Warrior Pose


- Also called Virbhadra Asana is a good yoga pose to strenghten your legs. It's beneficial for your ankles, leg muscles & glutes. It also helps you increase your stamina & improve digestion. Can also relieve backaches.

Beginners should start with 10 repetitions of Warrior Pose to each side & hold the pose for 10 seconds each time to be effective ( don't worry if it seems 'hard' or 'uncomfortable' if you try it for the first time - it will get better when your muscles get stronger & your body gets used to it ).
