A few months had passed. Kartik's work in business was going well while naira's academy was also successfully coming along. She had participated in a dance competition and had won it with kartik as her dance partner. They both were happy in there married life. Occasionally small fights did break out between them but they resolved it very quickly. They could not stay away from each other for much long.

Kartik had decided to take naira for a dinner date. Naira got ready wearing a red saree. Kartik would be picking her up in some time. She came downstairs. Swarna and Surekha were in the living room.

Surekha :- arey naira. Kahin jaa rahi ho kya?

Naira :- haa chachi vo kartik ke saath bahar dinner pe.

Surekha :- oho. Kya baat hai.

Naira blushed.

Surekha :- vaise maan na padega. Kartik hai bahut romantic.

Swarna :- aur nahi toh kya. Inhe dekh kar toh aisa lagta ki jaise bilkul newly married couple ho.

Naira smiled.

Surekha :- vaise naira abhi toh tumhari 1 year anniversary hone wali hai thode dino mein. Kuch socha hai.

Naira :- nahi chachi. Abhi tak toh kuch nahi.

Suddenly they heard a horn.

Swarna :- lagta hai kartik aa gaya. Naira tum jao. Aur raat ko aaram se aana. Koi jald bazi nahi hai.

Naira :- thanks maa.

Naira went outside and sat in the car.

Kartik :- haaye. Aaj toh mein gaya kaam se.

Naira blushed. Kartik leaned forward and kissed her forehead and both of her cheeks. Naira smiled.

Kartik :- mann toh kar raha hoon ki tumhe abhi apni baahon mein le loo.

Naira :- apne armaano ko thoda kaabu mein kijiye janaab. Abhi poori raat baaki hai.

Kartik :- aye haye.

Kartik leaned forward and gave her a peck on her lips. Kartik drove to the restaurant where he had booked the reservation.

Meanwhile in the Goenka house swarna and Surekha were miffed with there husbands. After sometime Manish and Akhilesh came back laughing and joking. They sat down on the sofa.

Akhilesh :- Surekha ek chai banwa do mere aur bhai saab ke liye.

He received no response.

Akhilesh :- Surekha.

He turned to see Surekha and swarna glaring daggers at them.

Akhilesh :- bhai sahab.

Manish :- haa.

Akhilesh :- udhar dekhiye.

Manish looked at his wife he too was shocked.

Manish whispered :- kya kiya tumne?

Akhilesh :- maine kuch nahi kiya. Apne kuch kaha kya bhabhi ko?

Manish :- pagal ho kya.

Akhilesh :- arey Surekha kya hua? Aise kya dekh rahi ho?

Manish :- haa swarna. Kya hua?

Swarna :- kya hua? Kyaa huaa ? Aap ye poochiye ki itne time se kya nahi hua.

Surekha :- aur nahi toh kya?

Akhilesh :- arey hum dono kiya kya hai?

Surekha :- ye poochiye ki kya nahi kiya?

Swarna :- poora din ya toh meri file kahan hai ya mein late aaonga ya mein colleagues ke saath hoon. Bas aur koi baat aati hai aapko.

Surekha :- aur Akhil aap. Kabhi aapko protein shake chahiye ya kabhi head massage ya phir kabhi chai.

Manish and Akhilesh looked at each other and then back at them.

Manish :- yaar par baat kya hui?

Swarna :- abhi bhi pata nahi chala.

Surekha :- chodiye na bhabhi. Ab aur umeed bhi kya karein. Apne colleagues ke saath ghumne jaa sakte hai bahar par hamare saath nahi.

Manish and Akhilesh realised what was the problem.

Manish :- toh ye baat hai. Yaar isme konsa badi baat hai tum bata deti kahan jaana hai. Hum chalte.

Akhilesh :- haa Surekha batao kahan jaana hai.

Swarna :- toh ab ye bhi hum batae. Khud apna dimaag bhi nahi laga sakte. Kabhi koi surprise de diya ya kuch aur.

Surekha :- sikhiye kuch aap dono kartik se. Hamesha naira ko kahin na kahin dinner pe ya movies pe leke jaata rehta hai aur ek taraf aap.

Swarna :- chalo Surekha. Inso toh baat karna hi bekaar hai.

They both went while the men just sighed on sofa.

Akhilesh :- bhai sahab ye kartik naira ka Romance hamare liye musibat kar raha hai.

Manish :- arey lekin ab inko kaise manae?

Akhilesh :- kuch sochte hai.

Meanwhile kartik and naira were in a restaurant. There date going perfectly. After they had dinner they decided to just go to a park. Kartik parked near the car. They were sitting on a bench. The park was empty. Kartik's was lying on the bech with his head on naira's lap.

Kartik :- kya tum manoge ki hamari shaadi ko bahut jald hi ek saal ho jaega.

Naira :- iss ek saal mein mughe sab kuch mil gaya kartik. Sirf tumhari vajah se.

Kartik smiled and naira leaned down and kissed his forehead.

Kartik :- I love you naira.

Naira :- I love you too kartik.

Kartik sat up on the bench and pulled naira to himself. They intertwined there fingers together looking at there engagement ring. Kartik brought naira's hand to his mouth and kissed it. Naira smiled. Kartik was a die hard romantic. He kissed her every chance he got.

