I did get to see a copy of that "minor effects" thing. I read the English translations and nearly threw up. The thing seems designed to invoke murderous rages, uncontrolled frenzies of all sorts, and otherwise terrible deeds. I hated to read the thing. After I put it down, I got a little woozy. I'm afraid that McNutt may have been reading this stuff too much and it's screwing with his head. I hope somebody can help him if he can't help himself.
