Mickey's POV:

Me and Alex found a nice hotel by the rich side of town.
My hands are shaking.
All that is in my head right now, is Ian.
"Babe are you okay? You're sweating." Alex ask me.
"Don't call me babe. And nothing, it just weird coming back."
I don't know if I'm ready to see him, last time I heard of him, he was dating a tranny guy named Trevor, or whoever the fuck that guy is.
I texted Mandy, telling her to meet me at this small dinner, called cake house for lunch.
On my way~mandy
"Unpack all our shit, I'm going out." I tell Alex.
"Where are you going?"
"Out. Don't worry about it."
I get my wallet and call a cab.
My palms start sweating the closer I get to the South side. I get a funny flash back as I pass Ian's old store.
"Ian Gallagher, you messed with the wrong girl!"
My first words to him. How the fuck was anyone gonna know I would end up falling for the guy. Who the fuck would've thought I would come out being gay.
The driver pulls up to the restaurant, and I see my sister sitting by the window.
But something caught my eye, not just something but someone.
Ian.
Ian's POV:
2 hours earlier
Fuck I didn't get to have breakfast today, but I'll just stop by the diner and during my lunch break.
I don't know why but something about today seem strange.
Who knows I'm probably just making sleep.
1 hour earlier.
"Hey I'm going on my lunch break." I tell my coworkers.
"Okay, see you later."
My stomach feels weird as my cab gets closer to the diner.
Then I see it.
Mindy.
I go inside and place my order at the front.
"Mandy!" I call out to her.
"Ian, hey!" She goes up to hug me.
We go back to the booth she was sitting in.
"So how have you been?" I asked her.
"I've been good, I've gotten a real job, with good pay. What about you, how have you been?"
"I've been good. I've got a great job and I've got an awesome boyfriend."
She looks at me...shocked?
But then I realized, she wasn't looking at me, she was looking at.....
