Shin-ae winced at the face before her.

Sera.

The blonde girl huffed in anger then sat back down.  Still staring Kousuke down like a tiger waiting for its prey.

Shin-ae shuffled,  trying to conceal the small giggles that dared to escape her mouth. She shook her head before sitting in a leather chair in front of Mr. William.

Kousuke took the chair next to her.  Shin-ae glanced up as she saw Sera moving her chair forward,  pushing it next to Kousukes chair.

The brunette shook her head.  In disbelief of this forward woman.

"Sir,  Mrs. Hesu informed me that you wanted to talk to me. " He indicated that he was sitting.  "Seems like right now is the perfect time to do that. " He leaned back and handed the papers to Mr Williams' son.

He nodded and took the papers,  looking through them quickly,  before turning his head back up to watch the conversation.

"Yes... " Mr.  William seemed hesitant.
"I was planning to inform you sooner,  and was hoping your mother would be here for this.... " He looked at the ground,  scratching the back of his neck. 

Shin-ae looked around, Sera had a massive grin on her face,  a ear to ear grin.  She also seemed to be holding back tears.

What?  Shin-ae thought.  Is...  Is it a sad thing?  Or... Or maybeeee so happy that she was crying? Shin-ae sat there,  very confused.

"My mother?  Why would she have anything to do with our work? " Kousuke questiones.  A bit taken back from the topic of his mother being brought up.

"You see Kousuke...  I'm dying. " He indicated himself with a frown.  Kousuke sat still,  unsure of where this was going.

"All I want now is my daughter to be happy. " Kousuke began to stand up.  He felt like he knew where this was going.  But he felt a hand on his shoulder.

Shin-ae?  Kousuke thought,  a bit confused.  She was looking at Mr. William with a semi anger glar.

Mr. William continued.

"I was wondering if you would go out with my daughter. " He rushed and stammered a bit.

Kousuke and Shin-aes head both snapped up at the same moment.

"What? " They both said in shock.

"You want him to go out with your daughter?" Shin-ae asked,  woundering in if her ears where tricking her.

To her horror he nodded.

"No. Mr. William,  I will not. " Kousuke said before leaving for the door.

Today had been terrible.  Why the day Miss Yoo came back?  He had been planning on asking her about the 10 months.  But instead,  he had been manhandled by Meg,  and had been asked to go out with some rich brat. 

Mr. William seemed to be relieved.

"Okay then. " He said.
"That's all I needed,  you may leave. "

Shin-aes jaw dropped.REALLY?  RRREEEALLLY?  She and Kousuke had gone all this way,  FOR THAT SHITTY QUESTION?? Shin-ae was about to yell before feeling a hand on her own shoulder.  She looked up at Kousuke.

He looked tired, irritated, yet calm.

She would have to treat him for this.  She felt terrible for him.

Him and women,  oh my goddd.  Shin-ae shook her head in disgust.  He always attracted the most horrendous women.  Ugh.

She sighed and followed Kousuke out.

"I thought you said his son was a prick? " Shin-ae rolled her eyes.

"But his daughter seems a hundred times wo-" She got no farther.

She was pushed to the ground by some random person behind her.

While she fell down she hit her head.

"Uggghh" She groaned.

"Miss Yoo??? " She heard Kousukes panicky voice.

She then heard a shrill gasp and a thump behind her.

Terrified of what might have happened and shot up quickly.

Her eyes widened with disbelief and disgust.

Kousuke was pinned to the ground.  Being manhanlded for the second time today.

WTF DOES THIS GUY HAVE A DAMN CURSE???

To make matters worst,  guess who was the perpetrator. 

Sera.

She stared down at her prey as Kousuke began yelling at her,  trying to push her off. 

"GET THE HELL OFF OF ME!! " He screamed in disgust and fear.

Shin-ae didn't even need a second thought.  She hurried to pull Sera off of him. 

"WHAT THE F*CK IS WRONG WITH YOU?  YOU CRAZY WOMAN! " Shin-ae screamed.  She was tempted to slap her,  but decided not too. She pulled her up and pushed her to the side.

Shin-ae quickly heaved Kousuke back up.  He was shaking fiercely.

"Are you okay?  Did she hurt you?  Where the hell did she touch you? Did she-" Shin-ae began to whisper- ramble to Kousuke while circleing around him to check if he was okay. 

His wrists were red and bruised from where he was being held down.

"I'm fine Miss Yoo-" He got no farther.  Shin-ae quickly pulled him into Mr. Williams room again and searched for the first aid kit. 

She found it quickly in the corner and sat Kousuke on a chair.  He protested but she gave him the death glar and he became silent again.

She was in mother mode. Quickly she bandaged his wrists so that it wouldn't hurt as much to move,  after she had already put on some pain relief ointment on the bruises.

"How many times do I have to tell you!  I'm. Fine! " Kousuke eyed her while standing up.  He had to admit though,  she did a good job taking care of the bruises.

"It helped didn't it. " She grinned at him.

He stayed silent.

"I'll take that as a yes. " She swiveled her head to the side and was met with a glar of daggers. 

Sera stood there,  eyeing Shin-ae with hate.

"Are you two a thing?? " She said with anger.

"No. He is my boss. " Shin-ae replied calmly.  She relaxed now,  knowing Kousuke hadn't been badly injured. 

Wait.

Why..  Why does she even care?

It all happened in a blurr,  her hands and legs moving on their own.

Shin-ae shook her head.  Must just be from taking care of my father for so long.  She decided to blame it on that.

Sera didn't seem convinced.

But before she could speak Kousuke was in front if her.

"Yes. She is my assistant." Kousuke said coldly.

Again,  he was standing RIGHT IN FRONT OF SHIN-AE!  He blocked her whole view of Sera.  Instead of backing up and moving to the side,  shin-ae quickly popped her head out from beside Kousukes shoulder.  She watches as anger came rolling onto Sera's face,  heating it up as her brows furrowed.

The room felt so tense,  Shin-ae swore she could cut it with a knife.

"We are leaving.  Sorry Mr.   William for such a terrible meeting.  Maybe sometime else. " Kousuke stated while slowly turning around.

He was met with Shin-aes large red eyes.  They were face to face,  their noises almost touched. 

Both of them flushed a deep red a turned to the side.

Before Sera or anyoneel see in that room could say anything Kousuke began to drag Shin-ae out of the room.

Before they left the room shin-ae quickly said "Sorry for the inconveniences! " And hurried out.

She rushed up to Kousuke as he was mumbling to himself.

"Wtf just happened.  Uh...  I guess Miss Yoo was right.  Ew I need to wash my hands. " He mumbled the last part whole looking down at his hands.

Shin-ae stared at him with a straight face.  "Are you sure you are okay? "

His head snapped up.

"Yeah. Positive. " He said with a ghost of a smile.

Thats when Nol caught up to them.

"Damn y'all run fast.  Who *pant* choose to *pant* make these two meet.  *Pant* they are too fast to be walking together. " He seemed to mumble the last parts. "They would make one good running team. " He continued to pant.

"Let's go. " Kousuke said,  a fake irritated tone added.

Shin-ae and Nol nodded their agreement and headed outside into the bitter cold.
