Ok, the last chapter of theory now before we go straight to the point ( that is before I start talking about yoga poses ). 

Asana means 'To be seated in a position that is firm but relaxed' & is a more specific word used for a 'Yoga Pose' :)  - So if you say 'yoga pose' or 'asana' - both are correct. Asana is just more commonly used by experienced yoga practitioners - & I will be giving both Original Asanas names & English Yoga Poses names for every yoga pose I will be mentioning starting from the next chapter.

Some of those Yoga Poses names may sound 'Funny' - so be prepared for That! 😉😁
