The bright sun rays falling on her face disturbed Gauri's deep Slumber. She woke up and realised that she slept in the balcony last night.

She got ready and made breakfast. After feeding the breakfast to the kids she left for Office leaving the kids with Dadi.

It's been a hectic day at work for Gauri that when she returned home later in the evening she was totally exhausted.

"Gauri beta, drink this tea you will feel relaxed. " Dadi offered her tea once she settled down on the sofa.

"Thank you Dadi, where are Ashu and Adhu? " Gauri asked.

"They are sleeping, don't take tension about them. Go take rest I will prepare dinner. "

"It's okay Dadi, I am fine I will prepare dinner after taking shower. Please don't stress yourself Dadi. "

"How can I not take stress Gauri, when my kids are suffering like this. " Dadi cried.

"Dadi, please don't cry. Even we are also sad with all the events happened but we can't do anything Dadi. It's not in our hands. "

"It's almost one year Gauri, since Chandni went into coma and still there is no improvement in her condition. I know you are trying hard not to make kids miss their mom and taking care of the business along with Advay leaving all your dreams behind. But I still feel bad about the fact that you are sacrificing your life and happiness to look after us. " Dadi said.

"Dadi, whatever I am doing, I am doing it for my family. After Mom and Dad left us, I only have your family in this world that I can call my own. Chandni is my sister Dadi, My choti and Advay is like a brother I always wished for. Even though I am Badimaa for Ashu and Adhu, I feel them like my own kids. I am not sacrificing anything Dadi, I am happy with my life." Gauri said hugging Dadi.

"Gauri beta, how may days will you also be like this. Let someone into your life, fall in love and get married. You deserve a happy life Gauri. "

"No Dadi, I can't. I can't let my heart break again. You know Dadi I am still recovering from my breakup and Now my priority is kids, I can't get married leaving them. Atleast not now. I will go and see the kids. " Gauri said moving towards the kids room.

Gauri was feeding Aditi while Ashish is busy watching cartoons On TV in living room. Dadi came to her with a parcel.

"What is that parcel Dadi? " Gauri asked making Aditi have her baby food.

"Don't know Gauri, it came for you this morning and I forgot to give it you. " Dadi said handing her the parcel.

"A parcel for me from India??  No one knows I am living here??" Gauri said opening the parcel.

"Who sent you that dear? " Asked Dadi.

"It's from Anika,Dadi. She is getting married next week in India. So, she sent me an invite to her marriage. " Gauri said looking at the wedding card.

"Anika??  Is she the same Anika, you donated your blood when she met with an accident a few years ago. " Asked Dadi.

"Yes Dadi, the same one. She is like a sister to me and one of my closest friends in my college days. I still remember the day she met with an accident and was in critical need of blood to survive. Fortunately my blood group matched with hers."

"So, how come she knows that you are living here? " Dadi asked.

"Don't know Dadi, may be Richa gave her my address. Only Richa knows that I am living here."

"So you are going to attend her marriage next month? "

"No Dadi, I don't want to go there again. It will break me more opening up the old wounds. " Gauri said placing the wedding invitation in box and closing it.

"But Gauri... " Dadi was interrupted with Gauri's mobile ringing.

"Hello Richa... " Gauri picked up the call walking to her room.

"Hii Gauri, did you received the marriage invitation. " Richa asked.

"Yes, just now Dadi gave me the parcel."

"Anika came to my home on sunday to give me the invitation. She asked me about your address and phone number to invite you. I denied her as you asked me not to disclose your whereabouts to anyone. However she gave me that parcel asking me post it to you myself. So I sent you that parcel. Bechari she begged me to give your phone number. "

"Thank you Richa, for not disclosing my whereabouts. Convey my wishes to Anika, if you meet her. "

"Hey, does that mean you are not attending her marriage. "

"But Gauri, think about Anika. She feels you like her sister and she requested me to ask you attend her marriage. Moreover it's been 3 years since we met in person. Why don't you come here for few days Gauri. " Richa asked.

Advay lifted him in his arms.

"Where is Gauri and Aditi. " Advay asked Ashish.

"Mumma giving bath to Aditi. " Ashish said.

As if on cue Gauri came out of the bathroom carrying Aditi wrapped in towel.

Advay stood up and took Aditi from Gauri. He began to dry and dress her up.

"How did your meeting went Advay. " Gauri asked.

"It went pretty well Gauri. We need to visit their head office to sign the files to finalize the deal. " Advay said making Aditi wear her dress.

"Shall I go and get coffee for you. " Gauri offered.

"No Gauri, I already had. Dadi made for me. I came here to talk with you. " Advay said.

"Yes, tell me what you want to talk with me. "

"Gauri, Dadi said about Anika's marriage in India next week. Why don't you go and attend it Gauri. I know you also wishing the same. But what is stopping you Gauri. "

"Advay, I want to attend her marriage but I can't face Omkara. I can't see him again. "
