"Well you certainly are in a good mood today," Miruko commented as her and Hawks patrolled the street.
"Why wouldn't I be?" Hawks replied in a happy tone. "Last night was amazing~" He sighed happily. Miruko chuckled.
"Is that why you're walking like that?" She teased, pointing out #2's slight limp.
"Yes," he sighed. "As amazing as it was, my ass is incredibly sore."
"Well that's what you get for dating someone who has piercings down there." Hawks' face turned bright red at the rabbit heroine's comment.
"Miruko!" She grinned as the winged pro quickly hid his face behind his wings.
"I'm only teasing, Kei," Miruko laughed. "Relax. I know you like him enough to tolerate it. Besides, if you really were bothered by it, you would have left him by now." Hawks lowered his guard to smile at his friend.
"And I'm glad to know it takes more than one rough night together to drive my little bird away." The blonde jumped as his boyfriend's gruff voice was suddenly in his ear.
"Tou!" He gasped, using their in-public nickname. "Don't do that! I know you need to be discreet, but geez."
"Aww, but I love seeing you get all flustered," Dabi teased him.
"You're harassing me," Hawks grinned. "Both of you."
"What can I say?" Miruko shrugged. "It's been easy since you two started going out."
"I'll give you that," the blonde admitted. "But what are you doing out here, Tou?"
"I need to discuss something with Shig," the villain replied. "But he's doing some training up in the mountains. I came to let you know that I'm going to be away for a few days."
"So that means I'll have the apartment all to myself?" Hawks pouted when Dabi nodded. "Aww! It's going to be so lonely."
"You'll be fine," the emo chuckled, ruffling the pro's hair. "Just promise not to turn evil while I'm gone."
"So long as you don't fake your death again," Hawks winked before pulling him in for an eskimo kiss. "Tell Shiggy I said hi."
"Will do," Dabi answered as he turned away. Hawks smiled as he watched him.
"You two are so gay," Miruko commented, causing the blonde to turn around.
"Whatever," he replied. "Let's just finish up this patrol and head back."
"Aye aye captain," Miruko teased.

"I'll see you tomorrow morning," Hawks waved to Kumojoki as he left the agency. The heroine waved back with a smile.
"Hmm," he glanced up at the sky. 'There's no rush to head home today seeing as Dabi isn't there. I guess I could walk today.' He turned towards the direction of his apartment and enjoyed the evening air as he walked home.
About halfway there, he spotted a figure standing in the alleyway. The figure noticed him and waved him over. Hawks cautiously followed him; his wings at the ready.
"Who are you?" he called out.
"You know who I am," the figure replied, turning around.
"Katsu Bakusora," the pro replied. "I heard you have a grudge against the League."
"You heard right, hero," Katsu replied. "They took everything from me! I want to make them pay."
"I admire your conviction," Hawks answered. "But allow us pros to handle the situation. You'll only get in the w-"
"Handle it?" Katsu interrupted. "By dating one of their top players?" Hawks swallowed, but didn't change his composure. "I know you're working undercover as a double agent, so I'll give you a warning."
"And that would be?"
"Three days," Katsu held up his hand. "I'll give you three days to abandon Dabi before I destroy him." Before Hawks could respond, Katsu had vanished into the shadows.
'Abandon him?' The blonde thought. 'In three days? But, I won't see him again until then.' Hearing his phone buzz, Hawks opened it to see a text from Dabi.
"Almost to Shig's training grounds. Remember that I love you, alright?" Hawks smiled at the text and replied. "Of course. Stay safe up there. Love you too."
The pro sighed. "I can't leave him. I won't."
