MALLORY LAYED ON HER BED, not wanting to get ready for the party.

Mallory LOVED party's. But she also hated them.

She sighed finally putting her phone down and siting up from her bed. She walked into the hallway and to the bathroom. She brushed the knots out of her hair and grabbed her mascara and put it on.

"MAE HURRY UP!" Steven said banging on the door, she rolled her eyes and walked over to the door

"What do you need?" She asked very clearly annoyed

"Hurry up we're gonna be late." He told her as she walk right passed him and into her room picking out an outfit

"Steven honey it's a party, nobody shows up on time." She said as she walked into her closet, she grabbed a hot pink lulu tennis skirt, a crops tank top and AF1's.

Steven rolled his eyes and walked away as she closed her door to get dressed.

After about five minutes she ran down the stares to see Jeremiah and Steven who were sitting at the counter waiting for the girl.

"Ready?" She asked as both of the boys looked at her in shock

"Woah. You look.." Steven said trying to find the right word

"Hot." Jeremiah said finishing his sentence

"You two are both so gross," She said with an eye roll as she walked thirds the back door "bye mom love you!"

She walked out the door as the two boys behind her Followed. "Conrad you coming?" She asked him, he was siting by the pool while belly was swimming.

With out a word he got up and walked with them to the front yard. They ended up taking Jeremiahs car.

She was always confused about why belly never came to party's with them, they never let belly go but they always let her. It was weird because they were only  2 weeks apart. She had begged the boys to let her go to numerous things with them when they were younger but it was always belly that was left out.

It was only about a two minute drive there, so when they got there they all split up all the boys going to girls and Mallory had found the drinks and downed one as fast as possible.

An hour later she was making out with a random guy by the fire.

She pulled away from him and said "your kinda ugly.. I have to go."

"MAE!" Jeremiah called after her she turned around quickly

"Mh?" He was standing with a group of girls she had never talked to, one looked familiar but she didn't know from where. He signaled for her to come to him so she did.

"Are you okay?" He asked the girl who was very clearly drunk.

"Amazing!" She replied as she looked at the girls who most of them were giving her dirty looks

As she walked away she bummed into somebody when she looked to see who it was she gasped "belly!" She said wrapping her arms around her her to give her a hug

"Hey Mae." She said with a laugh

"Belly. What are you doing here?" Steven asked sternly, Mallory Hadn't even seen him standing there whole time.

"Leave her alone Steve, she's a teenager just trying to have some fun." Mae told him annoyed but he ignored the girl and grabbed his sisters arm pulling her away from the party.

Everything after that was a blur.

She had more drinks, she made out with another guy, and the last thing she reambered was Jeremiah ruinnging with her to his car. She fell asleep in the front seat and Conrad had woken her up.

"Leave me alone Connie." She shifting in her seat uncomfortably,

"Mallory." He said urgently she opened her eyes to see a cop at his window,

"Fuckkkk." She said underneath her breath

"Officers thank you, it won't happen again i can promise you that it won't happen again." Laurel said to the cops they had walked all the kids inside

"Tell me. Fisher, Chief wants to set up a tee time when he's back in town. And give out condolences to Lillian." The cop told the mother, she nodded and waited for the officers to close the door to turn around to talk to the teens.

"How could you kids be so irresponsible." She said scolding them

"Mom it wasn't a big deal, I mean seriously the cops were just looking to break up the bomb fire." Steven said walking closer to her

"Not a big deal?" She asked with a laugh "I'd say getting dropped of by the cops for underage drinking is a pretty big deal Steven.."

Steven stood quiet for a moment then started to sniff the air which made Jeremiah and Mallory look at each-other confused.

"We're- were you guys smoking tonight?" Steven asked with a slight laugh already knowing the answer,

Conrad and Mallory gave each-other a look before Laurel shouted,

"Keep your voice down Susannah and lili are asleep on the couch!"

Jeremiah walked to where Steven was standing in the middle of the hallway. "Just so you know Laurel, I didn't drink tonight, I was the DD I swear."

"You two are the oldest," she said to Conrad and Greyson who were siting on the bench next to each-other "What the hell has gotten into you two."

The angry mother scolded everyone in the room until she ended it with "I hope you all realize that this night could have ended a lot differently if your family wasn't your family," she let out a sigh then pointed at the two evens kids "especially you two."

"I'm sorry Laurel." Mallory said holding back tears

"It's okay honey just go to bed, all of you." She told them and they all walked up the stairs quietly

Mallory got to the third step untill she stated that she needed help, Jeremiah let out a quiet laugh before he walked down the stairs to help her.

He walked her to her room and put her to bed he pulled the blanket over her body as she looked at him with loving eyes.

"Jere you know your my best friend right?" She asked him randomly

"Of course your my best friend too Mae." He told her with a smile

"Do you think I should be a deb?" She asked genuinely she really was lost if she wanted to or not

"I think you should do whatever you think is best." He told her with a smile which made her roll her eyes

"If I went would you be my date?" She asked with small hope that he'd say yes.

"How about we talk about this tomorrow when your not drunk okay?" He asked her in a hushed voice

She nodded her head and closed her eyes. He kissed her forehead before turning her side light off and walking out the room.
