Chapter 4

The Shanuk Pack

Flash Back….

Many Centurys ago when the war between good and evil was fought. Those that were spared and those brought back to life where left to become the protectors of the land. They lived in unison making the best of a bad situation.

But luckily life was good. They lived off the land and were all happy. Untill the day that 2 brothers fell in love with the daughter of the Alpha. She could not choose between the two. For neither were her mate. So the strong pull was not there.

But they both wanted to become future Alpha’s. One day on a trip to the city. Naki was helping her mother with the shooping when her wolf screamed out mate. She drooped the packages from her arms and sought out that intoxicating smell reaching her nose.

It was a smell so manly that she could not stay away. She followed it out the little store and into the woods. There she got surrounded by a pack of men. They were all werewolfs just like her. In all her 19 years she had met other packs but she felt scared surrounded by these men. For she could hear all the lude things they thought to do to her.

She was about to run when the men parted and walking to her was the most handsome man she had ever seen. Her heart started to beat double time. In anticipation and in fear. He aproched her and did not say a word. He stopped when he was so close to her she could feel his heart beat.

Before she could process what was happening he sank his teeth in to her. Then she felt a warmth spread through her body starting at the site of penetration. It ran through every cell in her body letting off sparks and igniting a feeling so foreign but she liked it. Her wolf howld in pleasure and took over as she leaned in and bit him to.

The sensations taking over her body were so overwhelming she felt herself losing consiousness.

When she awoke, she was in a small hut not unlike her own. But she smelled different werewolfs around. What happened. She tried to remember. Then it hit her. She had found her mate, her true mate. She blushed remembering the sensations she had felt.

But why was she alone?

Just then the curtain was brushed aside and in walked, her mate. For she could smell him and feel him. She looked in wounder at the glorious beast in front of her.

“I am your mate and now you are mine.” He states with authority.

“Yes I am yours” I reply looking down.

“Do not look down young one for You are my equal and we will rule my people as equalls.” I look up not beliving his words. For father does not take mothers suggestions. But my mate said he would take mine.

“I must inform my family that I am Ok” I tell him.

“My men have been sent to inform your pack. They are already on their way here. But before they do we must mate so I can fully claim you. He tells me. My body shivers in uncertainty. I have seen the mating process once.

When my friend turned 18 and shifted for the first time. One of the pack members realized she was his mate and he pounced on her and bit her and then he, he. Oh I don’t even want to remember for it was to upsetting.

But now it Is my turn to have it happen so I get up and ask “is it here you wish for me to shift?” I ask him.

He looks at me. “No my dear mate, I will not take you in wolf form. It is a savage mating but one that is also glourios in its self. But you must have already mated to me in human form. That is the only way you will enjoy it. I will take you in human form. Until you are no longer ashamed to be seen by my eyes and untill you can welcome and crave my touch.” He tells me.

I feel my insides melting. For I’ve never heard a man speak of such things.

He aproches me and puts his lips on mine. I feel a tingle on my lips and then feel his hnds move down my sides until he reaches the hem of my dress..

I feel my body stiffen but he whispers sweet words in my ear. About how much he will love me and our children and I don’t realize when he removed his loin cloth for now we are standing completely undressd in front of each other.

“You are my mate and I will always respect you.” he tells me.

“You are my mate and I will always obey you” I tell him.

He then layed me down on the mat I had been on before and he lays on me. He bites my mark again sending that delishes sensation through me again as he enters my private area. I scream out in pain but he continues to sooth me with his promisess. Then pain changes to a sensations I have never felt before. I feel like I’m floating and I don’t think I’ve ever been this happy.

“Oh Naki” he whispers in my ear.

“I do not know your name” I tell him.

“Yes you do for I am yours and you are mine. Remember” he tells me and I close my eyes and remember our life as white wolfs. For he was my mate my Shanuk.

“Oh Shanuk how I missed you so” I cry on his shoulder.

“You remember me my Naki, I have been searching for ever for you.” He tells me.

My family along with the Pack arrived when the sun was setting. I was so happy.

My family too was happy for me and father left 4 couples of our tribe with me.

End of Flash back..

Nadia’s POV

I wipe the tears from my eyes. “That is the most romantic thing ever. OMG Stan why aren’t you as romantic?” I ask my mate Stan.

He smirks “What I’m romantic” he tells me

I roll my eyes “Yeah romantic when I shifted and all you guys were there you said ’Naw holy shit Nadia’s my mate’ like you weren’t happy about it” I tell him.

“Oh honey we grew up together I thought about you as a sister. So when you shifted and my little friend down there realized you were a girl it freaked me out” I punched him and the guys laughed.

“Are you guys finished Divinity here needs to finish explaining everything” James said.

(Well are you guys as confused as I am. Hi I’m Nadia daughter of the Alpha and according to this white wolf here decendent of Naki and Shanuk. Now he said we have to go help fight some evil basterd called The Dark One. He wants to take over the world and I say Hell No to that.

He said I was a chosen one to help aand so was my mate Stan whom I grew up with. Then when I shifted 2 years ago he became my mate. Our 3 friends are also tagging along Tony, James and Nico. Why? Divinity has not said but hey we are all friends.

So where ever we go they go so it all works out. Now we have to travel to a neighboring pack and he said there are 5 freaking white wolfs there. How cool is that. I feel so bad ass now. Well anyway your caught up cause that’s all I know.”)

Divinity’s POV

‘In 2 days time the dark one will emerge from middle earth. He will kill rape and pilage the people the land everything untill all bows to him.’ I tell them.

“ You have been chosen to fight alongside our protectors for you should have been protectors also.” I pace back and forth.

‘Power will be given to you so you will be equal with the minions. Samuel will dispers that power when you arrive there.’ I tell them.

“Are there any hot chicks there?” The boy named Tony asked.

‘My son Hot chicks,’ Such a strange language why would the offspring of a chicken be hot.

“ Sorry I mean are there um any young elegebal maidens’ He asked and they all laughed.

‘All the chosen are mated already but The pack has some eligebal maidens provided you are the destined mate to one of them.’ I answer.

“Cool because non of the women here are our mates” Said the boy named Nico.

‘I have explained the mission now you must leave today and arrive tonight.’ I tell them and leave.

Nico’s POV

“Holy shit was that for real?” I asked.

“Well didn’t you get that freaking slide show in your brain” Tony tells me.

“So what do we do now?” asked James.

“Well I suggest we go rest up we have a ways to travel today before we reach the Dawn Pack” Nadia tells us.

We all agree and head home.

Samuel’s POV

So is it really 5 boys coming Samuel? When Logan assumed it was boys you didn’t say yes?” Cali asked.

“Well no not all 5 are boys, one is a girl. The mate of one of the guys.” I tell her.

“And I can feel there is something else.” She asked.

“She is the daughter of the Shanuk’s Alpha” I tell her.

“Cool it will be fun to see 2 people with equal authority go head to head.” She smirks.

That was what was worrying me. Logan is acting kind of weird because he’s worried about losing Serenity. I hope they all get along.

Serenity’s POV

We’re all here at the Pack house waiting for the people from the Shanuk pack to show up and I see that Logan is starting to get more tense. I take him up to our room and sit on his lap.

“It’s ok to feel worried. You don’t have to be strong for all of us. But have faith, all will be well.” I tell him.

“I don’t want to losse you or have you losse me Serenity.” He says as he burrys his head in my neck and crys.

My heart constricted from his pain and I to cried silent tears as I cradled him to me trying to share my strength that at the moment was faltering.
