Hello, another school chapter. Not really the same type as the last couple but its still in a school.

(f/l/n) = First letter of your name

You were the most popular girl in school. Every guy wanted to be yours. But you had a boyfriend already, Thomas. He was a grade above you.

(Every grade had its own floor in the school building, it was a middle and high school building so there weren't that many floors.)

"Dude. Just go over there and talk to her!" Clay elbowed his best friend. "I can't do it." Varian turned away from looking at you. "No. You can." Clay started to push Varian your way. "No! No! No! What are you doing?!" Varian freaked out as he was being pushed over to the most popular girl in school.

Once Clay got Varian close enough to you, Clay quickly cleared his throught to grab your attention and ran back over to where he was before to watch the show.

"Oh hey!" You turned around to see a boy with black hair, a blue strip running through it, he had freckles scattered all over his face and nose and had the biggest blue eyes ever.

"Uh... Hey... I-I'm... Uh... V--" You cut off Varian's sentence. "You're Varian! Right? The boy who made a robot called an automaton for a science project? I loved that, it was the coolest thing I have ever seen!" "Yep, heh, that was me. You know who I am?" Varian scratched the back of his head. You were surprised, you literally just explained that, "Yeah, we're in the same science class. And of course I know the boy who invented the coolest robot ever!" You squealed. "Uh, thanks." Varian didn't know what to say.

The bell rang.

"Oh, next class. Which just so happens to be science, the class we have together. Do you wanna walk there together?" You asked looking at the bell on the wall. "Uh, sure." Varian smiled as you slammed your locker shut.

In class...

You and Varian both went to your assigned seats. Sadly your seats were on the other side of the classroom far away from each other. "Good afternoon class. Today we will be starting a new project!" Everyone groaned at what your teacher had just said. "Good news it will be a team project." Everyone perked up, "But I will be picking your partners!"  Everyone groaned again and some rolled their eyes.

You got up and walked over to the teacher's desk. You leaned over the desk and whispered something to her, "I know you're picking our partners, but is it possible I can be paired up with Varian?" Your teacher nodded yes. She knew you were a smart kid, so you wouldn't be using him to do the project while you just watch.

She played it off as if she picked you and Varian like how she did the rest of the class. When she called partners, one of the partners would have to get up and sit next to them. When she called you and Varian to be partners, you got up and walked over to Varian and sat next to him.

He started blushing as the teacher started to explain the project to the class. You didn't know why so you didn't think much of it. Turns out when you sat down you grabbed his hand and intertwined your fingers with his.

After class...

"Varian, do you wanna go to the school's library after school to work on project?" You asked walking out of class with Varian.

Varian's mind started going crazy as the two of you made your way into the hallway, Is she asking me out on a date? We'll be alone in the library. Alone?!

"Uh, Varian?" You asked not knowing why he didn't answer. Varian snapped out of his thoughts, "Yeah, okay." "See you then!" You hugged Varian bye. He was taken back at first but then hugged you back.

You waved bye as you left to go to your next class.

After the school, in the library...

You were in the library drawing in your new sketchbook. You really wanted to use it so as you wait in the library for Varian you decided to draw. In your sketchbook you were drawing Varian with hearts around him.

"Hey, sorry I'm late. Clay wanted to show me something at his locker." Varian apologized walking over to the table you were sitting at. You slammed your sketchbook closed.

As the two of you looked through science books to get ideas for your science project, you rested your head on Varian's shoulder. He was nervous about it at first but then he wrapped his arm around you.

You and Varian were talking as you walked out of the library.

"I guess, I'll see you tomorrow." You said. Varian smiled, "Yeah see you tomorrow." Before you walked away you kissed Varian on the cheek. "Bye!" You walked away.

Varian stood there shocked. "Good job, buddy!" Varian felt someone pat him on the back. Varian jumped. He turned around to see his best friend, "Oh its just you. Wait, what are you doing here?" "Oh, I joined a math club. Well to be honest its more of me helping students learn math. But what happened when she kissed you?" Clay asked. "I don't know? Although she did lean her head on my shoulder in the library." Varian was confused. "Dude! She likes you! How can you not see that?" Clay shook Varian's shoulders. "No, no, no. That can't be right. The most popular girl in school crushing on the nerdiest kid in school." Varian was still confused. "Think what you want buddy. She has a crush on you and that's that." Clay walked away.

The next day...

You were at your locker excited to see Varian again in science class.

"Hey baby." You looked over to see your boyfriend, Thomas, talking to you. "Hey." You smiled a little. "How about a date after school?" Thomas asked. "Sorry, no. I can't today. I'm working on my science project with Varian." You grabbed another book out of your locker. "With that nerd? Heh. I feel so bad that you had to be partnered up with him." Thomas chuckled. "First off he has a name. And second, he's a really nice and sweet person." You didn't look at him. Thomas got a little bit angry, "It sounds like you like him. Do you?" "Of course I like him. But... Uh... Not in that way. I like him as a friend." You lied, you did like Varian. "Now I have to head to class. See you later." You slammed your locker shut and walked away. Then something caught your eye, "Varian! Clay!" You ran over to the two, who were standing by Varian's locker.

3 days later...

It was the same routine they had:

You would get to the library first.
You would draw Varian with hearts around him.
Varian would finally come.
He would ask what you were drawing.
You would slam your sketchbook closed.
The two of you would work on the project.
Some how when you worked on the project, your head would end up on Varian's shoulder and his arm would end up over you.

As you and Varian walked out of the library, you asked him something.

