Stella watches Marni put on her wedding dress, but her thoughts aren't focused on that.

Stella is already wearing her bridesmaid dress, which makes her feel even more suffocated than the situation she finds herself in.

"How I am?" Marni asks nervously "You look... stunning" Stella smiles.

"Seriously!?" Marni asks "Yeah" Stella smiles, Marni looks in the mirror.

"Then I better stay still here, knowing me, any sudden movement of mine could ruin this seconds before the ceremony" Marni sighs nervously "I won't let anything happen to you" Stella gets up going to Marni.

"Are you okay?" Mari asks, Stella takes a deep breath "Yes I am" Stella forces a smile.

"You didn't show up for breakfast, I thought something had happened" Marni says, Stella shakes her head "Nothing happened, I just slept too much... sorry" Stella says.

"You can tell me if there's something wrong, after all, I'm a shoulder for you to lean on" Marni smiles, Stella chuckles "You angel Marni, my brother is very lucky" Stella smiles.

Marni smiles, she wonders what is upsetting Stella but decides not to bring it up.

"Seriously, you don't need to worry about me today, today is your day" Stella smiles excitedly "I've been waiting for this day my whole life!" Marin says.

"I imagine" Stella says "I love Charlie, since high school, he grew up in the house next to mine so our paths always crossed...it was like destiny" Marni sighs, Stella looks at her reflection in the mirror with a tightness in her chest.

"As much as our story was very clumsy and messed up, I always knew it was him, I always felt like...I don't know" Marni smiles gently, Stella's smile disappears and she doesn't even notice.

Marni adjusts her dress thoughtfully "when you grow up loving someone like that...that person becomes part of who you are, you don't know how to live without it" Marni says reflectively but forgets that Stella is the person listening to It.

Stella remains silent, feeling bitter in her throat, Marni looks at her expression and regrets what she said.

"uh...but that's my experience, it's not a rule" Marni says nervously, Stella smiles "I'm glad you feel that way, you and my brother deserve all the happiness in the world" Stella says gently.

Marni smiles "thank you Stella" Marni says, Stella smiles shaking her head "I'll leave you alone, remember... it's your moment" Stella says leaving, Marni takes a deep breath.

Stella leaves the room and walks among the chairs on the beach where the ceremony would take place.

All she wants is an empty place with no one, just so she can try to get the weight off her chest, or a mountain where she could scream her frustration out but that would be more difficult.

Halfway there she meets Richard.

"Hi little star, what happened to you this morning?" Richard says, Stella looks at him angrily.

Richard frowns "you're not going to tell me, neither you nor Ben showed up for breakfast..." Richard says, Stella raises her eyebrow.

Richard widens his eyes and comes close to her "Wait, did you two sleept together last night?" Richard whispers, Stella looks at him irritated, he has always been an anchor, to whom she has always told everything in her life, but this time she just couldn't.

"It was so much more than just that" Stella says "I don't understand, weren't you supposed to be glowing with happiness or something right now?" Richard says.

Stella rolls her eyes "I was until he heard your little conversation this morning" Stella says, Richard makes a worried face "what?" Richard says.

"He listened to you, and then he came to accuse me of having slept with him just to get back at him!" Stella says irritated "Woah you would never do that, that was just a joke" Richard says.

"Yeah well your joke ruined everything even more, thank you very much!" Stella says irritated "Hey, it's not my fault if you insist on chasing the wrong guy" Richard says.

Stella swallows hard, when she hears this, it's as if this sentence is true and a lie at the same time.

"It doesn't matter, I'll never have anything romantic with him again, he doesn't feel anything for me" Stella says, Richard looks at her with pity "Everything happened exactly like before, only this time a thousand times worse and I was the same deluded idiot I was 13 years ago" Stella says upset.

"I didn't change anything, he didn't change anything, he made me believe that he felt something for me, I fell into it and now in the same way he just left me there... he didn't say anything to prove that he loves me too because he doesn't..." Stella presses her lips together to keep from crying.

"Aw Stella" Richard hugs her "I'm tired of this, and worst of all is that even though he does all this I... I still love him" Stella hugs him tightlty.

"I know" Richard strokes her head, heartbroken to see practically the same scene from 13 years ago again.

"there's something very wrong with me" Stella says, Richard shakes his head "No, there isn't... unfortunately sometimes we fall in love with the wrong person" Richard says, Stella moves away from him.

She takes a deep breath, the term "wrong person" sounds strong to her, it sounds wrong, she refuses to believe it even after seeing the evidence.

"just don't let yourself get carried away, I can't bear to see you suffer because of him" Richard says "I'm not going anymore, it's over" Stella says with a heavy heart.

"But unfortunately I can't...delete him from my life" Stella says "just don't involve your heart in it" Richard says, Stella nods.

"Never again" Stella looks down, Richard lifts her chin "Hey, it's a party, enjoy it, don't think about him...just have fun today okay" Richard says.

Stella sighs "the last time I had fun didn't end well" Stella says, Richard tilts his head.

"You don't need anyone to have fun, today the only stupid guy you should focus on is our stupid guy who is getting married by miracle" Richard says, Stella smiles.

"If Charlie can win at love, we will too one day" Richard says, Stella sighs "if not...we have each other" Richard says.

"will we be alone together?" Stella smile "as long as we are together, we will never be alone" Richard says, Stella laughs.
