Recap : Manik putforth a condition to Raj that if he should be in Malhotra Mansion, Nandini should be sent to hostel!

Manik is sitting on the place where he proposed his love for Nandini. Yes...he is in beach now looking at the waves. Nandini's memories is also touching him often like the sea waves....

Manik's POV  :

First day, when Nandini told that she didn't like me, I went to my room. I cannot accept Nandini's ignorance. Whenever  I talked to her previously, I only saw the fear for myself but not the hate for me. Whenever I say some jokes to Sonakshi, Nandini never failed to laugh wholeheartedly....When I saw her that time, she will somehow control her laughter and see somewhere...Like this many times, she expected only friendly behaviour  from me. That day, when Harshad misbehaved with her...when she hugged me....that day I realized that she feels protective in my arms.....she claimed right on me....If she hated me...she would have not hugged me and got help from me by maintaining distance between us.....She wouldn't have hugged me and cried......

Like this when he started recollecting her memories....he recalled the incident when Nandini got fever after Sonakshi's friends party and her blabberings....calling Maa! Papa!

Then he thought that may be she is not accepting his love because she is thinking that she is an orphan .....She is thinking that she doesn't have mother and father.

Manik decided to change this thought of Nandini thinking her as an orphan and make her to accept his love....Thinking about this he didn't know when he slept on the beach sand itself....

After this only, he went to the home and told Raj about his decision of staying outside and then again left the home. Even by evening time also, he didn't returned home and wandered around with some friends and again came to beach...

Nandini's memories is revolving around his mind....He also remembered the way he was behaving with Nandini since childhood....The way she is scared for him....................Like this when he is thinking, he has a small smile playing on the corner of his lips. While he dipped his fingers in hair locks..he saw a girl in distance coming towards him...

Manik closed his eyes and then opened and again saw the Girl....The girl is Nandini.......

Manik mumbled  :  "Nandini!"

But then after a wave of sea touches his feet, he came to senses.....It was not Nandini...Some other girl...

Manik smiled because he thought that since he is always in Nandini's memories....every girl he sees is looking like Nandini.

Malhotra Mansion!

When Manik entered the home....he saw Sonakshi talking with Nyonika in the living area.

When Nyonika saw Manik coming, she stopped her talks and signed Sonakshi about Manik's arrival.

Sonakshi turned and looked at Manik...

Manik signed Sonakshi to come and went to his room. Sonakshi too followed him...

When Manik entered his room and Sonakshi is about to enter, he stopped her..

Manik shouted angrily  :  "Hey Sona! Why are you coming to my room now?  Then for that also...I will get blamed for no reason"

Hearing this Nyonika's eyes welled up with tears  who is in the living area.

Sona angrily  :  "Hey Manik! I will slap you if you are talking like this....Didn't I came to your room till the date?  Don't I know you?"

Manik again shouted  :  "You know about me..But what about others?"

Sona angrily  :  "Manik! Why are you shouting now? Bua told you like that because of more love and affection that she has over Nandini and also she misunderstood the situation...She only talked for once...But for that are you going to pinpoint her for lifetime?  She is very distressed Manik now...I heard that you are not at all talking to bua...While you are kid...you did so many mistakes Manik...Manytimes you also spoke back to them...Did bua kept all those in her heart and didn't speak to you at all? Did she pinpointed you for that all the time? What bua did was she dealt with you patiently and tolerated all your actions....But what are you doing Manik? You are jumping in anger here and there. I heard that you told that you are going to leave the home or else Nandini should leave the home. Are you mad Manik? Is this the love you have on Nandini? If she had loved you...she can stay in this home or will you oust her from this home?Are you really loving her Manik?"

Manik angrily  : "Hey Sona! I will be like that only...It is now known that she will not be mine. Then she should not be in this home"

Sona sternly  :  "Okay Manik.. She will not be in this home hereafter...I am her sister. My Mom and Dad are there for her...Brother is there...We all are there for her...Then why she should go to hostel? I am going to take Nandini to my home. Now itself I am going to take Nandini to my home"

Saying this Sonakshi is about to move fastly

But Manik stopped Sonakshi by holding her hand with his one hand and with other hand he hitted his forehead by himself expressing his frustruation. Sonakshi saw this.🤣

Sona  innocently :  "Why are you hitting your forehead Manik?"

Manik irritated  :  "Thinking about my fate!"

Sona  :  "Are you feeling sad Manik?"

Manik  :  "Yes...I am feeling sad thinking how could Sona be this much foolish?"

