Dabi opens his eyes to find himself laying in a hospital room. The ache coming from the back of his head reminded him of Reaper's attack and what must have happened while he was knocked out. Shifting his gaze, he noticed someone standing near the door. The man was wearing a black suit and tie. Thinking back to what Keigo had told him about the Commission, Dabi's eyes narrowed as he recognized the man as an HPSC agent.
"Ah, I see you're finally awake," the man said once he noticed the villain was looking at him. "That's good."
"Where's Keigo?" Dabi asked as he carefully sat up.
"He's outside," the agent replied. "Now I know the president is going to ask you some questions when she gets back, but I'll give you the chance to answer them now." He shifted his tie before looking back at Dabi. "Where is Shigaraki hiding?" Dabi just continued to glare at the agent.
"Not going to answer, huh?" the agent sighed. "Very well." He turned and knocked on the door. An agent on the other side opened it just enough for them to speak.
"Inform the pres-" Before he could give his request, both agents outside quickly moved to restrain someone who was trying to get in.
"Let me go! I have every right to see him!" Dabi immediately recognized the voice as Keigo's.
Are they forcing him to stay outside? The fire villain felt an overwhelming wave of rage fill him as he glared at the agent inside his room, each of Keigo's pleas making him angrier.
"Keigo! What has gotten into you?" Fuyumi's voice broke Dabi from his rage filled trance as he realized that his sister was with him.
"Let me go!" Hawks cried out again. "Touya!" Dabi could hear the tears in his boyfriend's voice.
"Don't let go of him," the agent ordered. "Not until the-"
"No." The agent looked over at Dabi as he spoke up. "Let him in. I'll cooperate with you. Just let him be by my side."
Having no other choice, the agent sighed. "Alright then." He opened the door and nodded to the other agents. The moment they let go, Keigo rushed over to Dabi and buried his face against the villain's chest. Dabi just held him gently as the blonde started sobbing out of fear, anxiety, and relief.
"What is going on in here?" Dabi looked up and recognized the president of the Hero Commission. Standing behind her were Miruko and Endeavor. Dabi just held Hawks closer when he felt him take a peek at the new people to arrive.
"I thought I told you that Hawks was not allowed in here under any circumstance," she yelled at the agent who had been watching Dabi.
"You did, ma'am, but... Well... you see..." the agent stuttered.
"I told him to let Keigo in," Dabi spoke up. The president turned towards him.
"Is this true?" she asked the agent.
"Yes, ma'am," he replied. "He agreed to cooperate if I did."
"I see," she nodded. "Very well then. If it means getting answers, I'll allow it."
Hawks released a huge sigh of relief and cuddled closer to Dabi. Dabi placed his arm around him.
"And Hawks," The pro looked up as the president called for his attention. "It would seem that your claim is true. The villain Dabi is indeed Touya Todoroki."
Hawks didn't say anything, but rested his head against Dabi with a satisfying smirk. Dabi glanced over at Endeavor and caught him rubbing the back of his neck. Fuyumi looked like she wanted to give her brother a hug, but wasn't sure if she was allowed to. Miruko rested her hand on Fuyumi's shoulder to let her know that everything was going to be just fine.
"So," Dabi spoke up. "What do you want to know?"
