Sonakshi is very happy while getting in the morning because she remembered her first meet with Dev and she spoke to him yesterday after a long fight.

She thought that today she should speak all to Dev which she hadn't in the past few 1 week.

So she asked him to come to the bus stop near her college that evening.

Dev  :  "Hai"

Sona  :  "Are you waiting for a long time?"

Dev  :  "Now only I came. Didn't Nandini come?...Ohhh she has fever right?"

Sona  :  "No...Now fever gone. But Nani told her take rest at home"

Dev  :  "What suddenly fever? Did she got drenched in rain?"

Sona stammeringly :  "That...that...I am the reason for her fever"

Dev  confusingly  :  "How you will be the reason?

Sona stammeringly told all the happenings in the party fearing scoldings from Dev.

Sona  :  "Sorry Dev"

Dev smilingly   :  "Hey! For that what you will do? We till now don't know that she had this much in her heart and still yearning for parents love......Good that you didn't say it in front of Mamu. Otherwise he will be worried"

Sona  :  "Dev....Shekhar Dad is worried this much. But why can't he keep Nandini with him?....Yesterday, using Nandini's feelings, I told some of the things to Manik and filled his ears that my dad knows where Nandini's father is.....Manik was so shocked. Immediately he asked my Dad....But Dad refused to say...He told to talk about this to Raj Mamu and Nyo bua....."

Dev is silently listening to her.

Sona  continued :  "But Dev....We still didn't know about Nandini's mom. Asking Shekhar Dad is waste. He will somewhat refuse.....Shekhar Mamu didn't even tell you about that....Then how come I can know"

Dev silently put his head in the guilt of hiding the truth from Sonakshi.

Sona  :  "Dev! Manik will not leave this matter easily....After Raj mamu and Nyo bua came, he will surely dig out the matter"

Dev  : "Mmmm. Let him dig out....So that the truth will be known to everyone"

Sona  :  "Dev! I want to tell you something"

Dev  :  "What?"

Sona  :  "Manik is in love with Nandini.... Nandini didn't know it still. Only I knew it"

Dev gave a small smile  :  "Ohhh... Is it?.....From when it is happening?  But Manik didn't like Nandini at all right? Where this love come from?"

Sona chuckled  :  "I too had that doubt. I asked the same to him too. Do you know what he told?....He told that he is threatening her and scaring her in the fear of expressing his love for her"

Dev  :  "This is good....Without telling love...how will it proceed? Will he going to just look at Nandini for lifetime?"

Sona  :  "He is scared  that if he proposes her and what if Nandini rejected it..."

Dev chuckled  :  "I am very surprised that now even boys are afraid of proposing....But girls are faster than that. They are telling that I love you and will you marry me straightforwardly without any hesitation"

Saying this he winked at Sonakshi. Sonakshi glared Dev.

Sona  :  "What? Are you teasing me?  Yes...I only proposed you first.....I liked you, so proposed you...What is your problem in that?  I will always get what I liked....The same case is with you"

Dev  :  "We are also like that only...Only if we liked, we will get....I liked you and your love. So I accepted it..."

Sonakshi glared at Dev.

Dev chuckled :  "Okay please...You were angry for a week with me. Now please don't get angry. Come let's go somewhere"

Saying this Sonakshi and Dev went out to some park....

Manik's Room!

Manik is doing some work in his room showing his back to the door.

"Manik!"

Hearing Nandini's voice....Manik turned fastly.

Manik  :  "What?"

Nandini  :  "Thanks"

Manik narrowed his eyes and gave "for what" look.

Nandini  :  "Nani told me....When I had fever, you only looked after me....So only...."

Manik  :  "Yeah....Mom is not there.....Dadi is too unwell.....So only I looked after you. Now you have to take two tablets. Have you taken?"

Nandini  :  "Mmmmm. I ate it"

Some seconds of silence prevailed among the two.

After Manik thinking for a while.....

Manik  :  "Nandini, I want to talk to you"

Nandini surprisingly  :  "Talk to me?"

Manik nodded.

Nandini  : "What? Tell me.....Do you want the balance amount for the broken watch?"

Hearing Nandini, Manik had a small smile on the corner of his lips.

Manik  smilingly  :  "No....This is another matter"

Nandini  : " What will be another matter that you want to talk to me?"

Manik smilingly  :  "A lot is there....We will talk in the evening"

Nandini confusingly looked at Manik.

This look of Nandini too started to make Manik crazy......So he started to look into her eyes deeply.

Nandini also felt his strong gaze on her. So she hesitated a little.

Nandini  :  "Why are you looking at me like that Manik?"

Hearing Nandini, Manik took his eyes from her and looked here and there

Manik  :  "Nothing....Lost somewhere...Okay now you go....Evening I want to talk to you. Don't forget"

One more second if Nandini is there in his room...Manik will lose his control....Thinking this Manik sent her away.

Nandini nodded and went.

After she went, Manik carried on with his works with a small  smile playing on his lips and whistling often...
