Lalna had always treasured his goggles he kept on his head. He had them ever since he could remember and never left them.

Unfortunately he went on a journey quite far away from the Cryalst Mountains and had died out there, his goggles left to never be seen again. Now this was a time when Rythian and Lalna were the best of friends, and when Rythian heard Lalna lost his goggles he decided to give him a gift.

Rythian asked Ross to summon goggles for him with lenses colored a radioactive green, like Lalna's tail. Thanking Ross he left to the tower and put spells on the new goggles. Now whenever Lalna would die his goggles would come with him to the guardian's realm and if he lost them he could think about them and they would end up in his lab coat pocket. They also couldn't break and on the inside of the strap it said, "From your friend Rythian."

Lalna was sitting in a tree looking down at the river sad about losing his precious goggles. Rythian flew over sitting up in the tree with Lalna. He handed Lalna the goggles and his eyes lit up instantly.

"I couldn't bear seeing you so upset over those goggles I decided to get you a new pair. Hope you like them." Rythian said with a smile looking at Lalna's surprised face.

"Oh, Rythian you didn't have to get me new goggles. They're probably going to get lost or destroyed anyways." Lalna muttered though he smiled at the gift.

"Well then you'll be happy to hear that I've enchanted them so they can't break and whenever you want them you just have to think about them and they'll be in your pocket." Rythian then grabbed them and put them on Lalna's head the way he did with his old pair.

"Thank you Rythian. They're amazing," Lalna said looking out over the river where Minty was with Sjin.

They both sat together in the tree, two best friends unknowing that their friendship was going to end soon.

* I know it's extremely short but I think this was a nice one to start with. Other than this I have one more of these one-shots things. Again I would love prompts and ideas for this! :3 Also I couldn't find my drawing of his goggles so here's a drawing of Lalna x3
