Chapter 3: Old Friends Joins the League!

Midoriya's score is 705.3. That's just 0.1 more than Bakugo. Ochako threw her arms in the air. "Finally a hero-like record!" She cheered excitedly.

I laughed and mimicked her actions. The kid did well.

"What's the meaning of this?" Huh? I looked over at Bakugo, some explosions popped in his hands as he shook with rage. When others started to notice it was too late.

Bakugo charged for Midoriya. "Hey! Tell me what's going on Deku, you fucking nerd!" He roared.

Midoriya immediately went pale and fear crossed his face

Before Bakugo could reach him, bandages wrapped around his chest and forehead, stopping him from reaching the poor boy. "What the? These bandages are hard!" Bakugo growled lowly as he tried to escape Aizawa-Sensei's bandage scarf.

"They're weapons for capture made of carbon fiber woven together with metal wire made of a special alloy." Aizawa-Sensei told him.

Well then. That happened.

"Jeez. Don't keep making me use my Quirk over and over. I have dry eye." Oh boy.

He's not happy. It's really such a waste since his Quirk is so amazing.

He released it and the scarf went back to place. "We're wasting time. Whoever's next get ready." He walked off.

Midoriya carefully walked around Bakugo before running away from him. I don't blame him.

Kid's a little cray-cray.

Ochako went to check on Midoriya and the rest of us followed Aizawa-Sensei.

The other tests were super easy, even without using my Quirk. Then again my athletic ability is really the only redeeming quality I have.

"Okay I'll quickly tell you the results. The total is simply the marks you got from each test. It's a waste of time to explain verbally so I'll show you the results all at once." He sure is lazy.

Why is he a teacher? It sounds like such a waste of time. Aizawa-Sensei clicked a button on the phone and it displayed a hologram chart of the results.

I frowned a bit. I mean I wasn't expecting first, and fourth place isn't bad, but it's kind of disappointing. Last place is . . . Midoriya.

Well that blows. Kids interesting.

He has some potential. "By the way I was lying about the expulsion." Aizawa-Sensei said.

I blinked once, twice, three time. Huh?

He smiled creepily. "It was a rational deception to draw out the upper limits of your Quirks."

"WHAT?!" We all shouted in disbelief. Glasses, who I found out is Iida Tenya, shouted so loud his glasses cracked a bit as Midoriya literally went limp like a blob. "Of course that was a lie. It should've been obvious if you just thought it through." Yaoyorozu said, looking at us weirdly.

I turned to her and grabbed my head. "Why would we even think a teacher is lying?!" I shouted in disbelief.

I mean I knew I would be fine but come on!

What the hell kind of sadist school is this?!

~

"U.A. sure is funny." I giggled, sitting down on the bar stool. It definitely was an interesting first day. There are some interesting characters there. "This isn't a game Kanon. You're not there to make friends. You have a job."

I frowned at Tomura. Always a downer. "Yeah, yeah, I know calm down. Jesus." I grumbled, laying my head against the counter.

He rolled his eyes, not amused by my answer. "Anything to report?" He asked. I scoffed, propping an elbow on the table and my head leaning against my hand.

"No. Except U.A.'s got a real sadistic side to it. Our homeroom teacher had us do a Quirk Assessment Test. Basically doing a P.E. test with our Quirks. Scared us saying lowest score gets expelled, only at the end to tell us he was joking."

He is a weird one, that teacher of mine. And it's only the first day too. "Who's your homeroom teacher?" Tomura asked, taking a sip of his alcoholic beverage.

"Eraser Head." I answered, my light tone dropping.

Aizawa Shota has never really interfered with Tomura, Kurogiri, or even Sensei. But he is a skilled Hero. Quick, efficient, and incredibly clever. "Do you think he's a threat?" Kurogiri questioned, setting down an iced tea for me.

"No. I've never encountered him, so my cover won't be blown by him. He's just some Hero. Not even a fraction as strong as All Might." I informed.

They nodded, taking in the information. "And the students?" Kurogiri asked. I waved him off, taking a sip of my tea.

"Just kids. There are some strong Quirks, but they have a long way to go to even be a nuisance to us."

"We figured as much. Here." Tomura slid me a single file. I flipped it open and immediately recognized the person in it.

My face twisted with distaste. "Go get him." I groaned, my head hung in disappointment. "Do I have to?" I asked, not at all pleased with this. "Yes. I'm going to need him for phase one."

I glared down at the paper. "Why do you even want him. You should know better then anyone he doesn't take well to authority." I stated, glaring at the paper, trying to burn the photo with my mind.

Unfortunately I don't have that ability.

Tomura just kept his cold gaze on his drink. "Kurogiri and I are going to be breaking out Ayumi too." To this my eyes grew as wide as saucers.

