What is Yoga?


I should start with this intro explanation, I guess - cause those of you who don't practice yoga & have never had anything to do with it may see yoga practitioners as 'people just sitting or standing in strange poses motionless' sometimes for a long time - & some of you may not know why they are doing that. If you are active & prefer sports & moving - you may even find what they are doing a bit 'boring' - but I assure you that It Makes Sense!  ^_^

Yoga is a group of physical, mental & spiritual activities originated in ancient India ( so yes, it is quite 'old', but if it's been practiced for so many years - it's a proof that it works! - & I also can confirm it! :) ).

I do yoga everyday - that's why I'm the calmest & Most Positive Troll of All, I think positive & smile All the Time! 😊 ( & All My Friends will tell you that! ). There are So Many Benefits of Yoga that there even is something like 'Yoga Therapy'! :) ... - So what are those benefits? - I'll tell you about them in the next chapter, so please, keep reading & it all will become clear...
