let's just say i was not in my right mind.

during the short break, we were given time to rest our shoulders and not to filter our choices of words. automatically every trainees mutter curse words under their breaths, unsatisfied with the ranks they were given. i could only encourage the ones around me with praises like "fighting!" or "you'd do better soon," because well, that's the nicest thing i could do.

after that judy kid came out of nowhere dancing to 'pick me' (it was quite entertaining as that kid literally didn't have any shame), boa restored her patience and decided to turn around to have a little chat with us. "who's the ones who haven't done their performance?"

i rose my hand, alongside with half of the remaining trainees.

"who are positive that they'll get an a rank?"

i spaced out. i didn't listen. i kept my hand up, not aware of what i just did.

he's confident that he'll get an a rank? newest trainee of fantagio, feeling as exclusive as ever.

i tried to keep my mind positive and don't bother whatever he does. why do i care? this is a survival show after all, and i'm here to win. no matter what happens, i'm going anywhere but soft for him.

the evaluation continues, welcoming the other trainees to the world of frustration. it was not long until i realize that it was ong's turn.

"hello, my name is ong seongwoo from fantagio, please take care of me." the way he said it was almost sarcastic, but that's probably because it's just his nature. he already had his hair brushed neatly. surely his visuals could charm the female trainers, even the male ones.

smh.

they talked about how he clearly had the actor-look and great visuals, and he just bowed and laughed it off. it was surprising to see how calm he was, as it's not like the ong seungwoo i remember back then. it's obvious he could catch their attention by just gazing at them.

"we anticipate your performance," cheetah says warmly.

"thank you." ong bows once again before he steps backward.

he performs a bruno mars song. typical. i expected something different, but he could pull off any concept so i guess he took his specialty. his voice wasn't the best, but stable. overall, he had created a pretty clean performance.

the trainers then asked him for a freestyle dance and he did it perfectly. took everyone's breath away. 10/10. amazing. unique. wonderful. insert a speechless lady gaga here.

suddenly the whole room became an ong seungwoo stan.

"we are now going to inform the results of fantagio's ong seungwoo's evaluation." boa says broadly. "a."