"Ayumi? Do you know how secure her prison is?" I asked him incredulously. "Of course I know!" He snapped.

I pursed my lips, keeping my mouth shut.

Even I know not to push him when it comes to Ayumi. Those two aren't romantic, but she's known Tomura a lot longer than I have.

She has a fierce loyalty to him.

Last year, during a heist gone wrong, the three of us were cornered. Heroes were coming in on us and quickly. Ayumi saved us, but she ended up getting caught.

Tomura wanted to get her out immediately after, but Sensei wouldn't let him.

Kurogiri is our most valued asset. If he's in anyway compromised we are royally screwed. So Sensei forbade it.

I guess he must have finally gave him the okay. "When are you getting her?" I asked curiously. Personally, I did enjoy her presence.

She's a little bit . . . too subordinately but if you're apart of her crew she's extremely loyal.

She's a good comrade.

This sociopath is not. I scowled at the photo of him again. "I guess I should go find him." I sighed in defeat, standing from my spot.

Great. Just great.

I headed on out, pulling the hood of my hoodie up to hide me as I exited the bar.

If I were a whack job, flirtatious, homicidal, sociopath, where would I be? Probably where he always is.

I shoved my hands in my pocket and headed to the karaoke bar near the industrial area. It's his favorite one.

He can do a lot of damage without many people to witness anything. It's not the best area to be around anyway, crime is natural.

Why does Tomura even want me to grab him anyway? From when he was hanging around for that short time they were at each other's throats constantly. I'm surprised they didn't kill each other.

They sure had the opportunity to.

It's not like we're in desperate need of members. Well, I guess we might be in need. We have a large amount of lowly thugs, but they're really nothing special.

Maybe that's why Sensei is finally allowing Tomura to retrieve Ayumi.

But it's still strange. Why now? And why let Tomura, who is still far too sensitive about the matter.

It's not like he doesn't have moles on the inside. He has people everywhere. With Heroes, with politicians, and even with the police and prisons.

I understand he wouldn't want to use them unless he had to. And although he is fond of Ayumi, he still didn't use them.

But now . . . when we're finally going to make our big debut, he is. Of course the first strike is aiming to kill All Might.

Then the others are to bring down all of the Heroes and our society.

But if the assassination were to fail, our members would surely have declined drastically. I guess we are in desperate need of members.

Members that are actually good.

I immediately knew I was close when factory smoke polluted the air. The sidewalks are still all broken and the grass is unkempt. Some thugs were about, just chilling. I recognize some of them as our recruits.

Some recognized me and gave me discreet nods as I passed by, heading straight for a rundown Karaoke Bar.

As soon as I walked in, the front desk attendant stood. I walked over to him, face void of any emotion. "Where is he?" My question is more of a demand.

He knows who I mean. And he knows that he should never lie to me. I've proven that to him time and time again. "Down the hall, last room. He's with some girls." He admitted.

I nodded and headed down. That damn playboy.

Moving a bit faster, I slammed the door open, not particularly caring about what I'd be disturbing.

I looked at the scene blankly. There he sat, between two girls, one passed out on the couch opposite of him. His tongue down another girls throat.

Only the girl he wasn't making out with jumped in shock by my loud entrance.

He merely glanced over, still making out with the one girl. Once he recognized who I was, he pulled away from the girl, saliva dripping from both of their mouths.

My eyebrows drew together. I mean it's a lot more PG then what I thought he'd be doing. I haven't seen a scene like this since we were last together.

The girl he was making out with collapsed on the couch they were on, eyes slightly open and dazed to the point where it's empty.

I haven't seen him in a while so I haven't seen a makeout session like that in ages.

"Well now. Isn't this a pleasant surprise. It's been a while Kanon. For what do I owe this pleasure?" He walked over to me and took my hand, planting a kiss on it.

I pulled my hand away after, noticing the conscious girl blush and her envious gaze.

She's lucky I got here before he could actually affect her like the other two. "Your presence and assistance is required. We're making our move soon. And we want you." I stated, crossing my arms over my chest.

The Casanova raised an eyebrow, genuinely surprised.

He's actually a very attractive guy.

He's tall, muscular, has beautiful caramel skin, gorgeous violet blue eyes, and light pink, fluffy hair with a couple of hair clip barrettes keeping his bangs out of his eyes. He wore dark red pants, a white button up shirt with the sleeves rolled up to the elbows and the first few top buttons left open, and a dark red tie loosely on his neck. Fingerless black gloves finished his look.

Glancing around the room, I spotted his metal baseball bat with a single star at the top.

"I see. Shigaraki wants me huh? He must be either desperate or this break he has in mind is a lot bigger than I thought." He mulled.

