It was a sunny afternoon in Calfornia, as Victoria parks her Ferrari outside "The Extravagant Fair" and make her way through a lot of stalls. Victoria was wearing a leather black jacket on a yellow top with black jeans and a pair of yellow sneakers. She was in Calfornia for a week or so , for some seaport related meetings with the American Empire. Well, she managed to take out some time to enjoy , so here she was. She was extremely attracted towards this fair for its simplicity.

At first she thought of eating something, but then her eyes landed on a vast stall with the name of shooting rally. Now she loves shooting so , without even thinking she headed to the stall. She quickly went through the brochure that the person at the entrance gave and bought the most expensive gun and site for shooting available.

The young man standing at the entrance took Victoria to the site and as soon as she entered the area. She froze , it seemed like she couldn't walk or breathe anymore, het eyes widen with shock as she saw the breathtaking Justin Bieber shooting. As you know that Victoria HATES men but there are two such men who she does trust and love - her dad and Justin Bieber. So this directly means that she's a belieber.
And normally a belieber would shout and scream but being an industrialist made her hide feeling , well our Victoria was the Best at this.

As she enters , Justin notices her and walks to her. Meanwhile, Victoria loads her gun and practices aiming at the targets. She reaches the start button on her left and stops when she hears the voice of her life saver. Controlling herself , she radiates a smile to Justin. Justin, looking at Victoria, leans on the counter where the button was and says "Hello , I'm Justin Bieber and you're? ". She replies her name in a confident voice. Victoria presses the start button and puts her headphones on .

Victoria plays continuously for 15 mins and doesn't miss even a single target. Impressed by her skills, Justin says "Wow , that was pretty amazing ".
She bows down and thanks him. While Victoria was busy loading her gun, Justin says "you're not Victoria Walker, are you ?" Victoria chuckles and says " no , im not but i find her intriguing". "Well , if you ask me what i think ..." Justin continues while loading his gun " I think that she's a brat , complacent about her capabilities and full of pride and arrogance, I mean have you ever seen her on Tv or anywhere ?" "No" replies Victoria. " this shows her pride and arrogance" Justin says practicing his aim . "Everything has reason so maybe its not her ego but something else that stops her." Victoria could feel herself saddening over the fact that her idol judges her for no reason.

Victoria felt numb for some seconds , but she gained herself and looks at Justin and says "ive heard she's a belieber". "Oh really , but I do not believe in rumours " Justin says. Victoria could feel her heart pounding.
She could feel the sadness overtaking her then she asks Justin "and what if she does believe in you ?" Justin stares at Victoria in utter silence before finally saying " well , idk but if she does , i guess she should stop because i don't think that beliebers can have such a negative attitude". "Yeah , you're right" Victoria says looking down at the floor.

Victoria wanted to give him an answer to all his misunderstandings but she quickly ended the shooting, before biding farewell to Justin. As she was returning her things to the young manat the entrance, seeing Justin some metres away, she virtually storms out of the stall. Just before leaving, Justin is asked to sign the visitors diary, which had Victoria Walker as its last visitor. So, when Justin fills his name , seeing the last visitor's name , his eyes widen in shock. Thinking that probably its just a mistake he askes the man about the name , but he's even more puzzled, when the man says that it was Victoria Walker -" the heiress of the Walker Empire " who had signed the dairy.

Later that night, Justin googles Victoria and says "I can't believe she stood next to me, but i must admit that her smile is beautiful even herself, i mean she looked so beautiful. Tbh , i can't wait to meet her again. God, i shouldn't have said that " before sleeping.
