One Day

F/n was seen taking down a White Fang base with his sword, slashing and stabbing them all down with the blade and spilling blood everywhere. Then...

WF Goon:*coughs blood* What is wrong with you, you damn human!? Aren't you supposed to be a hero!?

F/n:No...I'm something the heroes aren't. I'm no hero! I'm a person who invokes true justice that doesn't involve letting criminals just run off like cowards!

F/n then stabbed the goon, killing him. After that, he cleaned the blood off his sword and decided to go home. When he arrived, Rose suddenly teleported inside, covered in blood.

F/n:Rose!? What the hell did you do!?

Rose:Well, you know Eri's mother basically disowned her right?

F/n:*thinks for a moment* Oh, right. So, what did you just do?

Rose:Let's just say Dad is punishing her like he does all child abusers.

F/n:Ah...that's good to know then. Well, you best wash the blood off. I'm gonna go pick Eri up from school.

Rose nodded to her fiancé and went to wash up as he teleported away to go get Eri. When he arrived at the school, he saw her waiting at the front entrance.

F/n:Eri!

Eri:Papa!

Eri ran up to her adoptive father and threw herself into his arms. F/n didn't hesitate to return the love to the small girl as he picked her up in his arms.

F/n:So, did you have a good day today?

Eri:Uh-huh. Also, I passed the test I had today.

F/n:Oh, you did? Good girl.

F/n used his other hand to headpat her, which earned him the smile he loved seeing so much. After that, F/n took her home to see Rose waiting for them both.

Eri:Mama! Hug time!

After F/n put the small child down, Eri ran up to Rose and jumped into her embrace, earning a smile from the demon girl.

Rose:Hi there, my child. You're rather happy today.

Eri:I am because I passed a test our teacher gave out today.

Rose just smiled at the younger girl as she held her close to herself.

Rose:I'm so proud of you.

Then suddenly, a magic circle appeared in front of their living room, which scared Eri and alerted F/n. However, Rose knew who it was and stopped F/n from going any further. Then, Rose's family appeared, including two young children F/n never seen before.

Lucas:

Lily:

Lily:Oh, so this is the man my big sister snared? Would that make him another brother of me and Lucas!?

Rose:Dad!? What brings you here?

Vorzech:What, I can't visit my own daughter?

F/n:Well, you could. It's just that you alerted me. I thought one of those "heroic" wastes of life decided to launch a surprise attack on us. I was ready to fight.

Vorzech:Well, I apologize. Come to think of it...*turns to F/n* you are taking care of my daughter?

F/n:Yes, sir. Me and her are living well together. We both slay to provide for each other...and for a little ball of sunshine we've had for a while.

F/n gestured towards Eri, who hid her face with a pillow.

Vorzech:Oh, this is the girl? The same one who's mother is currently serving her "eternal sentence" like you asked me, Rose?

Rose:She's the one.

Eri then peeked out to look at the people she had never seen before. That's when Iri walked up to her.

Iri:Aw, she's a cute one. Aren't you, little one?

Iri said this as she poked the young girl's cheek, which was enough to make her come out her hiding spot.

Eri:H-Hi, I'm Eri.

Vorzech:So, you two taking care of her properly?

F/n:We are. It's for the best, giving a better life than what that woman who made her life awful. I hope she's suffering so much her voice box burns out and that all the sound she could make is just desperate, raspy sounds.

Vorzech:Trust me. Her punishment...is far worse than you think. Same goes to all child abusers, rapists, criminals, and such.

Vorzech then walked over to Eri, which made her hide again. However, Vorzech brought his hand onto her head and began to headpat her.

Vorzech:Enough of all that stuff though. This is an addition to the family...and I suggest we do something with her so we could get close to her. You know, build up a relationship.

F/n:Like what exactly?

Vorzech took a moment to think and then...

Vorzech:How about the beach? The kids have been wanting to go to one for a while.

Lucas+Lily:Oh, cool/Yay!

F/n:The beach, huh? *shrugs* Okay, nothing wrong with taking time off from taking out fake heroes and such. Okay, let's go.

Later, F/n, Vorzech, and Lucas were waiting for the females.

Lucas:Whoa, that's so cool! Did you really do that!?

F/n:Uh-huh, can't say I was fully responsible though. Rose was there to lend a hand.

Vorzech:Well, those fakes did deserve it. Never expected them to just try to take you down on the first day.

F/n:The world's "Heroes" overestimate themselves, Vorzech. It's what makes them fake.

Iri:Alright, we're ready.

The males turned and saw the females all in the proper attire for the beach. In F/n's perspective though...

F/n:Rose...that looks hot on you.

Rose:Oh, you like it? *slightly blushes* I never thought you'd say that honestly. Wearing a bikini in front of the one I love is pretty new to me.

F/n:Well, no need to have that in mind anymore. I like it.

Vorzech:Alright, you two can shoot your love at each other later. This is a family day.

And with that said, the family began to enjoy their day at the beach together, building sandcastles, eating, and sunbathing the day away.

At one point, Eri poked F/n to get his attention.

F/n:What is it, Eri?

Eri:I-I want to learn how to swim. Can you teach me please?

F/n gotten up from his towel and took Eri to the water. Once the two were at a decent depth, F/n held Eri up.

F/n:Alright, just let the water hold you like a mother does her child. Then, you start with a kicking motion.

Eri did as F/n told her, kicking her feet through the water. F/n held onto her just in case she panicked or sank. The little lesson went on and in the end, Eri was able to swim.

Eri:Yay! I can swim! Thanks, Papa.

Eri hugged her as he returned the gestute to her.

F/n:No problem, young one. *gets an idea* Wanna see something cool?

F/n raised his hands and out of the water, he created some water dolphims that leaped out of the water, over the heads, and down in the water. Eri looked in astonishment.

Eri:Whoa! How did you do that!?

F/n:Magic, Eri. While it can be dangerous, it could also be fantastic.

Sunset soon came and F/n was seen eating ice cream with his future in-laws.

Vorzech:So, did everyone have a good day?

Everyone:I did, my love/Yes, Dad/Sure did.

Vorzech:*to Eri* Did yoh especially have a good day, young one?

Eri:Uh-huh, I learned how to swim today and everything. Today was so much fun!

Vorzech:*headpats* That's nice to hear from you. *to F/n and Rose* You two really have been taking of her.

F/n:Well, yeah. She deserved a family again after all she's been through.

Rose:Right. And being a mother is more fun than I thought.

Vorzech:Well...just wait until the time comes. The first Cambion, or human-demon hybrid, will come to the world.

That slightly embarrassed F/n and Rose. Eri, on the other hand, looked confused.

Eri:How does that happen?

Vorzech:*chuckles* One day, you'll understand Eri. One day.

The screen then went black.