I simply nodded. "So, he sends you to get me. Guy's smart. Well I might be interested in it." He said, a sly smirk on his face.

I sighed. "What do you want Banri?" His smirk widened. "I don't really want anything, I just like it when you say my name like that."

I quickly snatched him by his tie, bringing him close to my face. "I will break your teeth in." I warned.

He merely laughed and leaned closer, our noses touching. "I know you will Sugar Lips."

I groaned pushing him away. This guy doesn't ever change. He just laughed, amused. He always gets his kicks making me go ballistic

"I just want to know a few things. Will there be mischief?" He asked.

"Yep."

"Fights?"

"Of course."

"Murder?"

"Probably." I shrugged.

"I'm in!" He clapped his hand together and went to retrieve his bat.

I chuckled at his enthusiasm. As he went to walk back over, he paused looking at the last girl. "Ah, I almost forgot about you babydoll." He leaned over and captured her lips in his.

There he goes. Well, might as well let him have a snack.

As soon as he pulled away she also collapsed. He licked his lips a bit and walked over. "Your lips are sweeter." I rolled my eyes at his claim and we headed out together.

It's not that I have any problems with Banri. Sure he makes out with everyone, he's flirtatious, and he's a complete and total psychopath, but he's also kind of  my friend.

Besides, I'm not one to judge. I'm not exactly right in the head either. Birds of a feather flock together after all.

Our kind really does have to look out for one another.

It really isn't hard to get ahold of him. At least for me. We use to run together for a while. Of course we didn't stay long considering Tomura.

Banri doesn't follow orders. He does what he wants, where he wants, and when he want to. He's a free spirit.

A free spirit that does a lot of bad things, but free nonetheless.

It gets annoying though. Whenever he's in one of his moods, friend or foe face against his sick and twisted mind.

One too many times I was at the bad end of either his bat or mouth.

The bat I can handle, but his Quirk does some damage considering I can't counter it. And it's hard to like the kid when, in a flip of a switch, he will literally destroy your mind.

I really didn't want to get him because of it, but on his better days he really isn't so bad. Just annoying.

"Really though. Shigaraki wants me back. I still can't believe that." Banri admitted.

So he was thinking about it too. "Yeah, it is. It's also hard to believe he's breaking out Ayumi." Banri got noticeably excited. "Ayumi? Man she's awesome. Tastes like cherry pie." He licked his lips.

We passed a couple of women whose eyes went wide at his proclamation.

And you know what he did? He winked at them.

"You really like teasing people don't you?" I asked, eyebrow raised.

He just laughed, enjoying their shocked expressions. "Besides, you try and kiss her again she'll really kill you this time." I stated.

He winced slightly, rubbing his shoulder where his scar rested. "Yeah, I know."

Because of his Quirk, he often kisses everyone he meets. Gender means nothing.

I don't really think it's gross. I mean seeing him make out with people like those girls is a little off putting sometimes but it's not that big of a deal for him. It's not that big of a deal.

Unfortunately for him, Ayumi doesn't share that opinion with me. At least when it concerns her.

She doesn't mind it with other people. But Banri managed to sneak a smooch from her. Then she blinded him temporarily and stabbed him.

Well, this is one person down. One to go.

~

"I'm bored~." I complained, laying across the bar top.

Banri scoffed, playing with his bat by steadying it on his palm. "No? You don't say? I couldn't tell by the last fifty times you said it." He said loudly.

I merely huffed, turning on my stomach and looking up, cheek puffed out in a pout. "I can't help it! I'm bored! Entertain me." I demanded childishly.

He raised an eyebrow at that. "Want me to strip?" He asked. Not as a snarky remark but a genuine question.

"Good luck with that. Last time I stripped, in a non sexual way may I add, I got banned to the labs to help with stupid science work. I mean c'mon! It's unreasonable to expect me to wear a shirt all day." I sighed, a bit saddened by the memory.

"Is that so?" Banri asked, amusement clear in his voice.

"Yes it is! Like c'mon. I've been exercising and moving about all day, when I come home to relax, I can't because clothes keep on riding up, bunching, or just clinging to something. I need breathing room! I just want to relax! But nooo!" I huffed, going back to laying on my back.

It's really unfair.

"I kind of want ice cream. You think Kurogiri has ice cream in the deep freeze? Can Kurogiri eat ice cream? What kind of ice cream would he like? He doesn't really strike me as a sweets person. Coffee definitely seems like his flavor." I spoke thoughtfully.

Banri's deep yet light laugh sounded in the empty bar. "It's good to see you haven't changed a bit." He laughed out.

