekhar  :  "I didn't keep it here. My son in law kept it here in display to surprise me. He didn't ask me at all. There...He is there !"

Author's Note :  Calling and Claiming Sister's Son as Son-in-law is common!

Manik too looked at the direction which Shekhar pinpointed where he saw Dev speaking to someone over the phone.

Manik mumbled  :  "Dev"

Shekhar :  "Yes...Dev only...Do you know him before?"

Manik :  "Yeah...I know him"

When Dev looked at Manik and Shekhar's side, Manik raised his one hand saying "Hai"

Dev gave a small smile, hung up the call and came near Manik and Shekhar...

Dev  :  "Hai Manik! How are you?"

Manik  :  "Mmm...I am fine Dev. I didn't expect you here. Is he your Uncle?"

Dev  :  "Yes Manik....My Mamu...Mother's brother... I too didn't expect you here. Do you know Mamu beforehand?"

Manik  :  "No...This is our first meet. This picture is very beautiful..But Mamu refused to give me"

Hearing the word "Mamu" from Manik, Dev and Shekhar looked at Manik shockingly.

Manik  :  "Why are you both looking at me like that? Did I told anything that I shouldn't have? Can't I call you as Mamu?"😅😅😂😂

Shekhar smilingly  :  "No..No...Not at all. You can definitely call me like that. If you are Dev's friend, then you are also friend to me"

Manik  :  "How is that possible? You called Dev as your son-in-law....Then I too will be your Son-In-Law right?"😂

Shekhar  chuckled  :  "Haan....You are also my son-in law only"

Saying this Shekhar looked at Manik's face keenly....

Dev knew about Manik very well. He is not close to him. But also he came to know about Manik through Sonakshi. Manik is one who will not speak to strangers that much comfortably.. He will always be in his own limits while speaking to anyone... And most importantly he will not let down his attitude at any cost...In that case...Dev have a doubt on Manik who  is calling a stranger as Mamu and forcing him to call himself as son-in-law"

Shekhar  :  "Dev!"

Hearing this, Dev came back to senses from his thoughts about Manik.

Dad  :  "What Mamu?"

Shekhar  :  "That painting...."

Dev  :  "Sorry Mamu....I don't know who is he"

Manik  :  "What happened Dev? Any problem?"

Dev worriedly :  "That....I planned a surprise for Mamu by keeping his paintings in this gallery....I called him here to surprise him .  But, one painting was sold before he came...Mamu is asking back the painting now. But not knowing who bought that painting, how could I get it back?"

Shekhar worriedly  :  "I don't have any problem that they took the painting...But the problem is they paid price for the painting"

Dev  :  "Mamu...Please forgive me this time alone...Hereafter it won't happen..I have already taken all the paintings that I kept in this gallery"

Shekhar kept quiet for sometime...Then he took the painting which Manik liked and gave it to Manik.

Manik confusingly looked at Shekhar while Shekhar signed Manik to accept the painting.

Manik  :  "No Mamu...Now only you told that these paintings are not for sale"

Shekhar  :  "I only said that these are not for sale...I didn't say that I won't give it to ones who liked it very much and asking for it"

Manik smiled  :  "Thanks Mamu"

Shekhar chukled  :  "What Manik? Why there is thanks between Mamu and Son-in-law? I will give the painting to some strangers too if they asked.....Won't I give to my own Son-in-law?"

Saying this Shekhar winked at Manik😉

Manik smilingly  :  "Did Dad told you everything?"

Shekhar  :  "Mmmm...He told me...He told that you will come to meet me...I too expected you...But I don't know that you will come this soon. Anyways,  I am very happy in meeting you"

Saying this Shekhar hugged Manik...Manik too hugged Shekhar affectionately.

After they broke the hug, Manik looked at Dev with a small smile.

Manik with a small smile :  "You too know everything Dev...Am I  right?"

Dev :  "Yes Manik...I knew all of you...Mamu told me"

Manik with fake sadness :  "You came to know everything....But  till yesterday I don't know that I had another bua. All jointly hidden this matter from me"

Shekhar patted his shoulder  :   "Manik! All things have time Manik....Whatever thing it is..it will happen only as per God's will. So we can't change it at all. After so many years, you came to know about this matter means there is some reason for that...Hope you understand Manik"

Manik chuckled  :  "It seems I understood....But I cannot understand also...."

Shekhar smiled widely  and slightly patted Manik's cheeks...:  "That too you will understand when the time comes"

Three of them talked about other things and left after sometime.