Sona angrily  :  "What ? Am I foolish?"

Manik  :  "Yes...Only fools will get angry suddenly...will take decisions fastly without thinking"

Sona  laughs  :  "Hehehe....I laughed...Now I am not foolish right?"

Manik  :  "If you laugh like this suddenly...people will think that you are mad"

Saying this Manik laughed. Sonakshi gave a killer look to Manik.

Sona  angrily  :  "Yes..I am foolish....I am mad...Do you know what a mad person will do? Do you know?"

Saying this Sonakshi caught hold of Manik's hairs. Manik stopped laughing and try to free from her hold.

Manik  :  "Hey Sona! Sorry! I told it just for fun. Please leave my hair"

Sona  :  "Manik! You are planning something right?"

Manik laughed hearing this.

Manik smilingly  :  "Do you understand it now only my Sona baby?"

Sona pissed off : "Don't put over scene. Tell me what it is?"

Manik smilingly  :  "Not a big plan and all..Just a small plan. When Dad comes home, I will see whether it will work out or not. But till that you Sona don't come in between my plan....saying that Nandini has me, the elder sister bla bla bla (Manik imitated Sonakshi)"😂😂😂

Sona whinned  :  "Tell me Manik, please"

Manik  :  "No, I won't, Suspense"

Sona :  "Okay, Don't tell me. But if you plan anything against my Nandini, then I will not leave you"

Manik sternly :  "Nandini became more important for you than me right? I know that from childhood itself....You gave that chocolate to Nandini  which I said that you shoudn't..."😂😂

Sona  :  "Manik!  Didn't you forget that? It's a old thing Manik. Why are you now dragging that? Can I buy you a chocolate now if you want?"

Manik  :  "I don't want anything..You don't make any confusion in my plan and leave from here...........It's getting late in night.Time for you to reach home.."

Sona  :  "You want me to blabber about your love for Nandini. But you don't want me for your plan right?...I will confuse you right? I will see you afterwards"

Saying this Sonakshi started to move from his room.

Manik :  "One minute Sona.  If outside, Mom asks you anything, tell her that I am still angry and you cannot convince me"

Sona  :  "Okay..."

Saying this Sonakshi after informing Nyonika left for her home.

When Raj comes home, after dinner, he asked Manik to come to his room.

When Manik went to Raj's room, Nyonika is speaking to Raj. Seeing Manik, Nyonika looked at Raj.

Manik  :  "Dad! What have you decided?"

Raj looked at Nyonika and took a deep breath.

Raj  :  "We can send Nandini from here Manik"

Hearing this Manik looked at Nyonika who didn't said anything and left the room.

Manik felt dissppointment of his plan going to fail but didn't express it.

Manik  :  "Dad! Are you saying it really?"

Raj  :  "Yes.Manik....What I am saying is real only. You are my only son. After you God didn't bless us with one. We fostered you with so much of love and affection. How can we leave you alone. Your Dadi also will not allow you to leave the home"

Manik panickingly  :  "Then Nandini?"

Raj  :  "Nyonika and I decided to send Nandini to some hostel"

Manik  :  "Dad! Have you decided this after thinking well? Had you talked about this matter to Nandini?"

Raj  :  "Mmmmm. Yes..I talked to her. We told your condition for not leaving the home. She told okay immediately. Tomorrow I decided to join her in her college hostel"

Manik is frustruated now. He dipped his fingers in his hair locks and caught hold of his own hair in anger.

Manik  :  "Super Dad! Superb! How can you do this to Nandini? You are fostering her from childhood and showered her with all your love and affection. Now you are ousting her from this home"

Raj  :  "What are you saying Manik? You only told right that if you want to stay in this home, she should not stay here. Then why are you speaking like this now?"

Hearing Raj's question Manik doesn't know what to say... and kept quiet in disappointment.

Raj kept his hand on Manik's shoulder.

Raj  :  "Now, what you want to know Manik? I know what are you expecting from myself and Nyonika"

Hearing this Manik looked at Raj in surprise.

Manik  :  "Did Rajeev Mamu told you?"

Raj nodded.

Raj  :  "Manik, Now you want to know who is Nandini right?"

Manik nodded in yes.

Raj  :  "Manik !  Nandini is my own sister's daughter"

Manik in surprise  :  "Dad! What are you saying? Is she Sharmila bua's daughter?"

Raj  :  "Not Sharmila's......Nandini is Shwetha's daughter"

Manik raising his eyebrows  :  "Who is she Dad? Till date, I don't know that you have another sister"

Raj closed his eyes and kept silent for sometime.