I frowned a bit. "I'm being serious here. I could go for some ice cream. But maybe not his flavor." I repeated, but it just made him laugh harder.

I mean I know I open my mouth before I think a lot, but it can't be that amusing.

Then again Banri's friends aren't as awesome as me so it's understandable. "Hey! My friends are cool!" He defended himself.

I blinked. Did I say that out loud? Of course I did. Whoops.

"I doubt that. I mean c'mon, it's hard to be as fun as me."

I placed my hands above my head on the counter and flipped over and landed on my feet with ease. "I mean I even managed to get into U.A." I said proudly.

At this news, Banri's eyes went wide and he dropped his bat. "You got into U.A.?!" He shrieked, his voice going a couple pitches higher.

"Ah, we made it on time I see." Tomura's voice sounded.

We turned to the door to see Kurogiri in portal form go back to normal. Tomura and Ayumi in front of him.

A big grin made its way onto my face. "Ayumi!" I cheered, jumping off the counter and throwing myself into her arms, my arms wrapping around her neck in the process.

Ever so lightly, I felt her chest move in a quiet chuckle.

We pulled apart and she smiled lightly down at me. "It's good to see you too Kanon." I just beamed at her.

Ayumi is a tall and slender woman with long dark red hair let down and in pigtails. She wore a crop top, shoulderless, black shirt with long sleeves. She wore black pants, one side the leg reaches down to her ankle the other her mid thigh.

On her short side she wore a gray thigh high with some holes in it and black boots. She gripped her black mask and brought it up to cover her neck and bottom half of her face.

This is the Ayumi I remember. The Ayumi that took the fall to let us escape.

She really didn't have a chance. Because no matter how strong she is, she can't go up against both Endeavor and Best Jeanist.

"How was prison? Was it lonely? Did you make any friends? Do they serve Jell-O? Is it good Jell-O?" I asked.

Banri smacked his hand to his head and laughed, amused by my behavior.

It's a valid question.

I couldn't tell because of her mask, but I think she's smiling.

She patted my head a bit. "There was some nice Jell-O." She informed me. I grinned.

That's awesome. So if I ever get caught, I can look forward to Jell-O!

But in order for me to get caught, they'll have to catch me. And once they do they'll need to defeat me. I don't foresee that happening.

I mean All Might has a perfect track record, but he's the kind of Hero I like to be against. Even Endeavor. Because they both pack strong hits and cause immense pain.

That activates my Quirk to the best of it's abilities.

Then again, I don't think I could ever defeat Endeavor let alone All Might.

"Now that we're all here, I'll tell you the plan. The point of all of this." Tomura spoke.

As Tomura explained everything, Banri and Ayumi kept quiet, listening to his words carefully. After explaining everything, Banri whistled.

"That sure is some work. Alright. I'm in." He shrugged, but I could see the sadistic look in his eyes as he smirked.

Ayumi turned to Tomura and bowed her head slightly. "I will always follow you, Shigaraki Tomura." She told him.

Of course we did know her answer. It was simple.

Banri's was more of a surprise, but he'll do it if I'm there.

Banri chuckled, shaking his head. "But U.A. huh? That's pretty impressive. Sending you was the right call. Hey, do they know of your sadistic side?" He asked.

I scowled at him. "It's funny hearing you ask something like that." I snapped. He wasn't bothered though. Not in the least.

"Fair enough. But I can't wait until they do. I hope I'll be there to see those Hero wannabe losers faces." He said, looking up, eyes filled with hopeful euphoria.

He always has to be weird, doesn't he?

I smirked at him a bit. "You do realize this means I can't be seen with you out in public." He immediately frowned at that. "Huh? So I have to just interact with them?" He gestured to the other three.

Tomura and Ayumi did not look amused. My smirk deepeded. "Yep. I can only associate with you here."

His frown just deepened. That made me laugh. Well it is kind of nice to have him here.

When he's in a . . . calmer mood he's really not that bad. And he's only a year older then me. Beside, I don't have to hold in my madness around him.

Because he is as insane as I am.

"Well, I gotta head back home. Some of us have school tomorrow and actually have to arrive on time. Later!" I waved and headed out, and to my apartment.

I'm excited that Ayumi and Banri are back. Although sometimes I won't be enjoying Banri's presence and resent he's here.

Such a bother it'll be.

Oh well. I should concentrate on my mission. U.A. An image of my classmates popped into my mind.

They're still little pups. They don't seem to quite understand the world we live in. When we strike, they'll be exposed to the harsh reality. I wonder how they'll react?

What will they do once the rose colored glasses come off?

I do not own these characters or their images. They belong to Charliia of Deviantart and her team. I just used their images but in no way own them and this is not their original story at all. I recommend checking out her page.

Enjoy ^_^
