"Sister in-law what are you going to give my brother on his birthday" asked prateek. I remember when Arpita was still alive, during Yash's birthday she gave him a surprise saying she was pregnant and Yash was very happy said Vidhi. With the statement Vidhi made ,Aarti was lost in her own world thinking of how Yash will react to the pregnancy and before you know it she started feeling nauseous and ran out of the kitchen to her room . In Aarya room : Yash was in the room when Aarti ran past him to the toilet and started puking he went close to her and asked her what's wrong but Aarti couldn't answer him and started having a dizzy spell . But Yash caught her in time before she fell down. When the others got there and saw Aarti in Yash's arm they asked what happened to Aarti and Yash said he doesn't know. Yash said somebody call the doctor and prateek said"am on it" pradhi said but earlier today I saw sister in-law talking to Dr  khurian, Gayatri ma said but she is a gynecologist and everyone were shocked including Yash. So prateek called her and she said she would be in her way.
Dr khurian's entry: How could all of you be so careless especially you Yash I told her she should not be doing stressful things in this her condition. Yash asked what condition and she said Aarti is pregnant . Everyone was shocked.