Raj  :  "Manik! Shwetha is my own sister only"

Manik shocking looked at Raj.

Manik  :  "Dad! What you are telling is...."

Raj  :  "Yes Manik...Your Dadi had three children....Myself, Sharmila and Shwetha are twins"

Manik  :  "Dad! How is this possible? This news is very shocking to me. You are telling that she is your sister and twins and all....But how I am not aware of it? Till date, no one talked about her in this home.  Why you all elders hide that someone like that existed to Myself, Sahil and Sonakshi? Dadi too never talked about her. I am very confused dad. Please clear my confusion"

Raj  :  "I will tell you Manik"

Raj told everything about Shwetha to Manik., (Author : I will tell you afterwards)😜

Hearing this Manik worriedly looked at Raj. Raj wiped the tears from his eyes.

Raj  :  "Manik!  Dadi should not know who is Nandini. This should be your responsibility also from now onwards. If your Dadi comes to know of this....then Nandini will have no place in this home"

Manik  :  "Okay dad! I will not tell Dadi for sure...Dad! One more thing! Where will be that Shekhar now?"

Raj raised his eyebrows.

Manik  :  "Sorry Dad!  Where will be Shekhar Mamu now?"

Raj informed Manik about Shekhar.

Manik  :  "He is living nearby only....But then he sees Nandini from a distance. Dad! I can't understand....If he is loving his daughter so much, then why can't he take to his home? Or Is he thinking my Mom will not allow?"

Raj  :  Manik!  Shekhar is avoided by all his relatives....He is living alone....He thought that his daughter too should not live like this alone. He thought that if she is staying here, she will get all love and affection from her maternal side relatives. He sacrificed all his wishes and desires"

Manik in fake frustruation  :  "This much happened..But I didn't know"😂

Raj smiled  :  "Manik! Do you know? Shwetha likes you very much.....Till you attained 2 years, Shwetha only looked after you...After she comes from college, she will spend all her time with you. She will only feed you and make you sleep"

Hearing this Manik tried to remember as much as he could. But he could not remember since he was only two years old that time.

Raj continued  :  "Not only that Manik....Shekhar too wished that Nandini should be looked after by Nyonika only. He thought that Nyonika will look after Nandini like her own daughter and give her protection. Shekar also said that he will not do anything that will separate Nandini from Nyonika"

Manik  chuckled :  "Mmmmm..What he is thinking is right only. Like mom, no one can protect her. That day, I witnessed it...When Mom saw me in Nandini's room....She became very much angry "

Raj  :  "Manik! She didn't knowingly put any blame on you...She told all those things in anger. She is lamenting to me that how can I say those things to my son till now."

Manik smilingly  :  " Dad! Don't I know about my mom? First I was angry at mom. But then I understood. When Nandini told that she don't like me...even for that I am not angry. She likes me very much. But I don't know whether she loves me or not... But I love her very much. I will wait for her. I will make her understand my love for her"

Raj  panickingly :  "How ? Will you threaten her? Are you going to disturb her?"

Manik smilied :  "Don't worry . I will not do anything that will trouble your daughter in law. I will do the things which only make her to love me"

Manik worriedly continued  :  "Dad! Did you really said about my condition to Nandini? Did she decided to go to hostel?"

Raj with a small smile  :  "No Manik. I still didn't talk about this to Nandini. I know about you Manik. I thought that you have something in mind, so only asking Nandini to send to hostel. In morning, Rajeev called me. Sonakshi might have told what happened here. When he enquired about this issue, I told him about your condition of sending Nandini to hostel....Then only he told that you enquired him about Nandini's father. After that, I very well understood your drama....You thought that we will send Nandini not somewhere, but we will send to Nandini's father home right?"

Manik smiled  immediately  :  "Yes dad! I only started this drama. But when you told that you are ready to send Nandini, I was afraid......How can I live without seeing her?"

Saying this Manik shyly smiled, while Raj patted his shoulder.

Raj  :  "Manik! Having Nandini as our daughter in law is not only my wish but also your mother's....She will be very happy if something like that happened"

Manik in surprise  :  "Really Dad! Mom too wish for it?"

Raj  :  "Yes. Nyonika has that wish....But we both are afraid of your Dadi"

Manik  :  "Don't worry about Dadi! We can deal with Dadi when it is necessary. Why we have to afraid for it now itself ?"

Manik continued  :  "Dad! I will go and see Mom!"

Raj smilingly nodded......
