Chapter 21
~Seyeon~
Track 8 – Tiny.
The song that Yoongi spent so much time on. It was a song for me.
And I cried while listening to it.
After spending that beautiful morning with Yoongi, we soon went back to our own normal lives once more. Yoongi was busy preparing for the group's album and I was busy with my job too. I almost forgot about Yoongi's song until I heard some of their fans talking about it as they were getting their makeup done.
I was feeling a little sick this morning too so it was hard for me to concentrate hence why I told Yoongi I won't be able to see them tonight since I wasn't feeling too well. I kept an eye on the clock and when it was time to close the shop, I immediately bought the song and listened to it.
With Yoongi's soft rap and his vocals... along with the rain, the mood was just perfect. I cried, listening to the lyrics he wrote just for me – although I'd like to blame it on the weather and me being sick. He sings and raps about his love for me, mentioning jokes that only we knew about. He talks about not being able to express himself and the fact that even though he's never here, for me to know that he'll forever be here for me... especially if I call for him. It made me realise once again how much this man loves me. At the end of the song, Yoongi's soft voice gently says, "Stay with me?" I heard the fear and uneasiness in that line and you can say that's why I did what I did.
So, I rushed to Yoongi's place with his song still playing.
It was a bad idea though because my fever got worse and I ended up tripping and collapsing. Just as they were getting out of the vans.
"That's... unni!" I heard Jiyeon's panicked voice. "Hoseok!"
My eyelids are so heavy. My consciousness is slipping away faster than ever, almost as quickly as the strength is leaving my body... but I saw him. Yoongi.
"Why are you..." Yoongi dropped down as his eyes skimmed me, rain dripping down his face. "You're a pain in my ass."
My body feels so heavy as I try to reach for him, my vision still hazy and my fingers frozen, too weak to touch him.
~Yoongi~
"Why are you so stupid?" Yoongi grunted, glaring down at Seyeon who'd passed out. He could feel how feverish she was. The group wanted to hang out tonight and Yoongi had texted Seyeon but because she wasn't feeling too well, she told him that she couldn't make it. Yoongi was going to shower and then head over to her place to check up on her but instead, he found her passed out in front of their place.
He carried her as they all made their way towards the front door.
"It seems like she scraped her knees," Jiyeon said, worriedly as she struggles to keep up with Yoongi.
"She'll be fine," Yoongi reassured her.
"Where's the First Aid kit?" Jungkook asked as soon as Yoongi stepped into the house.
The others were just heading home after having dinner at the company. They were busy laughing and joking around as they made their way towards the dorms when they saw a familiar figure.
The minute it hit Yoongi that the person was Seyeon, he'd shoved Jimin out of his way and rushed towards her.

"Here," Jiyeon said, giving Yoongi a long sleeve shirt and pink shorts.
"Thank you, Jiyeon," Yoongi said with a tired smile.
Jiyeon shook her head, "Don't thank me. She's a close friend."
Hoseok leaned against the door frame, eyes on the two of them. By the sounds of it, he was going to go back to his house with Jiyeon to collect some of her stuff. He wanted her to stay here with him for the next few weeks since he won't be able to go to that other house.
"Jiyeon-ah."
Jiyeon glanced over at Hoseok. "Yeah?"
"Come on. Let's leave them."
"Do you want me to change her...clothes?" Jiyeon asked and then paused. Then her cheeks went bright red.
Seeing this, Yoongi chuckled as he shook his head, "I got it."
Yoongi closed the door as Jiyeon and Hoseok left. He turned his attention to Seyeon who was fast asleep. Thankfully, it wasn't that serious. Just a fever.
"A damn fever that almost made my heart stopped," Yoongi muttered.
~Seyeon~
I could hear distant chattering and laughter. That's what woke me up. I looked around my surrounding, seeing that it was dark outside.
"You up?"
I slowly sat up in Yoongi's bed and saw he getting to feet.
"Yoongi?" I croaked.
"Wait here," Yoongi ordered.
I was about to ask him why but he'd left and closed the door behind him. I winced at the pain in my throat, wanting nothing but water. Glancing at the bedside table, I saw that there wasn't any.
Touching my temple, I groaned softly as I feel my head thumping with pain. I glanced down at myself and saw that I wasn't wearing what I was wearing before. These probably belonged to Jiyeon.
I sighed and laid back down once more, closing my eyes. I let myself remember what had happened and felt embarrassed at the fact that I'd collapsed after running here. In the damn rain.
At the sound of the door opening, I opened my eyes and saw Yoongi walked in with a glass of cold water and medicine. He closed the door behind him and walked my way.
"Get up for me."
I did as I was told.
Yoongi sat down on the bed beside me and stared at me for a few seconds before muttering, "Idiot."
I wanted to roll my eyes at that but it hurts too much for me to do anything. So I didn't.
Yoongi gave me my medicine and I took it, happily drinking the cold water.
"Do you think you can eat something?"
I stopped drinking. "Hm?"
"The kids made something for you."
"Me?"
"You did collapse in front of everyone," Yoongi rolled his eyes, reaching for the empty glass and then placing it on the ground. Well, someone isn't happy.
"You are so stupid," Yoongi muttered. His words are harsh as ever but his hand rests against my forehead gently. "Running back in the pouring rain instead of staying there and calling for one of us to pick you up. You told me you weren't going to come over tonight."
"I—heard your song," I blurted.
Yoongi arched his eyebrows.
"I... just felt like seeing you," I mumbled, feeling my cheeks burn. "I wasn't thinking. You can blame the fever for my rashness."
Gently, Yoongi threads his fingers through my hair. "You're so stupid sometimes."
Even though his words were harsh, I'm touched by his silent gesture of love.
"I love you," I whispered.
Yoongi frowned. "Huh?"
I leaned towards him, resting my forehead against his shoulder, "Thank you for putting up with me. I know it's not easy for either of us... but I just want to let you know that I'm grateful that you're with me."
"Idiot," Yoongi chuckled.
I lifted my head and frowned at him.
Yoongi almost never tells me he loves me but his expression always suggests fondness.