"Uh, Varian." You asked as you stoped walking. "Yeah?" Varian came back and stood in front of you. "Do you mind wrapping your arms around me?" You asked. Varian stared at you confused. "Trust me." You smiled. He wrapped his arms around your waist. You wrapped your arm around his neck. You leaned up and kissed him. He was hesitant at first. But he ended up melting into the kiss. You pulled one hand back and held Varian's cheek.

You pulled away after a while and just smiled, with your one hand still holding his cheek.

"Oh, uh, I gotta go home now, bye." You snapped back to reality and kissed Varian on the cheek and left.

"What was that? Dude, she totally likes you!" Clay ran over to Varian. "Okay, so maybe you were right about her liking me, b--" Varian got cut off by Clay's excitement, "Of course I was! She kissed you!" "Clay, its probably never gonna happen. She has a boyfriend anyway." Varian realized that if Thomas saw them kissing Varian will never see another living day. "Whatever." Clay ignored the fact that Varian might be right. "Oh also, just out of curiosity. What'd her lips taste like?" "Cherries." Varian smiled dreamily remembering the delicious taste of your lips. "Guess she wears cherry flavored lip gloss." Clay shrugged.

The next day...

"So about that date." Thomas smirked leaning against the locker next to yours. "Oh... Uh... Sorry. But, no." You didn't look at him, you continued to look into your locker. "Is it about that nerd?" Thomas started to get a little mad. "Ugh. He has a name!" You started to get annoyed. Thomas got a little more angry. "And just so its clear. We're over." You said as slammed your locker shut and walked over to Varian and Clay. Thomas balled up his fists and walked away furious.

"Hey guys!" You smiled as you made it over to you two friends. "Hey, (n/n)." Clay waved. "Heh..." Varian could barely say a word. You realized the kiss could be what made him seem off a little, "Sorry about the kiss yesterday. Uh, I hope it won't mess up our friendship or anything." "No, no, no. Its fine." Varian's voice cracked badly. "Okay, good, because I got nervous that it would." You giggled a little nervous.

In the library...

You were sketching Varian again. This time you wrote a heart with a (f/l/n) + V in it. "Hey, (n/n). Can I see what your drawing yet?" Varian asked as he sat down the table. You always said you would show him once you were drawing the picture. You lied though, you just didn't want to show him what you were drawing. You sighed in defeat, "Yeah. You, uh, can actually go through the whole sketchbook." You passed over your sketchbook and looked away.

"These... Are... All of me?" Varian continued to flip through your sketchbook, seeing all these drawings of him. The only thing actually in the sketchbook was him.

"I don't know if it was obvious, but, uh, actually, I like you Varian, more than a friend. I like you a lot." You looked back over to him. He looked at you confused, "I, uh, I..." You cut him off by smashing your lips into his. Varian was a little taken back at first but then he pulled you against his body.

"Mmm..." You still had your lips on his. You both started to moan, it was very quite though, so you couldn't really hear. You held the back of his head to keep his lips locked with yours, so he couldn't pull away. He bit you lip. You let him in. His tongue explored the inside of your mouth. You were actually a bit surprised, your always the one to make the move to kiss him, but he's the one who wants to take the kissing further.

After a while, the two of you need some time for air. You looked at each other then smashed you lips back together. You both started to moan again, it was still quite but not as quite as before.

"Hey guys. Are you still in her-- woah!" Clay jumped back a little after seeing you and Varian making out, "Uh, guys?" Clay was starting to get grossed out.

You and Varian heard Clay's voice. Both of you let go of each other and blushed. "So I have no idea what that was but... Okay..." Clay came over and sat down at the table you and Varian were at.

You were so nervous on what was going to happen next because you never told them about your breakup. So they might freak out that Thomas will be mad. "I gotta go. Bye!" You said quickly as you grabbed your stuff and ran.

The two watched as you left the library. "Okay, so... I don't know what to say. My best friend... Just made out... With the most popular girl in school." Clay was in shock. Varian rubbed his arm, embarrassed that someone saw them, "Heh. Yeah. Wait." Varian's eyes widened, "What will Thomas say when he finds out?! My life will be over for sure!" "No need to worry my friend. Rumors are going around saying that (Y/n) broke up with him. And it was all for a boy! That boy's you! She broke up with her boyfriend just for you! Go ask her out!" Clay was excited for his best friend. "No, what if I'm not the boy." Varian said nervously. Clay crossed his arms, "Dude. The two of you just made out." "Yeah, I know. And your probably right about me being the boy. She did say she really likes me, more than a friend." Varian looked down. "Ugh. Tomorrow go ask her out." Clay got up and walked away.

The next day...

"Hey Varian." You walked up to him at his locker, "About yesterday." "Yeah, uh, is it true?" Varian asked. "Is what true?" You got confused. "Is it true that you, uh... You broke up with Thomas... for another boy?" Varian said nervous of what your answer would be. "I guess you heard about that." You scratched the back of your head. Varian put another book into his locker from his backpack as he talked, "Well it is all over the school newspaper. 'Popular girl breaks up with boyfriend for another guy'" "Yep, well that's one way to find out. And, uh, it is true." That last sentence caught Varian's attention, his head whipped around as you continued to talk, "Its true, I broke up with Thomas for another boy." He closed his locker. He knew he was probably the boy. The two of you stared at each other for a few seconds.

Not breaking the stare with Varian, you started to talk again, "Varian, I'm in love with you. I love you with all my heart. Will you go out with me?" Varian picked you up and spun you around. He set you down, "I love you too and yes!" You smashed your lips together.

"Woo-hoo! Yeah!" You and Varian stopped kissing and looked behind you to find Clay cheering and clapping. You both just glared at him. Then laughed.