Naira :- ab chale.

Kartik :- man to nahi hai.

Naira :- bahut der ho gayi hai kartik. Ab hummein chalna chahiye.

Kartik :- acha ok.

Kartik kissed her cheek and they both got up. They were going to the car when suddenly they saw another couple. They couldn't see the faces of the couple but somehow they looked familiar. Suddenly the man went on one knee. They instantly recognised what was happening. They were about to leave when they heard the man's voice.

Voice :- will you marry me kirti ?

Both of them were shocked when they heard the voice and the name spoken by the man. They instantly came closer and were shocked to see kirti and naksh. They didn't know that naksh and kirti were dating. It was then they heard Kirti's reply.

Kirti :- haa naksh. I love you and I will marry you.

Naksh stood up and hugged kirti.

Kartik and naira looked at each other. They decided not to disturb the couple and quietly went home. They were in there room and they hadn't said any word to each other. Kartik was sitting on the bed and naira came near him. Naira decided to break the silence.

Naira :- kartik. Kya hua?

Kartik :- kuch nahi. Bas shocked hoon. Dono ne bhanak tak nahi lagne di iss baat ki.

Naira :- haa. Ye toh hai. Koi idea nahi tha ki bhai aur keerti di ek dusre ko date kar rahe hai.

Kartik :- vaise dekha jaaye toh acha hi hai. Dono ek dusre ke liye perfect hai.

Naira :- haa. Dono bahut khush rahenge ek saath.

Kartik :- jaise hum hai.

Naira smiled. Kartik pulled naira in his lap. Naira hugged him and kartik pulled her even more close. Kartik kissed her forehead. Naira loved these moments. These were her favourite. Her and kartik just sitting together enjoying the closeness. There was nothing sensual about these movements. It was just two persons who loved each other the most in the world enjoying there closeness and there bond.

Next day all were sitting at the dinning table at breakfast. Kartik and naira looked at kirti who looked a little nervous. Suddenly naira received a message from naksh.

Naira :- dadi.

Suhasini :- haa naira.

Naira :- dadi vo bhai ka message aaya hai. Keh rahe hai ki poore paarivaar ko dophar par khaane ke liye bulaya hai.

Everyone was a bit surprised.

Manish :- kya baat hai. Aise achanak se. Kuch baat hui kya?

Naira :- pata nahi papa. Aisa toh kuch nahi kaha. Bas itna kahan ki sabko aana hai.

Akhilesh :- ha ha kyun nahi. Sab chalenge na.

Surekha :- haa vaise bhi kaafi din ho gaye sabse mile.

Suhasini :- haa haa. Hum sab jaroor jaenge.

Akhilesh :- thik hai maa. Jab aap log nilkenge toh bata dena. Main, bhai sahab aur kartik direct office se vahin aa jaenge.

Everyone nodded. Kartik and naira had already realised why this lunch was happening.

It was afternoon time the Goenka's were at Singhaniya's. All were talking to each other when naksh called out to everyone. Keerti was standing beside him.

Naksh :- Everyone please. Actually mein aur keerti aap sab se kuch kehna chahte hai.

Akshara :- haa beta. Bolo na.

Naksh and keerti looked at each other and then naksh spoke.

Naksh :- actually vo...vo.. mein aur keerti shaadi karna chahte hain.

Everyone was shocked.

All :- kya?

Naksh :- vo mein aur keerti ek dusre se pyaar karte hai aur shaadi karne chahte hai.

All of them were quite. Nobody knew what to say. After sometime akshara spoke.

Akshara :- beta. Kya tum khush ho?

Keerti :- ji aunty.

Swarna :- kya tum sach mein taiyyar ho ek dusre se shaadi karne ke liye.

Keerti :- ji maa.

Suddenly dadi smiled.

Suhasini :- ye toh bahut khushi ki baat hai beta.

Devyani :- aur kya. Keerti se achi ladki hummein mil nahi sakti.

As if those lines just changed the environment Kaveri dadi came near them. She hugged both of them.

Kaveri :- hamesha khush raho tum dono.

Keerti and naksh touched her feet. Manish and Naitik got up and hugged each other.

Naitik :- badhai ho samdhi ji.

Manish :- aapko bhi ek bar phir se hone wale samdhi ji.

The families hugged each other.

Gayu brought sweets for everyone. After having lunch Goenka's went back.

Dadi :- manish. Hum kal ek pooja rakhvanege kal. Naksh aur keerti ke liye. Akhil kal Panditji ko ghar pe bulvao. Shaadi ko tareek ke liye aur-

Manish :- maa. Maa. Shant ho jaaiye. Sab kuch karenge. Aur vo bhi ache se. Aap fikar mat lijiye.

Dadi calmed down a bit. Meanwhile naira was teasing keerti.

Naira :- vaise di mera matlab meri hone wali bhabhi. Aap toh bade chupe rustam nikle. Kisi ko khabar bhi nahi hone di.

Keerti blushed.

Keerti :- kya naira tum bhi.

Naira :- vaise aapko mere bhai mein sabse jyada kya pasand aaya.

Mansi :- arey bhabhi. Kyun aap di ko tang kar rahi hai. Dekh na chehra kaise laal ho gaya hai.

Keerti embarrassed went to her room while downstairs everyone laughed.
