TWO WEEKS LATER AND IT WAS NOW BELLYS BIRTHDAY.

Mallory stayed asleep still she heard Taylor downstairs. She groaned loudly into her pillow knowing this was going to be a pain.  All she ever did was flirt with all the boys.

There was a knock on her bedroom door before it swung open, she fully expected it to be belly and Taylor but instead she was faced with Jeremiah.

"Oh.. hey." She said smiling at him

He layed on the empty side of her bed looking at her. "Taylor's here." He told her quietly

"I heard." She laughed

"She called me Jeremy."

Mallory rolled her eyes "she's flirting with you."

"You're  just jealous." He told her jokingly

"Yeah you wish." She was. But she would never tell him that.

He poked her in the stomach making her laugh he kept ticking her, Mae tried to get away from him but it only made him pull her closer. She was laying on his side when he stoped tickling her and just looked at her for a second.

She knew that look, shed been waiting for that look for her whole life. She'd seen this look from plenty of guys before but she'd been waiting for the day that Jeremiah gave her this look. The look that said I want to kiss you right here right now.

He looked at her lips and she knew it was gonna happen, part of her didn't want it, but more of her did.

She leaned in to kiss him and everything was just as she had been Imagining her whole life. It was perfect.

His lips on hers as he tried to deepen the kiss the fully logical side of her Brain started working again and she knew she shouldn't be doing this.

"Jere we can't." She said looking at him with a face of sorrow she wanted to, so so bad. But she also knew that she couldn't risk their friendship because of my one kiss

"Don't act like you haven't been thinking about that moment since you were at least ten. I know you wanted that kiss to happen just as much as I did."

"I don't regret it you my best friend jere I don't wanna ruin that."

"A kiss won't ruin our friendships. What will is you acting like you didn't want that and you haven't wanted that since forever."

She smiled at him knowing that he was right and that this was the only thing she's wanted since forever so she needed to take her chance.

"Okay shut up." She said and she leaned into him kissing him again.

Mallory handed belly her birthday present, it wasn't as meaningful as what Susannah got her but she knew she would still like it.

She took the the tissue paper out the bag and grabbed the box out of the bag. She looked Mae confused "open it." Mallory laughed out

In the box was every single photo they'd ever took printed out. She'd also got her another charm for the bracelet that Jeremiah bought her, a key for good luck, and Mallory had bought her a heart.

"Thank you Mae, I love you." Belly told her as she went in to hug her

"Love you too bells," She said hugging her tightly as she saw Jeremiah coming inside though the sliding glass door "Jeremiah kissed me in my room." She whispered to her

Belly pulled away from their hug fastly and looked at her with a big grin. She couldn't be more happy for her.

Taylor came in right after Jeremiah and ran up to Mallory and gave her a hug, "come on let's go get in the pool!" Taylor whined like a child

Six of them in the pool, Mallory and Jeremiah were kept splashing water at each-other like children, nothing had changed they had just acted like it never happened. Greyson and Steven were talking on one side of the pool and Taylor and belly talking on the other.

Taylor and Steven started bickering and then she said "let's play chicken."

"I'm down." Greyson said as he swam to the middle

"Dibs on Jeremy." Taylor said making a pit in Mallory's stomach form Greyson and Mallory looked at each other they knew what each other were thinking.

"Oh cmon that means I'm stuck with Steven." Belly said with an eye roll

"Yeah that's not fair cmon Taylor's like so much lighter."

"Oh I'm sorry I'm so massive. I wouldn't wanna break your delicate little shoulders!"

"No your just taller that's all!" Belly splashed him with water before Taylor finally said

"Let's just switch."

Taylor went to Steven, belly went to Greyson, and Mallory went to Jeremiah.

All three boys talked shit to each other and maybe bets who would win. Jeremiah went under the water first and grabbed the girls legs to put her on his shoulders.

Taylor and Steven went down first, then belly and grey. Jeremiah and Mae won't but none of them were surprised.

Mae jumped off his shoulder gave him a high five, he looked at her for a long moment and she turned around because she knew what he would try to do.

the moms and Conrad were at whale of a tale belly and Taylor were on the beach, Greyson and Steven were in town somewhere. That left Jeremiah and Mallory home alone.

Mallory sat on the couch eating ice cream watching dance moms. She laughed at Abby saying yelling at jill when Jeremiah sat down next to her and laid his head on her shoulder.

"What's up jere?" She asked eating her ice cream

"Nothing just bored." He Said with a shrug they sat in silence as they watched dance moms every few minutes they would make comments about something in the show.

When the episode was over she looked at him and kissed him. They kissed for long minute before he pulled away and said "for as long as I've known you I've always been told that we would get married someday and I hated that idea until about two years ago when I realized that you are all I've ever actually wanted."

She cupped his check in one hand and her other hand played with his curls, "you're so perfect Jere." He kissed her softly once and then twice and then a third time before he pulled away and laid down on the couch next to her.

She laid back and he pulled her closer her back to his chest and the next episode of dance moms came on and she had fallen asleep as did Jeremiah.

Thirty minutes later when the moms and Conrad had came back home and seen them, Susannah "had to get a picture to capture the moment!"

Lillian laughed at her. Susannah and Lillian were in the kitchen cooking dinner for belly's birthday and laurel was outside talking to Conrad.

"I think they've finally both realized they love each other." Susannah said about the two on the couch

"You think?" Lili asked as she filled a pot of water

"I know. I wish I could be here for the wedding."

"When are you gonna tell them?"

"When summers over. I don't want them to worry about me right now."
