Yoga Benefits


If I manage to convince at least one person to start doing Yoga when I tell you all this - I will be Happy!  ^_^ ... - If more than one person will start practicing Yoga after reading it - The Better For You! 😁👍

Yes! Really! :) - Because I care for your wellbeing & doing Yoga can make you feel Much Better, believe me!  ^_~ 

My goal is to make you aware of it, so now let's talk about the benefits: 

1. First of all, Yoga Increases Your Flexibility 

- and if you practice it for long, you may be able to do more than you think!  ^_^ 

( of course you should start with some beginner yoga poses that are not too difficult not to discourage you - & then with time you should be able to do more difficult ones, even those you thought you would never manage to do! :) )

2. Yoga Builds Your Muscle Strength 

( So if you don't like weightlifting like Smidge - you can try some Yoga, like Me! 😉 - and after some time you'll also get stronger, you'll see! )

3. Yoga Improves Your Balance 

( Right, you need balance to do most of the poses - so don't give up if you can't do them at first attempt, just get up & try again - & your balance will improve while doing them )

4. Yoga Perfects Your Posture

( So after some time of practicing it everyone should notice that you keep your head up & straighten your back - which can prevent later muscle aches )

5. Yoga Prevents Cartilage & Joint Breakdown 

( It can even prevent arthritis because you exercise & activate the body areas that are not used other time ) 

6. Yoga Betters Your Bone Health 

( So it's a good way to prevent osteoporosis cause it increases bone density )

7. Yoga Lowers Your Stress 

( It naturally lowers the level of cortisol called 'stress hormone' - so as you can see it's good for both: Your Body & Mind - & That's why I'm Always Calm!  ^_^ )
